I had a pretty frustrating experience with American Web Coders that I feel like I should share. I signed up for their Chg 799 premium website service, and from the beginning, there were issues. The biggest problem for me was that they outsource their work to India, which caused a serious communication barrier. It was difficult to understand the workers I was speaking with, and I often felt like I wasn't getting my point across.
Unfortunately, it didn't get much better as the project went on. Three months later, I still didn't have my website and was incredibly frustrated. To make things even worse, they refused to use any of the content that I had prepared and instead sent me a generic website with just my business name inserted. It was completely unacceptable.
When I asked for a refund, things got even worse. They refused to give me my money back, despite the fact that I was incredibly unhappy with the service I had received. When I spoke to the manager, Sean Daniel, he was incredibly rude and hung up on me mid-sentence. It was a clear sign that I was dealing with a scam.
All in all, I would absolutely not recommend American Web Coders to anyone. The outsourced workers were difficult to deal with, the service was sub-par, and they refused to work with me to resolve any issues. Steer clear!
