Harrasement solicitation
I received a phone call from a 'Daniel Kaufman' - direct line [protected]. We are a mortgage broker. He asked me ALL kinds of questions about how we get our leads. He could tell I was getting frustrated because 1. I didn't know what he was talking about, 2. He had submitted an inquiry online posing as a customer seeking a refi, and 3. while I was on the phone with him my sister was sending me text messages concerning a very serious health issue. When I told him about my sister's texts he completely blew me off and continued to badger me for answers. When I finally said, "look, I have nothing to do with how we get our leads and I really need to go, " he said very rudely, "What's your PROBLEM?" and hung up on me. I googled his phone number and found this page - here is the link:

lies
I wanted to sell my timeshare, i was contacted by several places and decided to go with amg, i was contacted several times and when i called back always reached someone. after i paid them i only got voice mail after that, i called the BBB and even filed a complaint with them. They took my money. they are SCAMers. they deserve to be put in jail for what they have done to people.!
Claiming they had a buyer for my timeshare
I was contacted by Daniel Kaufman (direct dial [protected]) claiming that he had a buyer for my timeshare and who had put down $3, 000. Like an idiot, I let them convince me they did have an actual buyer. They said it would sell for $14, 600 and all I needed for closing was $1998.00. I foolishly gave them my credit card. Also, they said they could get my other fees from the other companies back so I sent them copies. Now I'm wondering if they'll get that $3, 000 plus from these other companies and I won't see a penny of it. This makes $5, 000.00 plus that I have been ripped off by different timeshare companies. I'll never let this happen again. This is a big scam.
not following through as they promise
Leading me to believe that there is a buyer & kept lying about what the reason it was taking so long to sell & then the buyer failed to agreed with the sell contract.
I want my money back. I need to find an attorney that can advise me what to do next...
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I have two deals pending with American Marketing Group. They were supposed to sell my two timeshares for pre-approved buyers. The deal was to have concluded on October 6; then, Nov. 20. I'm still waiting. I have spoken to them, but there always seems to be some sort of snag. I have been trying to get in touch with them. They were supposedly out of the office until today, Dec. 4. Today, they were unable to answer the phone.

Scam
I had made inquiries about selling my time share and had been contacted by several marketing companies who all wanted an up-front payment with no guaranty of a sale. I was first contacted by 'Joe' at AMG who asked if I was still interested in selling my time share. I told him I was. I was then contacted by 'John' who said they had a prospective buyer who...
