12/18 Amistee Air Duct Cleaning did a very thorough job cleaning our ductwork. Alex E. and Sean were extremely professional and courteous. Before they started, they explained everything and carefully covered all the involved flooring with drop cloths. This house has extensive, complicated ductwork and they spent all the time needed to thoroughly clean every inch of it. Afterwards, Alex E. helped me thread a new accordion air filter into the frame; then did a great job cleaning up the area. Now I understand why Amistee comes so highly recommended. I will definitely use them in the future and feel confident urging others to do the same. Mark Hartman

What a great experience! The staff were very professional and took time to explain the process. I really appreciated the pictures and continued communication throughout the session. We noticed some upstairs bedrooms did not cool down in the summer and a technician discovered the dampers were closed. Thank God he saw that! We immediately noticed the next day that we weren't sneezing as soon as we woke up. We decided to have the disinfectant sprayed and we are so glad we did it! Adrian & Jack were amazing with my dogs & allowed them to ease into getting used to the large hoses and loud noises that were happening. So sweet! I would recommend Amistee to everyone I know!

My husband and I are very happy with the air duct cleaning experience with Amistee. The two young men who came were on time, explaining procedures, covering the carpet, placing corner guards around for protection of the paint, wearing shoe booties, working carefully and thoroughly. They took their time in doing a fine job. At the end of their job, they asked us if we wanted the sanitization of the ducts and we agreed. That was initially mentioned when we signed up for the cleaning over the phone. That was done well also. We are very satisfied with this company and would recommend it to anyone who wants their ducts, dryer vent cleaned and furnace filter changed. That was a huge plus. Thanks, guys. Five stars.

We just bought our first home and were nervously particular about it On top of that, we are in the midst of a world wide pandemic! Arrived when they said they would. Put on masks and/or social distanced themselves from us. Booted up their shoes whenever necessary to protect where they were walking They explained the process very well and answered all our questions 3 hours of work and I don't think they stopped moving the entire time! Before and after photos spoke for A LOT Technicians Alex and Derek were great Amistee is great I will be using them again (in a few years) and recommending Amistee to everyone Cool cool -Charles ps... I was very happy with the service I received. The crew showed up on time. They were professional and courteous. They took care to cover my wood floors with tarps. They wore masks in compliance with COV-19 recommendations. If I could give more stars I would because they were able to remove the bird that had died in my ductwork. The smell from the decaying bird was horrible. We had tried other services to identify and remove the thing that had died in our ducts without success. The Amistee techs quickly located the dead bird and also repaired the damaged caused by a previous service provider's incorrect process to remove the thing that died in our ducts. Our house is now smell free and our ducts are clean. I just wish I had called Amistee first.

Amistee personnel, specifically Rob S, John P and Sarah W, and a couple of unnamed associates did a complete duct cleaning, sanitizing, and aero-sealing on 12/13. They arrived on time and completed the entire job within the six estimated hours. Great care was taken to explain all steps and processes, to cover all house items that might be dirtied by their work, and to thoroughly clean up all areas before leaving. They paid extra attention to the welfare of our two cats during their work. Totally professional, honest regarding what they could and could not do, and very efficient in their teamwork approach. We could feel the positive improvement in heat distribution from our furnace literally within minutes of the completion of the work. I can give Amistee my strongest recommendation.

We are 1st time homeowners that know nothing about air ducts. However, we tried to schedule a company but Amistee came highly rated. It was a month out appointment to book. The company called a day before to confirm and the day of to notify their arrival. They were 15 mins ahead of their appointment. We had the Rob S and Nick team. They wore booties and masks throughout the 4 hours they were here. Very professional. The lined the floors with drop cloth and made sure there were a foam piece that helped barricade and protect the corners and walls. They do charge per sq. ft. but was well worth it since it would be cheaper than per register (Another company charged per register which would be more expensive). They were very through. They took pictures along the way (before and after). The company even called the day after to see if we were satisfied. Would highly recommend Amistee. Will call them to do maintenance work.

On the first visit, the technician identified that the HVAC system had a workmanship defect in that the builder's contractor had failed to install blockers in the return ducts - the fresh air return was inoperative! He advised that this needed to be addressed before duct cleaning. After getting this fixed, we set up another appointment with the technician. He and his team arrived ahead of the appointment time window and completed the work in less than the expected time. His team was efficient and careful; he provided advice on how to further improve air flow in the home. At the same time, Steve from Amistee arrived to test/evaluate the need for their complete duct sealing service. After evaluation, he advised that sealing wasn't necessary for our home. What a surprise! A company that doesn't oversell its services, is honest about what's needed, is careful and respectful of your home, and does a great job!. We'll certainly use them again and highly recommend them to others.
