Late and Unreliable: My Experience with And Services Maintenance Appointment
So, last week And Services gave me a call and told me that it was time for my maintenance. I was like, "Oh great, what times do you have available?" They said they had 9-11am available, so I took that slot. The morning of the appointment, they called me and said that I was first on the schedule. I thought that meant 9am or at least 9:30am, but apparently it meant 10:15am. I called them up and said that I hadn't seen anyone yet. They told me that the technician wouldn't be there until 11:30am. That's pretty late, if you ask me.
Then the manager told me that he had to go to Tampa that morning to drop off some paperwork and get a camera fixed in his truck. I don't think that's acceptable. Why schedule an appointment if you're always going to be late? Just tell your customers that you'll be there when you get there. That way, nobody is just waiting around in their time frame that your person scheduled. Period.
So, here we sit and wait for the next time slot between 3-5pm. I'm crossing my fingers and hoping that we get the service we were promised. It's frustrating when things don't go as planned, but I'm willing to give And Services another chance. Hopefully, they'll make it up to us and provide the quality service that we deserve.
Disappointing Experience with And Services: Lack of BBB Accreditation and Poor 24/7 Coverage
I gotta say, I'm not too impressed with And Services. I mean, they ain't even BBB accredited, which is kinda sketchy if you ask me. And don't even get me started on their so-called "24/7 coverage." I had an issue with my AC handler leaking into my bedroom, and I called them on a Thursday. But guess what? Nobody showed up until Saturday afternoon. That ain't exactly what I call 24/7 coverage.
So, I had a couple of other companies come out to look at the problem - a water mitigation service and American Leak Detection. And when I finally got a tech from And Services to come out, he told me there was no way the AC handler could be the problem because he didn't find any moisture in the unit. But the other companies had already told me that was the issue, so I don't know what this guy was talking about.
Anyway, I called And Services again to ask them to coordinate with American Leak Detection to figure out what was really going on. The receptionist was nice enough, but I still haven't heard back from them about it. I'm getting pretty frustrated because I have a contractor coming out to give me a quote on repairs, but I don't want to move forward until we figure out the leak situation.
I'm gonna give And Services another call and see if they'll finally help me out with this. My insurance adjuster suggested I contact American Leak Detection, so I'm hoping And Services will get on board with that. But honestly, I'm not holding my breath.
Poor Customer Service Experience with And Services: A Review
So, I had a bit of an issue with And Services. I recently purchased a 10,000 unit from them and scheduled a tech to come out for service. Unfortunately, no one showed up or called me to let me know what was going on. I was given a 9-11 time frame and around 10:30, I decided to call the office to see what was going on. They told me that the tech would be there by 11. I waited until 11 and called again, only to be told that the tech would arrive between 1-3. I was pretty upset because I had already taken the day off and now I was stuck at home waiting.
When 3 o'clock came around and still no one had shown up, I called again. This time, they told me that the tech would arrive between 3-5. I couldn't believe it! I asked to speak to a manager and was told that they would call me back within the hour. To my surprise, I never received a call back. It was pretty clear to me that they only care about customers who are dropping lots of money. It seems like service and routine maintenance isn't keeping them in business.
Today, they were supposed to arrive between 9-11 since they didn't show up yesterday. However, I just received a call from a manager who told me that other customers were a priority because their units weren't working. This basically proves my point. If you aren't dropping thousands of dollars, they aren't going to show up.
After my two service calls that I've already paid for, I'm going to find a company that values their customers. It's a shame because I really wanted to like And Services, but their lack of customer service has left a bad taste in my mouth.
And Services: $800 for No Hot Water, The Clean Plumbers: Excellent Job!
I recently had an experience with And Services and I must say, it was not a pleasant one. On Monday, I called them to replace the heating elements in my house and they charged me a whopping $800 for it. The plumber assured me that I would have hot water in an hour, but to my dismay, I still didn't have hot water even after four hours. I called them back and they sent the same plumber the next day.
On Tuesday, And Services checked the power to the tank and said that there was nothing else they could do. I was shocked that for $800, they couldn't do anything more. I called their office and they promised to send someone else out to my house.
On Wednesday, And Services sent another plumber who informed me that the hot water tank had a leak and it would cost me $2500 to replace it. Frustrated, I called The Clean Plumbers and they came out that afternoon. After about 30 minutes, they discovered that I had a leak in the hot water line and called The Leak Specialist.
On Thursday, The Leak Specialist confirmed that there was a leak in the hot water line near the hot water tank. I called The Clean Plumbers and informed them of the leak specialist's findings. They promised to send out a plumber on Friday.
And Services called me that afternoon and offered to replace the tank for $1200 and give me a credit of $800. I informed them that there was a leak in the hot water line, but the representative was dismissive and said that if that was the case, I would be spraying water all over the place.
On Friday, The Clean Plumbers sent out a plumber named Luis Ramos to check the hot water tank. He suggested putting a shut-off valve in the hot water line between the tank and the house to isolate the tank. Once he did that, it was determined that the tank was okay and there was a leak in the hot water line. Luis worked tirelessly from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm to find and fix the leak.
Finally, on Saturday, I had hot water thanks to The Clean Plumbers and Luis Ramos. I must say, And Services charged me $800 for no hot water, but The Clean Plumbers and Luis Ramos did an excellent job. Good job, Luis!
Warning: Shoddy Treatment and Excessive Delays with AND Services
I gotta tell ya, I had a real doozy of an experience with AND Services. I sent them a letter back in March and haven't heard a peep from 'em since. So, I'm taking to the internet to warn others about the shoddy treatment my husband and I received. I mean, we had to deal with four failed inspections and multiple appointments where we had to wait around for hours. And don't even get me started on the duplicate work and completion. It was a real headache, let me tell ya.
But, I gotta give credit where credit is due. Eventually, after several months, everything was taken care of. But, come on, six months is way too long for all of this to be sorted out. And, to make matters worse, my husband and I are elderly and have underlying health conditions. Dealing with all of this during a pandemic was just too much.
I'm not saying mistakes can't happen, but this was just excessive. I hope no one else has to go through what we did.
Warning: And Services Overcharges and Pushes Unnecessary Repairs - Stay Away!
I gotta tell ya, I had a real doozy of an experience with And Services. My A/C unit stopped cooling and I called around to three other repair companies, but none of them could come out on short notice. So, I decided to give And Services a try. The technician arrived a couple of hours later and inspected my outside air handler. I had a hunch that it was a bad capacitor, but when I checked it myself, I couldn't see any damage. The fan would start up just fine, but then it would shut down after a little while. The technician confirmed that it was indeed a bad capacitor and gave me an estimate of $812 to replace it. My jaw hit the floor. I had already been without A/C for a day and I begrudgingly accepted the offer.
The technician also recommended a "hard start kit" to help the compressor last longer. My A/C unit is only six years old, so I was surprised to be having these issues. But I figured I might as well go ahead with the recommended repairs. The technician replaced the capacitor and installed the hard start kit, which took about 30 minutes. The parts themselves only cost around $40 each locally, but And Services charged me over four times that amount. To add insult to injury, the technician then tried to sell me on four additional service options for the entire system at prices ranging from $1135 to $5409. I declined all of them.
After the technician left, I did some research online and found that the average cost to replace a capacitor and hard start kit was around $200, including the service visit. And Services charged me over four times that amount! I should have told the technician to hit the road after he gave me the first estimate. I should have known better. But I learned my lesson and I will NEVER call And Services again. I'm warning you, folks, this company lacks ethics in a BIG way. They will take advantage of you and rip you off if you let them. STAY AWAY!
Unreliable Sales Tactics: My Experience with And Services
I recently had an experience with And Services, and I must say that it was not a pleasant one. I purchased a new house and needed a new AC system and AC ducts. I got a quote from And Services on July 26, 2022, and agreed to get the Daikin Fit Whole House AC system that their salesperson, Luther McNall, recommended. He assured me that the new AC ducts would be replaced the day after the AC was installed.
On July 27, 2022, the AC was installed, but I was told that the air ducts could not be replaced the next day. I was disappointed because I was lied to by the salesperson. I called And Services to find out when the air ducts would be replaced, and I was told that it could take weeks.
Now, I have a brand new AC that is useless because it cannot cool the house properly. In order for it to work as it should, it needs the new air ducts since the ones in the house are 18 years old, very dirty, and have not been properly maintained. It is no different than having the old AC.
The old AC was not working properly because it was not properly maintained by the previous owners of the house, and the lack of AC duct maintenance. If I had known about this, I would not have agreed to have an AC and new AC duct replacement with this company. I would have planned for it by getting fans and/or portable AC systems in the meantime.
It is obvious that the salesperson lied to make a sale, and the company does not care much. As of now, this job is not considered completed until the AC ducts are replaced since it is part of the sales/work order. I wish I could cancel everything with this company and look for another company to deal with, but I can't since the AC system has already been installed.
Beware of this company's selling tactics! This has been my opinion based on my experience dealing with And Services. I have not heard from the company as to when the new AC ducts will be replaced, and I am very disappointed. I have an AC unit that is useless since it is not cooling and working less than the old AC unit that was in the house that was from 2004. I have been getting the run around from And Services.
Terrible Customer Service and Warranty Experience with And Services - A Warning to Others
Got our Trane unit from And Services back in 2019. We were supposed to get two services from them, but only got one because of the covid situation. They still owe us one service. However, we had to call them because the unit wasn't working properly. The technician rigged it the first time to keep it working, but they still owe us a part. When we called their 24-hour emergency line, we were told that a technician would come shortly. But it took six phone calls and three days before a technician finally arrived. The third time we called, we were told that a technician would come in an hour, but no one showed up. When we called again, we were told that they called us but didn't get an answer. They only called once. A technician finally arrived and said that he couldn't do anything because the unit was frozen and needed to defrost. So we turned on the fan to help defrost it. The technician said that someone would come the next day, but no one showed up. We called customer service and were told that the manager, Edgard, would call us in 20 minutes. But he didn't call, so we called back after 50 minutes. Edgard said that no one would come because he wanted to send his senior technician, who was tied up on a job. So we had to wait for 72 hours without a fix. When we asked why we were told that a technician would come in an hour the first time, Edgard said that he had new staff and they were running behind. He even said that he would rather they give incorrect information. Finally, a technician arrived on the fourth day and told us that there was a hole in the coil. The coil was under warranty, but we had to pay $1400 for the refrigerant and labor. We had to pay for the refrigerant that wouldn't have leaked if the part had been checked upon installation for a leak. We also had to pay for the labor of a warranty part that was a manufactured defect that they installed. Their customer service was terrible. They even told us that they didn't know how long it would take to get the part. Are they serious? We hope that our story will help others make a decision not to purchase from And Services.
Poor Customer Service and Installation Experience with AND Services HVAC Company
Last spring, I decided to hire AND Services to install a new central HVAC system in my home. Unfortunately, the installation process did not go as smoothly as I had hoped. There were a few unexpected issues that arose during the installation that were not accounted for in the original estimate. To make matters worse, shortly after the installation was completed, it was discovered that the air handler had a broken part. Instead of replacing the unit, the company ordered a new part to fix the brand new unit. This left me without air conditioning during a heatwave in Florida for several days. Needless to say, I was extremely unhappy about this.
To make matters worse, the installers were several hours late for the window I was given, and the permitting department did not show up on the day they were scheduled to. This caused me to miss three days of work so that I could be home to handle the AC issues. Despite my attempts to speak with a supervisor by phone and email, I have yet to receive a response as of November 1, 2022.
Although I did receive two free maintenance calls as compensation, I am still extremely frustrated with the company's lack of care and concern for their clients. Today was my scheduled maintenance call, and I was given a window between 12 o'clock and two. However, it is now 2:30, and I have yet to hear from anyone. When I called the company, the person who answered the phone told me that the window was just an estimate and that the team was out in Pasco County and would be here between 3-4. I asked her what the point of having a timeframe was if they weren't going to hold to it.
In my opinion, dealing with this company is not worth the frustrations. They do not value their customers, and there are surely other companies that would value my patronage more than they would. The woman on the phone today even offered to put me through to a supervisor, but I laughed and told her that I was still waiting to hear back from a supervisor from earlier this year. It is clear that this company has zero concern for customer service, and I would advise anyone to stay away if they want to keep their sanity.
By the way, they're the company that hounds you while you're trying to shop at Home Depot.
And Services AC Installation Review: Two Years of Issues with Upstairs Unit
I had a salesperson named Stacey from And Services come out to discuss our options in June 2019. Our units were original to our house (2006) and our electric bill was extremely high, so we decided to proceed with the sale/installation. Stacy stated that we needed a new 2.5 ton (downstairs) and 5 ton (upstairs) unit. In July 2019, And Services was contracted to replace two AC units (air handlers and condensers) for our property. The removed units were a 2.5 ton (downstairs) and 3 ton (upstairs). The installation of the new units occurred on July 9, 2019, by a tech named Osmel. The new systems included UV lights to help prevent bacteria growth.
However, the inspection failed on July 19, 2019, as the condensers needed to be turned for service ability, and the installation manual was not followed. The inspector also noted that one unit was on a hurricane pad, while the other was not, and Unit 1 did not sound like it was working correctly. This information is available on county records search.
On July 23, 2019, the new upstairs A/H was not working and leaked water through our kitchen ceiling. And Services returned on July 25, 2019, to re-isolate the return box (which was left with wood showing after install) and turn the condensers and change the disconnect box to pass the next inspection. The new disconnect box is much smaller compared to the previous one, and the service note states "handyman to repair wet drywall and fill the gap at new disconnect box for condenser with stucco," which was never done.
On August 30, 2019, the upstairs air handler was not working again and leaked water through our kitchen ceiling a second time. On September 20, 2019, Randy came to change the TXV on both units and water collection pan and additional overflow switch added to upstairs return box. The service notes indicate that "painter for kitchen ceiling, you can see all touch-ups, client not happy." We have discussed this with Edgar, who agreed to have the entire ceiling painted but never followed through. On October 3, 2019, the final inspection passed. I spoke with Edgar several times regarding the issues noted, and a handyman came out to fix the paint on the ceiling from the water damage. He "feathered the paint" around the area to try to get it to blend with the rest of the ceiling. This did not work, and you can still see where the damage occurred.
In 2020, we continued to have issues with the upstairs air handler. On April 19, 2020, the upstairs air handler was not working because water had backed up and tripped the float switch, which shut our upstairs unit off. On July 10, 2020, the upstairs air handler was not working because water had backed up and tripped the float switch, which shut our upstairs unit off. On July 28, 2020, water had backed up and tripped the float switch, which shut our upstairs unit off. And Services said we needed a new condenser pump that would cost $800 to install. We paid for the premiere membership ($189/year) during this visit to cover the cost of the evaluation.
We contacted another company for a second opinion on July 30, 2020, and they found that we had high static pressure and an overflow device attached to the unit that keeps filling up. They replaced the float switch and added an in-line vent. They recommended air duct modification or checking the heat load calc for the 2nd floor. This cost $150. We were also informed that the upstairs A/H was a 4 ton A/H matched with a 3.5 ton condenser outside.
I spoke with Edgar, And Services manager, on August 10, 2020, to discuss being charged for a 5 ton A/H and having a 4 ton A/H installed. This was a large cost difference, and Edgar issued a refund of $977. On August 14, we called And Services to review the findings from the second opinion, and a tech from And Services, Rosario, came and found "when arrived found air handler all wet, high static [protected]@. 7. Adjusted blower speed, static PSI drop to. 5". The blower speed was changed from high to low.
On August 21, 2020, Brian M. from And Services performed yearly maintenance on both units "coils and drain line cleaned." On September 18, 2020, water backed up again, and Jared from And Services was dispatched. He stated "cleared out very clogged drain line. This has been a big problem since we installed this system. Static pressure is. 5, and the system calls for. 5, so that is good."
In 2021, we continued to have issues with the upstairs air handler. On September 16, 2021, water backed up into the secondary pan and tripped the second float switch located in the upstairs air return. Victor M from And Services arrived and stated "drain line again clogged, dripping to secondary pan. Recommended pull and clean/new evaporator at $732". The drain line was cleared the night prior, September 15, 2021, by my husband: flushing the lines with hot water and using a shop vac on the outside drain, as well as removing 1 in of water from the secondary drain pan.
I called And Services and asked to speak with John Escalano, the GM, but I was transferred to Edgar, the manager. Edgar stated that it had been a year since the last issue, so there was nothing to complain about. He stated service should be done every year, which was completed. He also stated that I never pay for any service and I was trying to get it for free, even though we paid for the service plan on 7/28/20. John returned my call, and we discussed the timeline below. He stated that it was an obvious drain line issue. I informed him that I was going to have a second opinion, and he replied "good for you. Every company will just throw me under the bus because everyone hates me because I am the best."
On September 21, 2021, we asked for the same company who did the previous second opinion to come out again as we have been continuously told that it is a drain line issue, and And Services refuses to check any other possible causes. The previous second opinion AC company returned to inspect the system again. They found "speed tap on blower motor set to low. Static pressure at low speed is. 505. Calculated to CFM from manufacture data equals 1,160. System requires 1,600 [protected]@ 400 CFM per ton. System has drainage issues from high static. When set at medium speed, static is. 621. Ductwork and space conditioned adequate for a 3 ton system. Currently has 4 ton A/H. Checked condensate drain line. Free from any obstruction. Holds water and does not indicate any cracks or breakage in line underground." Cost $89.95. They discussed the correct way to fix this issue is to replace the 4 ton A/H with a 3 ton A/H.
After the inspection on September 21, 2021, I contacted John again to discuss the findings. I asked him four questions:
? What size A/H was installed upstairs?
? What should the CFM be?
? What should the fan speed be?
? Was my duct work size assessed?
John was unable to answer the questions or stated that he did not have the answers. He replied that "since I know everything, I should open an AC business." I told him that I do not believe it is a drain line issue and stated that they have not looked at other causes to the problem that we have had for two years since the new AC units were installed. John stated that Randy would be at the house on October 1, 2021, to do an inspection. I then called back to ask for all invoices to be sent to me.
On September 27, 2021, I received a call from Becky Lee in accounting and reviewed all concerns. She stated she would contact Justin Matthews, the owner, and return

Unreliable and Incorrect Installation: My Experience with And Services
ed up. Finally, I got fed up and called another company. They came out and found that And Services had installed the unit incorrectly. They fixed it and now my AC is working great. I would not recommend And Services to anyone.
I had my unit installed by And Services about two years ago. At first, everything was working fine, but about three months ago, my AC stopped working. I called And Services multiple times and was told that they would come out the next day to fix it. However, they never showed up. This happened at least six times, and I was getting frustrated.
Finally, I decided to call another company to come out and take a look. They found that And Services had installed the unit incorrectly, which was causing the AC to malfunction. The new company was able to fix the issue, and now my AC is working great.
Overall, I would not recommend And Services to anyone. Their lack of follow-through and incorrect installation caused me a lot of frustration and wasted time. If you're looking for a reliable HVAC company, I suggest looking elsewhere.
Unimpressed with And Services: Overpriced and Focused on Profit, Not Customers
I recently used And Services for some work I needed done around my house. I have to say, I wasn't too impressed with their service. It seemed like they were more interested in making money than actually helping their customers. They charged me way too much for the work that was done, and I felt like they didn't really care about my satisfaction.
One thing that really bothered me was the fact that they take a 10% commission for their salespeople and a 15% commission for their workers. I mean, come on, that's just ridiculous. It's no wonder their prices are so high.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend using And Services. There are plenty of other companies out there that offer better service at a more reasonable price. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.
Overpriced and Unfair: My Experience with And Services
I had a big problem with my shower faucet. It was leaking and I needed it fixed right away. I found And Services online and decided to give them a try. They came out to my house and fixed the problem, but I was shocked when they charged me $1350 for the repair. They told me that they had to replace two Delta Cartridges that cost only $65 each. I asked for an itemized bill, but they refused to give me one. They said that they charge a flat rate for their services.
I was really upset about the price. $1200 an hour is way too much money for a simple repair job. My auto mechanic only charges $95 an hour, and he does much more complicated work. I felt like And Services was taking advantage of me because I was in an emergency situation. They knew that I needed the repair done quickly, and they charged me an outrageous price.
I think that the flat rate charges and the lack of an itemized receipt are just ways for And Services to overcharge their customers. They know that people are willing to pay more when they are in a hurry, and they take advantage of that. I would not recommend this company to anyone. If you need a repair done, find someone who will give you a fair price and an itemized bill. Don't let And Services take advantage of you like they did to me.

However, on Friday February 24, 2023, after only 38 months of intermittent operation, the run capacitor (Supco, MFD 35+5) failed, causing the system to not start up. While the cost of the part itself was less than $8, the cost of having And Services come out to install it was a whopping $406 - over 51 times the cost of the part itself!
I found this to be excessive, even in a free market economy. To make matters worse, I was given a 2 hour waiting window that dragged on for over 2 days, causing me a great deal of inconvenience. And to top it all off, I am still waiting for the receipt to be emailed to me, which is quite frustrating.
Overall, I would not recommend And Services to my friends or family based on this experience. While I understand that things can go wrong and repairs can be costly, I feel that this situation was handled poorly and left me feeling taken advantage of. As a customer, I expect fair pricing and timely service, and unfortunately, And Services did not deliver on either of those fronts in this instance.

Disappointed with And Services: Hidden Fees and Lack of Transparency
I've been a customer of And Services for a good 5 years now, and I have to say that I've had a pretty good experience with them overall. However, my recent encounter with them has left me feeling a bit disappointed and frustrated.
You see, my air conditioner had stopped working, and I didn't want to pay for someone to come out and check it for fear that it would be too expensive to repair. But when I contacted And Services about it, they assured me that it wouldn't cost me anything to have them come out and take a look, since I was on their plan.
So, I agreed to have them come out and check it out. But when they did, they told me that it would cost around $700.00 to fix it. I was shocked and told them that I couldn't afford that kind of money right now. So, they charged me $185.00 just for checking it out.
I felt like they had lied to me and that they had absolutely no integrity. It was a frustrating experience, to say the least. I would advise anyone who is considering using And Services to check with the Better Business Bureau before hiring them.
Overall, I still think that And Services is a decent company, but this recent experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. I hope that they will work to improve their customer service and be more transparent with their pricing in the future.
Unprofessional and Unnecessary: My Experience with And Services
I recently had an experience with And Services, a company that I hired to unclog my main drain line. I must say, I was not impressed with their service. They tried to sell me everything from a whopping $19,000 down to a mere $590. I found this to be quite gimmicky and unnecessary. All I wanted was for them to unclog my main pipe, which I had prepaid for since I wasn't on site at the time.
Unfortunately, they were unable to unclog the line from the roof and wanted to charge me more to try from the toilet line. I was not willing to pay any more money, as I had already paid for the service I needed. To my dismay, they left without unclogging the pipe and still charged me the $590. I found this to be quite unfair and unprofessional.
I decided to send them a message expressing my dissatisfaction, and they promised that the manager would call me around 9:00am. However, it's now 6:00pm and I still haven't received a call from anyone. This lack of communication and follow-up is quite disappointing.

I had a really bad experience with And Services (andservices.com) a year ago. I paid them $32,000 for some work, but in the one year since then, I've had to get five different repairs done on different units. The tankless water heater has burnt out twice, and I was told that the wiring was done wrong during installation. The workmen who came out to fix things only spoke Spanish, and they seemed to think they knew all the rules and had really cocky attitudes, but they didn't actually know what they were doing. They would come unannounced, which was really inconvenient for me.
I went to the Better Business Bureau website and saw that there were a lot of bad reviews for And Services. They actually called me to apologize and offered me a payoff if I would remove my review, which I did, but I never cashed the check. I'm actually considering suing them because of all the money I've had to spend since they did the work. It's really sad that there's no work ethic with this company. They did meet the county's standards, but I had to keep taking time off work and canceling appointments with patients because of their incompetence. So, if you're thinking about using And Services, be very careful!
Poor AC Installation and Lack of Follow-Up by And Services
I had my air conditioner replaced by And Services about a year ago. Unfortunately, the installation was not done correctly. I noticed that something was off with my AC unit and decided to call one of their technicians to come out and take a look. The technician informed me that the installation was not done correctly and that the installation team needed to come back out and fix it. However, it has been a year and they have yet to come back out and fix it.
I think one of the reasons why they have not come back out to fix it is because I asked them to send someone who spoke English. Every time they sent someone out, they could not speak English except for the technician who informed me that the installation was done incorrectly. He said that he did not have the experience to fix it and that the installation team needed to come back out.
I have attached some pictures that I took a week after they installed the AC unit. As you can see, it is not installed correctly. I am disappointed with the service that I received from And Services. They are one of the more expensive companies to go with, and if I did not need the installation done quickly, I would not have gone with them. They were $1500-$2000 more than other companies.
Overall, I would not recommend And Services to anyone. Their installation team did not do a good job, and they have yet to come back out and fix it. The language barrier also made it difficult to communicate with their technicians. If you are looking for a reliable and affordable AC installation company, I would suggest looking elsewhere.
Disappointing Service and Lack of Availability: A Review of [Company Name]
And Services gave me a call on the 19th of November to let me know that it was time for my maintenance. I was happy to hear from them, but unfortunately, they didn't have any availability for over a month, until the 21st of December. I was a bit disappointed, but I understood that they were probably busy.
However, on the morning of the appointment, at 8am on December 21st, I received a voicemail from Nick saying that they had emergencies and couldn't make my appointment. I was frustrated because I had prepaid for my maintenance, but it seemed like I wasn't a priority. Nick told me to call and reschedule, so I did. I called that day, but they said they would have to contact Nick and get back to me. I waited, but I didn't hear anything from them, so I called back the next day.
To my dismay, they didn't have any availability until January 13th, which was 3 weeks later. I was not happy about this at all. If I hadn't prepaid for their services, I would have definitely gone with another company. I was very disappointed with their lack of communication and availability. I don't think I will be renewing anything with them in the future.
The only reason I gave them a second star was because they called me to remind me about my service. However, their lack of availability and communication left a bad taste in my mouth. I hope they can improve their services in the future so that other customers don't have to go through what I did.
AND Services Review: Unreliable and Unprofessional Plumbing Service
So, I had a bit of a plumbing emergency the other day. My PVC pipe broke and I was left without any water in my house. I quickly searched for a local plumbing service and came across AND Services. I called them up at 9:00 am and made an appointment. The person on the phone told me that a service person would be out in 2-3 hours. I was relieved to hear that and waited patiently.
However, as the hours passed, I started to get a bit worried. Three hours had gone by and no one had shown up yet. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and waited until 2:45 pm to call them (almost 6 hours later). When I finally got through to them, I was told that they had gotten busy with other jobs and wouldn't be able to make it today. I was shocked and disappointed. They didn't even bother to call or leave a voicemail or text to let me know. I was left without water for another day and all I got was a "too bad for you" attitude.
I was surprised to find out that AND Services is supposed to be a Google certified business. You would think that they would run their business better and care about their customers. Their website and other information say that they are open 24 hours, but I'm not sure which 24 hours they are open. It certainly wasn't 24 hours in a row.
Overall, I would not recommend AND Services to anyone. They clearly don't care about their customers and don't live up to their promises. Do yourself a huge favor and use a business that actually cares about their customers.
