Peachtree Air Ducts did a great job. The Tech was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. My house is big with a lot of Air Ducts, the Tech did not complaint and did the job with a smile. The young *** who called to follow up on the job was friendly and nice. I'm sorry for anyone who had a bad experience with this company. I would definitely recommend and use again!

When i called the person on the line was very polite, Eric was my chimney technician. He was on time, very detailed and did a thorough inspection of my fireplace. He was able to remove a dead critter and installed a chimney cap to prevent them from coming back.
The prices were really reasonable comparing to other companies. I will recommend Peachtree cleaning to all my family and friends.

arrived earlier than anticipated and went right to work. After meeting him, i was reminded of a teenage *** from the 60s. The only negative thing that i can post about him is that he was finished before my wife came home! I wanted her to meet him assured that she would love his amazing personality. Wonderful experience, pleasant, and very efficient. He proved beyond a doubt that he knew what he was doing. Peachtree Cleaning will definitely be first on my list from now own!

Ace was super professional and did a thorough inspection, cleaning and provided usage instructions. He also measured my two fireplaces for glass doors and told me what I need to convert one of them from wood burning to gas logs.Highly recommend this company. *** was also very professional to provide a post follow up call to ensure my expectations were *** burning fireplaces need inspection and cleaning every 2 years; Wood burning each year. Peachtree Cleaning serviced my gas fireplace that wouldn't light. It's an older unit, I don't have the user manual, and the pilot is hard to see. The service guy took his time, showed me the problem and thoroughly cleaned the unit - even removing and replacing the glass door out is hard to do. While I'm not in love with my fireplace unit, I now know that it works, it's clean and it's safe. It was a good use of $ to have a pleasant and knowledgeable person answer those questions for me. would recommend.

was very professional and knowledgeable of his craft. He inspected our chimney and gave us a good report of its condition. Although my husband had a different idea in mind of something he wanted to do with our fireplace, *** was able to persuade him that it was unnecessary and would be quite expensive. Because of *** expertise in this area, his opinion confirmed for me that we were not going to proceed with that project. *** was also helpful in providing a website for us to order fireplace insulation.

The technician that was sent, *** was very personable, professional and a hard worker. *** walked me through all that he was going to do and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. *** took pictures of the before and after and WOW what a difference in the ducts appearance once they were cleaned, they looked brand new. Not only did he clean both of our HVAC systems ducts but our dryer as well. I had cleaned our dryer vent to the best of my ability, but the dryers lint light would not go out, that is no longer a problem. I highly recommend Peachtree duct cleaning! My technician arrived on time and prepared to start work immediately. He answered all my questions, and was able to make several recommendations for the care of my HVAC to extend its life and improve efficiency. He was well informed, courteous, and thorough. I requested before/after pictures of my ducts and vents so I could see how much impact the service. I was stunned to see how dirty the ducts were when he got started, and thrilled to see the results when he finished. The price quoted was the price received. I'm thrilled with the service and will use Peachtree Cleaning for future on-going maintenance of my units (one on each of the three floors of my home.) Fantastic job!

I will caution anyone looking for duct cleaning services to stay away from this company. I have a 3 level home that is fairly large with 2 a/c systems. I called during the service and several times after because their "senior tech" tells me to turn the fan motors on to both units and proceeds to use a wand to blow dirt out of the duct of a supply vent. Needless to say every room in my house was covered In dust and dirt. I had to wash all of my linens and curtains. I had to clean my entire home to include bathrooms and replace sanitary items in bathrooms. Once I received a call back from the manager after several calls on my part I was told that supply vents shouldn't be dirty. After I stated to him my supply vents for one of the units are on the floor and would have dirt he then says ok. Dumbest response ive ever heard, if aupply vents arent dirty why charge to clean them, just clean the returns then!Offers me a 10% discount off of a 450 dollar ***. Needless to say I will not be using this service ever again. All of my years of owning homes I've never had a duct cleaning that didn't have a suction or vacuum system hooked to it. Worst experience ever.

Peachtree Cleaning, LLC was used to clean my gutters & downspouts. This company does not follow their own stated process of cleaning and flushing gutters in order to determine if the downspouts are draining properly. The gutters were "cleaned" using a leaf blower which sent debris onto the property and landscaping.below and the downspouts were never addressed like they promised to do. I have a downspout that is still clogged and during a recent storm, the water was shooting up in the air due to the clog. During the "cleaning" process, the technician did not use a safety harness when working on the edges of the roof that were 30 to 40 ft. above the ground and in the event of an accident, this could be a significant liability for a homeowner. I contacted the owner to see if a technician could come out to remove the obstruction from the one downspout and for safety reasons, I suggested that the technician use a ladder to access the top of the downspout and not get on the roof. The owner told me that he doesn't tell me how to do my job and that I shouldn't tell him how to do his. I requested a partial refund/credit on the job since they didn't flush the system or clean any of the downspouts as noted on their website and the owner refused to do so. For safety and potential liability reasons, I told the owner that I would not allow his technicians back on my property and I am choosing to find a more competent contractor to finish the job..

Received notice for$75 after appointment time had been missed and threatened of lien. company called to confirm appointment time on Sept 29 and that he could arrive earlier. I asked to give me a call if they wanted to come earlier than the 5pm appointment time. Appointment was from 5-6. I explained to him that i live 30 min from that location and would need contact before hand to arrive. The rep never called back. However, he came to my home at 6:25 pm; we are in the process of moving into home and were not there. He left a note and took a picture; I have it on my camera, I returned to the home today and noticed an invoice. I called and he threatened a lein on the property for $75 for missed appointment when they missed it.

I called Peachtree Duct Cleaning on Monday November 9 to inquire about their cleaning service. A very rude man named Leo answered the phone. He told me it was $199.00 for unlimited duct and vent cleaning. Based on the lack of customer service and the fact that he refused to send me an email confirmation, during the conversation I told him I changed my mind and to cancel my next day appointment. He said okay. Lo and behold at 10: 39 a.m Tuesday I received a call from a guy at XXX- XXX-XXXX, saying he was calling to change my 4 o'clock appointment because of a scheduling problem, but he was in my area and could come at 11. It did not dawn on me at the moment that this was the same company I told to cancel my appointment the day before. He apparently called his boss Leo, who then called me to demand a cancellation fee of $45.00 for not providing them 24 hours cancellation notice, which by the way he collected over the phone. I called Leo back at XXX-XXX-XXXX, after realizing that this is the same company I had spoken to the day before, and that I was clearly being scammed. I told Leo that I would dispute the charge with my bank. This man was very aggressive, and went as far as Tom threaten to put a lien on my house! I have since found similar complaints on Yelp about this unscrupulous company. Its only $45.00, but how many other consumers are they scamming? I want a refund of my money that I was ripped off. On about April 28 I called [protected] for 'GutterCleaning Atlanta GA'. At that time, I was told that cost will be $119.00 for gutter cleaning for 1 level house (2500 sq ft) On April 30th (Thursday) a worker came for Gutter Cleaning at the house, 4809 Leeds CT. Dunwoody, GA . After gutters were cleaned, renter at 4809 requested to fix loose gutter and worker told the renter that it will not cost much. But, worker did not give the estimate. And worker fixed (a small portions of the gutter) it by nails. No new gutter supplies needed. When renter requested for business card, worker did not have one so he gave blank invoice form for the 'Peachtree Cleaning', with address 60 12th Atlanta GA 30309 with phone # ? [protected] (the same # that I called on about April 28) On May 4, received the invoice without any details for $317.00 from Peachtree Cleaning, LLC with address 2424 Apalachee Run Way, Dacula, GA 30019 and with phone # [protected]. (The company name, address and phone # different from blank invoice form given by worker) I gave credit card # to the person who called on May 4th. But, then I realized that the bill was too high and without any details. So, I called credit card company and stopped the payment. On May 15, Mr. from Peachtree Cleaning called and told me that he is filing lean on 4809 Leeds ct. because I have disputed the charge. I wanted to resolve the issue with fair and objective way but he hung up. I wanted to resolve by adding $50 for very minor additional work. So, I am willing to pay original price of $119.00 +$50.00 for very minor additional work. ***@gmail.com *** CT *** XXXXX

Company did not perform agreed upon gutter cleaning After asking the owner direct questions on how the company would clean my gutters I decided to hire them. The company stated they would clean all debris check for leaks and address them also they do a full flush of the gutter system and pump out any standing water. a Full report would be provided at the end of the service showing any issues that may come up and address them during their cleaning. NONE of this is true the tech came out and partially cleaned the gutters leaving behind all the debris in my yard for me to clean up charged $254 and did not perform a flush give a report nor check/ address any leaks or issues with the gutters. When I called back in to address the owner he started yelling and trying to intimidate me! THIS COMPANY/OWNERS ARE CROOKS AND A COMPLETE SCAM! PLEASE BE AWARE! When I complained the company said it was because I have a 3 story home which they couldn't reach some of the gutters to repair or clean them so I needed too call and pay someone else! They sure charged me the full $254 for the entire home gutter cleaning in which I did not receive! This is the companies Gutter cleaning process which is directly copied from their website: (All of which is untrue and not completed) "Removal and disposal of all debris - Standing water will be pumped out , followed by the removal of all gutter debris using the most effective and safest method possible. This gutter debris goes into our buckets and cleaned up thoroughly before we leave and emptied into your yard debris bin or taken by us. Once the gutters are emptied of all the gutter debris we then flush all of your gutters. During this gutter flushing process we also check for leaks along seams, and clogged downspouts. If there are clogged downspouts or leaks along your gutter line they are taken care of in the appropriate manner. After all gutters are flushed and downspouts are checked, a physical check of brackets and seals. To ensure your gutter system is in the best condition possible, for peace of mind we'll also give you a report on the condition of each and every seal & bracket highlighting any cause for concern. AGAIN THIS COMPANY/OWNERS ARE CROOKS AND A COMPLETE SCAM! PLEASE BE AWARE!
