American General Life Companies review: Life insurance policy

Ive had a whole life policy that Ive been paying on for 25 yrs. Theyve deducted $100 out of my account every month. Suddenly they send me a bill saying I owe $1017. They said my life ins went up and this is my past due amount. I told them they deduct what I owe every month and they said my monthly paymnt increased. I asked why no one let me know ( which they had no answer) and then asked how much is my new monthly pymnt. Said they couldnt tell me until I paid the 1017 dollars I owed them. I refuse to pay them that money until they tell me what my monthly pymnt went up to. They dropped me and I lost 25 yrs of paying on this policy.
