I regret writing this bad review, BUT I HAVE TO. It has reached a boiling point, that I cannot take it anymore. As a client of 5+ years, it has just been TOO MUCH, recently. They have cost my business tens of thousands of dollars and countless wasted hours of follow ups and missed opportunities. See below.

Stay away from ANDERSON BUSINESS ADVISORS. I have been a "TITANIUM CLIENT" for 5+ years (their highest tier level of service), and it has been an absolute NIGHTMARE for the last year or so. They have failed to renew my entities with the Secretaries of State multiple times, have billed me wrong amounts, and GREATEST OF ALL, have cost my business ~$50K in TAX PENALTIES due to negligence in filing for a tax extension and failing to file an abatement promptly. They have lost many employees and the level of service and quality has been dismal. You will spend lots of time checking the quality of their work, from TAXES, to the most mundane administrative work of Registered Agent services. They can't do their job right. They have dropped the ball on me and my businesses many countless times in the last year or so. Go look elsewhere. Their "Titanium Service" does NOT mean anything, other than they would ask you to pay $10K to sign up for it. AWFUL.

They have also outsourced their TAX SERVICES and despite my constant request to expedite my tax filing so that we can apply for a CRITICAL BUSINESS LOAN TO EXPAND OUR BUSINESS, THEY SAT ON OUR TAX and BOKKEEPING files for 7 months. We only just started to file 2022 taxes in August! Unbelievable! We STILL have not received our construction loan from our bank because of this DELAY in tax filings!

We have 6-7 business entities availing of their services, and as "advisors", they should make business life easier -- not add more work to it ---- and have you and your team constantly checking for mistakes, or following up on action items, missed deadlines, and paying penalties to the IRS and Secretaries of State due to their negligence.

As an entrepreneur, you should be focused on running and growing your business, not constantly worrying about and following up on your "business advisor". It is a sham. Anderson does NOT make life easier for you. They DO NOT HAVE YOUR BACK. They do not care. Their leadership does not even care to follow up or give a courtesy call.

Believe me - as a "Titanium Client" - I have used ALL of their services - and THEY DO NOT have their !@#$ together. Focus on your business and hire someone else that really has your back and their @#$ together.

I've been researching Anderson for a few weeks. I'm very impressed with the numerous FREE educational videos *** and *** have posted. I've viewed about 25 of their videos and attended 2 of their free work shops. I've communicated with their support staff and can honestly say they respond promptly to specific questions as well as general inquiries. They appear to be well run organization of the utmost integrity. I am impressed with their "3 Legged" approach in providing a comprehensive overview of your personal situation. I so impressed, after 3 weeks of research, I just became a Platinum Client!

Anderson offers great education and great products! It is pretty much a one-stop shop for all your Tax & Asset Protection needs. But over the last 2-3 years I experienced poor customer service around following up/communication, delivery of service, and lack of having the staff to deliver. I see Anderson expanding their clientele thru various educational workshops but not hire the adequate staff to be able to deliver products/help in a timely manner. I love Anderson products and trust them but never look forward to going thru a process of executing a product/service with their internal teams. Never a pleasant surprise.

I hate to write these reviews and it takes me a lot to do that. However, with tens of thousands of dollars that I saved and I am saving every year by simply following their advice and being a titanium member, I can't help it but to come here to write the best review I have ever written in my life. They say in business there is nothing free, not with Anderson. Literally, every other Tuesday Toby hands out thousands of dollars in a form of advice and knowledge I don't even know how does it make sense financially for them to do that. They aren't fake-free they are genuine and knowledgeable. I can't recommend them enough.

The strategies and education Anderson provides for real estate investing are really good and thorough. The best thing about them is that they create personalized plans and think about not only asset protection but also the tax planning aspect so you can take full advantage of what's written in the tax code and how to best be structured to accomplish your goals so that deals are more likely to go thru. The amount of money that I've spent with Anderson pails in comparison to the amount of money I'll save just in what they've taught me. If you're serious about real estate investing, having Anderson on your team is a no brainer

Disappointed with Anderson Advisors, I reached out to them after watching several videos on YouTube by their founding partner Clint Coons. My request was about setting up an LLC for my new business and help with estate planning and tax mitigation. They sent me a questionnaire that barely asked for enough information to support an effective consultation, which I filled out. Then during the consultation the senior advisor (Michael H) tells me he doesn't have enough information, so I offer to give him the info over the phone, which he isn't willing to do, and tells me to join a live event at the end of the month! Disappointing experience and a waste of my time.

The value add that Anderson Business Advisors, LLC (ABA) provides to their community cannot be understated. I just completed their Tax and Asset Protection seminar and I was completed blown away by the information provided. I purchased the Business Essentials package and became a Platinum member. I recognize that having an Limited Liability Company (LLC) is just the first step in creating a business. A successful business needs to be structured for maximum asset protection and longevity. The corporate structure / operating agreement is more important than ever. I look forward to working with ABA to ensure my LLCs are structured properly for maximum asset protection.

My husband and I own several businesses and after having the initial phone call with Anderson Advisors, we thought it sounded like a great deal; for one flat price, you have a team to assist with taxes, etc. Once we paid, we quickly learned that this was a bait and switch. The original $3k sign on for the Tax Advantage package is actually just a retainer. The company does not tell you what hourly rate they bill against, nor do they tell you upfront that you may be paying a lot more to have your taxes done. Be very wary when talking to them as they talk in circles. It took us about 10 minutes for them to finally admit that it would cost double or more for them to do our taxes.

Attended a comprehensive Tax and Asset Protection workshop for the second time as they provide a lot of information to digest. If you have assets, then you need to protect them for your retirement and estate. Clint does an excellent job to provide an in depth look at protecting any assets you have whether it is personal or business. Follow his recommendations for your situation and you will be able to sleep better at night! Toby provides solid advise to help build your nest egg and keep more of your money on your pockets. Their team is very responsive to any questions you have and provide a free 45 minute call to provide a custom Tax and Asset Protection plan for your personal needs!

I attended the free seminar. It was informative and made sense on how to protect each asset from your personal space and family. The speakers were nice, down to Earth and generally seemed to care about helping others and not just their bottom line. I am looking forward to see what they can do for my situation. I want to eventually invest in real estate but need to work through somethings first. I am hoping to move forward working with them on my needs but unfortunately have a mess. I purchased platinum in hopes they can help me secure my current asset or point me in the proper direction. If all else is a no go, I still need to set my living trust up for my family. The seminar left me with a sense of hopefulness towards the future.

Anderson Business Advisors is very top notch in the level of Legal expertise, knowledge and entity structures to help set up our business. Their team of professionals take complex issues and offered custom solutions that add immediate value to starting our business. Anderson goes well out of their way to educate you in various areas of stock trading, Real estate and managing assets. Their proven entity models are very strategic in nature and offer competitive advantages. The package cost that Anderson charges pail in comparison to the costs savings realized from having things setup right from the start, so the value is indeed noticeable and appreciated. Thanks Anderson for positively changing my family's life. We're really excited to have Anderson as our partner and lifeline!

My wife and I started investing in RE several years ago. She was a software engineer with IBM. We were raising 2 children at the time and all
was going well until our first audit. That's when we came to the realization that one of us needed a degree in accounting. My wife returned to school and became an EA. After trial and error, we found Anderson & co. Clint and Toby, like us, were just starting out. It was a great fit. Cathie has nothing but praise for the people she has worked with at Anderson over the years.
Clint once told a story about his graduation from law school, and being approached by his father who informed him he was on retainer for life...like it or not. Clint, Toby, and the crew from Anderson, Pop was right, you guys are
on retainer for life,,,,like it or not!

We have had our taxes prepared by Anderson Advisors since 2017. I'm not please with their service because they let us down several times. The latest experience is this one, which happened with our 2020 tax. My husband withdrew money from his IRA to pay for expenses this year. When we looked at our tax return, we saw that the amount had been posted to Pensions and Annuities, and not IRA Distributions. We asked them why they did this, and this is quote from Janae Barona's response: "You are correct, the income should have been reported as an IRA Distribution instead of under Pensions and Annuities. I apologize for the oversight. However, I did verify with my manager that there is no impact on the tax return; the numbers would be exactly the same. He does not recommend filing an amendment. " When they make a mistake, they won't even remedy it.

Until July I knew nothing about Anderson Advisors when they came across my Youtube feed as a recommendation. Well lets just say I'm glad I watched a video by Clint Coons because it literally shed a light on what I was missing in terms of asset protections and liability, especially being a single parent with a driving age child, small business owner and investor. The webinar I attended was informative and the detailed attention you get from Clint and Toby is PRICELESS! I can honestly say this is the best investment this year and its only August! Anderson Advisors are professional, knowledgeable, highly educated and well connected in the industry when it comes to their offerings and capabilities. I may not have much but its nice to know that there is a company like Anderson Advisors out there doing business for us little people. I will definitely being dropping their names to everyone I come in contact with. Thank you and keep up the great work.

Anderson Business Advisors provides information that focuses on how taxes and real estate are tightly coupled in the context of how both impact our lives. and what could be done to avoid negative consequences. Seldom done by many firms is the provision of information that is explained and presented in a manner that is immediately useful. Specifically language and practical examples are used that educate thereby enabling a person to think about what is said and if they choose seek ways to avoid negative consequences and pursue outcomes that are of sustaining benefit whether it is independent of the services ABA offers or not. Additionally, their approach to taxes and asset protection is holistic addressing the present WITH the future (strategic) and is tailored to individual client's situation so that the client flourishes. The one-on-one contact I've had with their staff is positive; always respectful, no question is stupid, and each person gives the time needed to make sure they understand my concerns and understand the information they provide.

I have been dealing with Anderson Advisors *** for over 3 years now, They are the worst outfit we have ever dealt with, we have had more quality of service, experience, and value from our previous notary publics that did our financials, including going through 2 successful financial audits and never had to file anything late or pay any type of fees or penalties, Dutch Docheve in the *** is so condescending and dismissive when we try to discuss our issues, they never admit they are wrong and they always blame the client for their lack of quality services and lack of value. *** our businesses and to this day most of the people involve with our finances are clueless, mind you that all our businesses are very easy to understand and anyone reading this could understand what we do in 5 sentences or less, they dont take the time to learn the clients needs so how can they truly help, serve, and advise. I have in desperation tried to reach other people for oversight on their services but I am still waiting on responses, it literally took over 1 year to have our 1st tax return (2019) from them and they had us sign it and rushed it through before the deadline so we could come back and fix it, problem was it was already past the deadline and the amendment was never addressed until late 2022 where they finally got 2019 redone, 2020 and 2021 submitted, past the deadline mind you, the worst part is, that we still had late penalties and other fees to pay and now we have realized a ton of mistakes in the recent ones that just got rushed through as well.

I signed on in 2020. Since then I've gotten the most attention when there was something more to purchase (a deal being offered for a limited time). The profile account format has changed, so it's become slightly more user friendly. However, it appears less person-to-person contact is possible via phone as I have made several unanswered calls over the past 6-months. A new way to place inquiries through the account profile leaves a lot to be desired & needed. Under time constraints & chasing deadlines, I don't have 2-5 business days to wait on a reply or to try to convince someone I need an appointment to speak to someone 2-weeks later. Some of the services (I was led to believe were accessible within the 1st package I bought) were not. I suspect the attorneys deliver the information to speak above its audience's head. I wonder how many others feel mislead. The best thing about having whatever comes in my Platinum package is the constant harassment in new promotional ads. That's sarcasm. I have found much of the training material informative. Although, I have taken some of the educational pieces to accountants, as they compete for my business, and they inform me of the reasons said information will not work in my special circumstance: Foreign business entity, lending between entities, partial passive income from my own residence, & undocumented movement across 2,000 miles. This could be the ignorance of the accounting professionals or my inability to have dialogue about the nuances of my business goals. The guidance is limited and not conducive to someone with a busy schedule. My circumstances and strategies have changed severely since my first consult. I feel stuck out here. I can only assume my strategy was understood correctly and setup appropriately. Yet, we don't know what we DON'T KNOW & we normally won't find out what's missing until someone 'sue happy' tugs on an invisible thread that unravels our entire garment. I guess we shall find out.

for proof of their incompetence. They also charged us an arm and a leg for their so-called "consulting services" which were nothing more than basic information that could be found with a simple Google search. Don't waste your time or money with Anderson Advisors, they are a complete rip-off.

I paid $2,997 for a thing but then I changed my mind and cancelled it in 3 days (which is in the 30-day rule). They said they gave me my money back but they didn't and they charged me another $2,997. Now they won't talk to me about it. This company is a scam. I want my money back before I do something else.

I hired Anderson Business Advisors to set up LLC's, do estate planning, and tax prep for me. They set up two LLC's that needed amendments, but they did it wrong. I already had two LLC's in place for *** and *** E *** with 51% for me, 48% for my son's 2011 trust, and 1% for him outright. They ignored my paperwork and all I needed was an internal amendment. Now I can't find these LLC's on the NYS Division of Corporations. They messed up my other entities and wouldn't fix it. They said it needed an amendment, but I got angry because they had paralegals do work that an attorney should have done. They didn't give me one tax return and my entities are wrong. They're not honoring their contract and didn't tell me in advance that if I didn't buy the titanium package, they would take six months to form my entities. They need to fix everything and make sure I wasn't stolen from.

I talked to Anderson Business Advisors on 02/24 and they sold me a package for my company's legal structure and tax strategies for $4,625. I paid on 03/01 but it's been 2.5 months and they haven't done anything yet. They had a bunch of secretaries and supposed "experts" talk to me, but they were just asking questions and not helping me. I even CC'd everyone I could in my emails, including the owners, but no one is responding. The senior advisor I talked to hasn't reached out either.

I bought a tax plan on 8/6. A few days later, a coordinator told me that my phone session was scheduled on Sep. So I waited. But it turned out it's not a tax planning session that I have waited for and there's no availability until next year. I asked for a refund, and the coordinator said someone will reach out to me to give me an appointment. A few days passed and nothing happened. I contacted the coordinator again, and same answer. They are also very disorganized. They're supposed to set up a "***.com" account for me to upload tax returns, and they will cancel and tax planning session if client do not upload tax returns 3 days before the scheduled session time. I tried to log in multiple times but failed. I contacted the coordinator, who asked me to contact ***.com, which I did. So it turned out that they didn't set up the account for me! I contacted the coordinator again, and the answer is - someone will reach out to me. Again, a few days passed and no response.

Anderson Business Advisors ain't good, they're lying and tricking people. They told me to come to a 3-day workshop in January and I met Chuck, who said I shouldn't set up my own company. He said I needed 2 LLCs and a Corporation, all in ***. I told him I already had one set up in *** but he said not to worry, he'd help me dissolve it. He also said I needed to buy some stuff. Later, some guy called me and said Chuck was setting up 3 entities for me in ***. I asked for a "Seller Permit" but got no response. Months later, I got a notice from SOS and when I asked about it, they said they had no record of dissolving ***. I tried to contact Chuck and the other guy but got no response. I even asked Kambria what they did for me and got no response. I disputed the charge with my credit card company but they only refunded part of it. The rest is still pending.
