I have dealt with a few HVAC vendors at my work and struggled to find a good service tech. I needed someone to handle an issue at my home and fortunately the two I called was unavailable. I ended up with Mirko and Ryan responding that afternoon and nailed it. I plan on bringing them on board at my place of employment.

Thank you for being so prompt in arriving to my residence and diagnosing the problem. The technicians who came to my home here were professionals, polite, competent and knowledgeable about the issue. Atlas is the best. I called in the evening after hours and was able to talk with someone and schedule a visit for the next morning to repair my HVAC. Technician Belsin arrived promptly the next morning and diagnosed the problem and researched the warranty on my HVAC, finding that it was still under warranty. Belsin was very professional and knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend Atlas for HVAC needs.

Javan was my technician and was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and fast at repairing my HVAC unit and informed me of an impending mold issue and recommended a filtration unit to take care of the issue going forward. Thank you Javan you are a great representative of ARS and as a result I now have my service contract with the company. Thank you again! Highly recommend this company and service technician.

2 hour on wrong unit ( next store cooler, we have 2 hvac unit, they can't tell between cooler and hvac, big joke) and another 4 hours on my hvac maintenance, finally one unit finished. Another unit compressor not kick on, when I asked why, he told me he doesn't know, he only keen he was tired for 6 hour work.MAKE sure u have own hose and 24' extention ladder if your building height requires. They don't have those.

ARS / Rescue Rooter. Keep away from this company as if they have no integrity. There is no such warranty on parts and they only charge for labor. The labor price is so outrageously high that it is clear the cost of the part is included. They want to charge me $426.00 for replacing and installing a faulty motor that is still under warranty. According to two professional technicians, it is a job that takes 30 to 45 minutes. Translated, they are charging $426.00 per hour.

Called ARS / Rescue Rooter for a new install in February, but now for the second time in a month, the heat will fire and immediately shut off, leaving the temperature at a chilly 55 degrees. Called and set up an appointment for Monday, but unfortunately, the service was not prompt. I received a call 90 minutes after the scheduled time, despite specifically requesting a morning appointment due to other commitments. It seems like this is just another generic piece of equipment that will likely stop working by the end of the month.

ARS / Rescue Rooter, The technician, was very experienced and did a good job. Your scheduling, however, left much to be desired. You gave me a window of between 10 AM and 2 PM, and I specifically asked for you to come as early as possible. At about noon someone called and said you would be here at about one. Sometime after 1 PM someone called again and said they would be here about two. The Truck arrived at about four minutes till 2 PM, so technically, you met your window, but the timing was not good for me.

THEY ARE LIARS! They told my fiancé and I they would be out by noon today when we called last night. Then nothing by 11:30 am. They told my fiancé over the phone we were next in line to get serviced. Then when I called again at 4 pm, I was told they would call me to come out shortly. Then they called my fiancé at 5:30 pm and said they couldn't come out today. After we set up an APPOINTMENT for today 8 am-noon! We could have had an ALTERNATIVE SERVICE PROVIDER come out without jacking us around if it weren't for these liars.

We have now used ARS/ Rescue Rooter for multiple services and could not be more pleased with their service, care, and ethic. We have just had installed new Furnace and A/C units and could not be happier! These guys really love their work and desire to do things right! The entire company --from calling at all-hours and getting someone on the phone, to having people explain things in an understandable way, to showing up, doing the work and following through is beyond exceptional. We plan on using ARS/ Rescue Rooter SOLELY for years to come. I am thankful for a company like this!

Had water heater flush for lime buildup and replaced pressure tank. The next day I noticed low hot water pressure called out the local utilities to check, and they verified the pressure was fine coming in, so I called ARS / Rescue Rooter back out. They replaced the lines going into and out of the water heater and found a plugged line. Everything has been good since, but it was a hassle that they should have verified before leaving the first time. On a positive note, the technician, [technician's name], was determined to find and fix the problem late on a Friday. They didn't charge for the additional work on the lines, which I really appreciated. I'm giving a positive review accordingly.

These guys are never on time. They give you 4 hr (8 to 12) window and when nobody shows up at 12 and when you call them back, then the dispatcher tells you someone would be there between the hours of 1 to 3. The technicians are great people but the dispatchers are either totally incompetent or just lie. Unfortunately, I keep thinking that this is an isolated occurrence, but it is always the same, they always stretch a 4 hr window to seven hours and as it happened once before they say they would send someone the next day, promised. It is not because of the pandemic, this is their business model, they promise to you to get you committed.

I had a service call set up between 9am-1pm. I called in the morning to verify my appointment they said yes we have you set up they would call me before they come. I had a missed call from a number I did not recognize so they did not leave a message so I did not call it since I get so many spam calls. If they would have left a message I would have called back. they put it down as a cannot contact customer so they canceled my appointment. I called later that afternoon and they said it was cancelled because they could not reach me and left a message. But it is not true they never left a message. I had to reschedule for another date. That is very inconvenient I am not happy with them. They had like 3 different numbers they could of left a message.
