I ordered 2 pieces of furniture on August 5th. I have not heard a word from them after calling and emailing. They are completely ignoring any request about my order. Starting to think it's a sham company.

The sales staff member with whom I worked was terrific: helpful, friendly, knowledgeable. Due to delays related to Covid-19, it took quite a bit longer than expected to receive the furniture, but it was well worth the wait.

Very pleased with the customer service and the products purchased. During a time (covid) when products are very limited and taking extra long to produce I was able to get my furniture within a timeframe that worked for me. Highly recommend this company.

Once order was placed they kept me informed on status of product and shipping. Monte Carlo by Classic Rattan is high quality. D&D Delivery completed shipment on time.

American Rattan and Wicker not only responded to every question I had, but did so immediately. And, the headboard is beautiful and very well made! It also came exceptionally well packed and protected! We are impressed!

I ordered rattan dining chairs from American Rattan. Chairs were beautiful, well made and exactly as shown on website. Company was great to work with, price was reasonable, and chairs arrived on time in great condition, very well packed. I was able to easily track delivery. Marie was very helpful in answering questions, and helping me supply custom fabric. I would definitely order from this company again.

I know you've told your rep here at American Rattan that you will ask to have this negative review pulled from our ComplaintsBoard.com page once you receive your furniture. That would be very much appreciated. During this Pandemic its not uncommon for furniture to ship at the 17th day mark because manufacturers and shippers are so very backed up.
