Very professional. Did a great job removing the birds nest from the vent and cleaning it out. Also installed a cage over the outside vent to deter birds from building another nest. I highly recommend this service.

Dryer Vent Medic is very polite and professional. He called because he was delayed by 20 minutes. He took pictures before and after. He checked the air flow to make sure it met or exceeded the manufacturer's recommended flow for efficiency. He cleaned everything up. He used the appropriate materials for code. Dryer Vent Medic came out to work on our dryer vent last minute during a holiday week. We could tell the technician clearly knew the codes and violations that were causing the back up and then cleaned our vent after repairing it. The technician was very professional and had excellent customer service!
