I booked a deep clean appointment in January 2022. My house has literally never been cleaner. They did a great job and I'm setting up biweekly cleanings. I've never used professional cleaners on a regular basis, so looking forward to seeing how this positively impacts our home.

Our first cleaning with Organically Maid was great! Our cleaner, Sarah, was responsive to cleaning needs and preferences. She was extremely friendly and thorough. Our house looked and smelled great when we returned home. We will definitely be booking them again for regular monthly services!

I love the days that I have my house clean by Organically Maid. I don't have to tell them where or what to clean, the maid comes, does an outstanding job without any toxic ingredients. Yesterday was cleaning day and I got back from work and found my house spotless. The maid did an amazing job! It's the best feeling to come home to a clean home without that chemicals smell. I am very grateful to have found this company.

Every time my house gets cleaned by any Maid through Organically Maid it is spotless and I am thrilled to come home to a clean house. We have had numerous cleans, and she is AMAZING! Above and beyond clean and tidy. I also love how responsive Sarah, the client relations manager, is through email. I have always had any questions answered quickly and all requests have been managed beyond expectations!

Best birthday gift ever! My mom gifted me Organically Maid deep clean service for my birthday. When I called they were able to make my appointment for 3 days later. Sarah and Emily arrived in time and spent 8 hours scrubbing every room in the house. They were friendly, thorough and kept me informed of their progress throughout the day. It was nice to wake up the next morning to a clean house! Thanks Mom for the awesome gift!

Service was amazing! They went above and beyond. Professional and courteous help from beginning to end. House smells fresh and is so clean. They even worked gracefully around most of the house being home due to holiday. Loved how detailed and thorough their cleaning was. Definitely recommend and will be using regularly. This is my 3rd time using the service and each time I am more impressed! Would love to have Leesha back again.

We've used Organically Maid 3 times for 2-hour cleanings and have always been happy with their service. Their communication is great and the housekeepers we've had have all been lovely - super friendly and kind. I love that they offer the 2-hour cleanings as an option! Deciding which areas I don't want to tackle that week and avoiding the stress of "cleaning for the maid to clean" the whole house is perfect! Will definitely use them in the future.

Great first-time experience with Organically Maid! I booked their $79 two-hour tester. I received a three-hour time window to expect the maid, and then I received a text message saying the maid would arrive in the next 20 minutes. Keegan arrived promptly. I showed her around and gave a few instructions, and then she went straight to work. Two hours later, our floors were mopped and vacuumed, our bathroom was polished, and our microwave was squeaky clean. I am very happy with my service and will be booking monthly cleanings.

We have been using Organically Maid since May . All of the housekeepers we have had are super nice, friendly and love pets, which is very important to us. They also ask which oils they can use around our animals since we have a very elderly kitty. I love that they do not use harsh chemicals and the house is sparkling when they leave. Their customer service is top-notch and highly communicative. I highly recommend their service - we have used the deep cleaning and are currently on an every 4 week rotation with them. I would gladly use them for other services as the need arises.

I was very pleased with the service provided by Organically Maid for my deep clean. They sent 3 young women and they were all personable and took care of business. They carried in their equipment and got straight to work. I showed them around and then got out of the way while they worked their cleaning magic. The only thing I noticed after they left was a bit of dust on a couple of blinds but compared to everything they cleaned and how dirty/dusty the whole place originally was, this was definitely not an issue for me! I plan to sign up for regular visits! Thank you Andrea, Ava and Bailey, you did a wonderful job!

I received a cleaning from Organically Maid when I was in desperate need to get my laundry folded! I had SEVERAL laundry baskets full of clean laundry that I hadn't been able to get to and probably wouldn't for a while! Having 4 kids 8 years and under can do that to you!I scheduled a 2 hour cleaning, and the woman who came out actually enjoyed folding! Bless her heart! She was able to fold all of my laundry and organize them in their separate piles with still time to spare! Since she still had time left I had her wash my dishes. I have used Organically Maid in the past and each time I have had a great experience! I look forward to using them again!

I originally used Organically Maid to get a deep clean at my mom's house to prepare for out of town company. The two crew members who were sent did an amazing job and were very thorough. I decided to give them a try for weekly cleaning at my house and couldn't be happier with the results. The person who they assigned to clean my house is just a pleasure! She arrives on time every week and does a great job cleaning. It is harder now that my husband and I are both working from home, but she is very gracious about working around our conference calls and meetings. If you need a reputable and responsible company to clean your home, I highly recommend Organically Maid.

Overall I've had a good experience with Organically Maid. I love that they use more eco-friendly products. I've had only the best experience with their cleaners helping to keep my home clean and dust free. I have a pretty bad dust mite allergy and their cleaners have been attentive in how they dust to avoid dust going everywhere which would cause a flare up. I left a star off because I'm not a fan of how they do billing. They want you to pay ahead weeks in advance when most other places are good with paying same day of service. While I understand their need to secure the spot and prevent not getting paid, there are other ways to protect their business from experiencing this that doesn't require up front payment. If and when they improve their billing methods, I will come back and add a star.

I had a “deep clean" done by a DIFFERENT company two years ago but it was not truly a deep clean. I think they rushed and overlooked many things. I'm glad I gave Organically Maid a chance. I do not regret it at all. Brandi did an exceptional job, was professional, prompt, thorough, and courteous. I am eager to schedule my next maintenance cleaning. I had so much fun going around the house seeing the rooms she had completed and all the attention to detail. It was such a relief knowing I could spend time with my husband and work on other things while my house was being thoroughly cleaned. I would definitely recommend Organically Maid to anyone. Additionally, during the scheduling process they answered all my questions with kindness and understanding and made sure I understood exactly what was to be expected for what I paid. They did not disappoint. It was worth every penny.

I just wanted to share my experience with Organically Maid. 1. Setting up the appointment was fairly easy.2. The tech arrived at my house and I was asking him about the spray and he said "Let me show you". a. He couldn't get it to work. b. When he finally did get it to work, he sprayed ME. He said "this stuff is safe you can even eat it". c. He started to spray the house and couldn't get it working again. So he asked me if I had a hair tie he could use. d. I said "sure" even though I thought it was a little weird to "rig" a professional device. e. The unit stopped working completely when he started upstairs, and it made me wonder if it truly disinfected since he was having so many problems with it to begin with. d. Due to the sprayer quitting, you guys offered a free 2 hour cleaning.3. He comes back the next day and is late. a. He has a different sprayer and I asked him to respray my couch. He starts the sprayer without asking me and my kids to move, and he sprays US! My 3 year old says, "Mommy he sprayed me." The tech says nothing. b. The tech starts walking up stairs and we are trying to get out of the house and he sprays my son again! My son says "Mommy he got me again."4. I schedule the cleaning. I am not on my email all day and so I didn't realize there was another question asked. When I said Monday would work...I planned my entire day around that. a. No one called me...they just cancelled the appointment even though I said Monday would work. b. I didn't find out until I reached out Monday morning to confirm. c. I still don't know why no one called me.5. The free 2 HOUR cleaning - My house is always neat and I clean my bathrooms every 2 weeks. Before her arrival, I removed the bath rugs, and all of the items off the vanity so she could clean easily. a. In two hours, the maid only cleaned my Master bathroom. b. I realized before I left that for some reason she was focusing on my shower door so that's when I emailed you guys about it. c. When I found out she only cleaned my bathroom in 2 hours...I thought "Well, she probably went over the top and did the baseboards and some other stuff I am unaware of". d. I return home to see that even though she said she cleaned my Master bathroom for 2 Hours... 1. My tile in my shower is still dirty. 2. There are places on my vanity that are still dirty. 3. She didn't even clean the floor. e. So what did she do for 2 hours? f. Bottom line...I didn't receive a cleaning worth 2 hours.I am pleased with the "organicness" of the solutions of Organically Maid which is why I used you guys. But my expectations have been far from met when I pay almost $400 for a disinfection. I won't be using Organically Maid again and I cannot in good conscience recommend this company to my friends. A process that should have been completed in a day has lingered for a week and the very kind gesture of a "2 hour free cleaning" has only left me more frustrated than before.I have already sent this to Organically Maid and their response was "Thank you...we truly wish you the best".
