In November 2020 I needed an ambulance and was taken to the hospital by an AMR ambulance. As I could not pay the bill in its entirety, a payment plan was signed and auto payments were being taken out of my account. Those payments ended and I verified that my account had been paid in full. Now, over five years later, I am getting a call from a collections agency that I owe you money. There is a blemish on my credit report because of an error your company made. I want this rectified immediately and expect a response by 4/7/25.
Desired outcome: I want the collection company to stop calling. I want this to be reversed on my credit. I want you to fix this situation and respond by Monday 4/7/25. Otherwise I will be contacting my attorney.
