Bought the house in Dec 15, 2021 and the Master bathroom and Bedroom don't heat or cool like the rest of the house
Bought the house in Dec 15, 2021 and the Master bathroom and Bedroom don't heat or cool like the rest of the house. Made the complaint in March and nothing has been done yet. Also has low water pressure. The house came with a one year warranty.
I bought a new 2100 sq
I bought a new 2100 sq. ft Oak Creek home on 07/31, and I've had a lot of issues with it since the day we moved in. There are nails coming up in the floors and the floors are squeaking. The roof is leaking and the carpet has a wrinkled seam from when the house was put together. They told me that the floors would stop squeaking after about a year, but they just cut a large triangle out of the floor and glued it back, saying that I'll have to deal with the wrinkles in the floor. They refuse to replace the tiles. I just don't want anyone else to have to deal with this mess. It's ridiculous that a 2-month-old home is already falling apart.
On August 4, 2022, me and my husband were searching for a home
On August 4, 2022, me and my husband were searching for a home. Keli W told us that we had to pay 1,000 dollars, which would be fully refunded. We decided not to purchase a home from them. A few days later, I went to talk to them again. She assured me that there would be no problem and the refund would be given within 2 weeks. However, it has been more than three weeks now and she hasn't been answering my calls or returning my voicemails. I have the receipt that proves I am entitled to a refund, but I haven't been able to receive it. The store is located in Burleson and it's becoming inconvenient for me to keep driving there just to hear her say that they will refund me or that she wants to hold onto the money for me.

I bought a house from Oak Creek Homes and I've been trying to get them to fix the roof
I bought a house from Oak Creek Homes and I've been trying to get them to fix the roof. The house was delivered with damage. The people who delivered the house told us that the roof was damaged and said they would inform Oak Creek Homes. I called Jessica at Oak Creek on March 20, March 26, April 8th, April 14, and a few other times that I didn't write down. I asked them to come and fix the roof and a whole list of other things that need to be fixed inside. The front door won't even close properly. We had a lot of rain this weekend, about 4 inches, and it came in through the front door. The trim at the bottom of the door has come off. I don't know what to do. I'm 72 years old and my wife is 66. If the water has damaged the ceiling and there's mold in the house, we would like our money back and they can come pick up the house. Can you please help us? If you need proof of purchase, I can send it to you. You can call me anytime at ***. Thank you so much for taking care of this for us.
We had problems from day 1 of this Mobil home being set on our property December
We had problems from day 1 of this Mobil home being set on our property December. The foundation (pad) was set by their 3rd party contractor and it looked like it would not pass inspection. Chris L from Oak Creek confirmed it had passed inspection. Needless to say, we did not move into this house until April 2nd of 2022 because of repairs needed to be done. 4 months into residing in this house, the door frames, walls, and main joint where the double wide comes together is coming out of alignment. I have asked for proof of their 47 point inspection before move-in (none provided). This house is still under a one-year warranty and Oak Creek will not perform another water level test and relevel this house. There are more repairs to be done in the house, but it makes no sense to do trim work when the house is shifting. I bought this home so I could move my mother in since her husband died 3 years ago and didn't want to live alone anymore. I just want a safe place that's going to last so my family can live in. Please help.
I bought a home for $170,000 in Huntsville in June
I bought a home for $170,000 in Huntsville in June . At that time, the sales team, Justin and Dan, along with the financing company, pressured us to sell our existing home to secure the loan. We expressed concerns about the readiness of the mobile home, but were reassured it would be prepared in time. We decided not to sell our home, emphasizing we couldn't handle two mortgages. Our worries were dismissed, with promises of quick post-delivery work by a trim out crew and contractors. It's now October, we're burdened with two mortgages, and the company is evasive about when the work will be done. The first crew damaged the interior, and there's no completion date for when the mobile home will be habitable. This feels like a scam, and I demand the home be finished immediately or to receive a refund of my down payment, allowing them to reclaim the trailer.
I hired American Homestar Corporation in July to get a mobile home
I hired American Homestar Corporation in July to get a mobile home. I gave them a $500 deposit on August 1, as requested. Then, on August 6, they asked for a 5% deposit of $2,000, which we paid. They promised to provide the home on August 17. When we went to confirm the paint colors and accessories, they told us that the trailer wouldn't arrive until the end of September or the beginning of October. In early October, we visited their office and they said the trailer wouldn't be available until December. We asked for our deposit back because if they couldn't deliver the trailer as promised, we would find another place to live. Jerimiah, the salesperson, said he needed to talk to the manager and would update us on when we could expect our refund. Since we didn't hear from them, we went to the office again in early November and asked for our $2,500 deposit back since they couldn't provide the trailer even at that late date. The salesperson at the door said he would inform the manager and Jerimiah, and they would contact us later in the week. It's now December 7, and we haven't heard from the local office or received our deposit back.
Me and my fiancé bought a house in April from Oak Creek in Corpus Christi
Me and my fiancé bought a house in April from Oak Creek in Corpus Christi. We noticed that when it rains, the front door leaks water really bad (I have a video of it). We called the dealer where we bought the house and they gave us the contact info for a repairman to fix the leaky door. This guy gave us the runaround and never showed up. Eventually, a different repairman got in touch with us and finally came out in February . He tightened a couple screws on the door and left. But guess what? The door was still leaking. So for the past few months, we've been talking to our dealer in Corpus Christi, this lady named Christina, and a bunch of repairmen. None of them have shown up. We've had to change our plans to be available for the repairmen, but they always call at the last minute to cancel or they don't call at all. On Friday, June 26, I went to the Corpus Christi location and talked to the boss. He didn't seem to care at all and said that someone who does emergency repairs would fix my door by Monday, June 29. Well, it's Monday now and nobody has fixed my door or even called to schedule the repair. This is not okay. Every time it rains, my door, floor, and walls get soaked. We try to dry it up with towels and fans, but it's so humid here in south Texas that it never really dries completely. This is gonna cause the wood to rot and mold to grow. As cash buyers, I thought we would be treated better.
