I've reached out to Ando via email and phone about trying to withdraw my money. I sent the money from *** but they will not let me transfer it back out to *** I've been on the phone with support for hours and they just ask me the same question over and over. Customer support via email says they can't find my account then just doesnt respond.

It gives false information and does the complete opposite doesn't list stipulations at all anywhere and then it only gives you $5 IF you follow the stipulations. This is exactly the problem with banks, and why people don't trust American banks. be a glass door bank and stop with the trickery. I want my $30 referrals and ill be happy

I have been waiting on a refund for 6 business days and everyone I talked to at Ando inc tells me they dont see the $408.87 transaction thats pending in my account still after 4 days. The bank needs to be shut down. They are the worst bank I have ever had to deal with.
Someone stole my debit card use it at 5 different locations I filed a dispute and they denied my dispute saying that there was no error occurred when I let them know my card was stolen to cancel the card and they still denied my disputes

I open up account with Ando and deposited money a couple times and put money in the savings account of $200 I lost my ando card and called to report it lost or stolen and they suspended my account and wouldn't send me another card or return my $200 in savings. Every time I call customer service which is 2 to 3 times a week now thank you, they always tell me that they would forward it to the resolution center and that's all they could say. I would like to get my money back because it is mine and and I think they need a better policy and how they return people's savings.

On January 10, 2022, I encountered an issue while trying to access my Ando account, prompting a message to contact support. An unhelpful employee provided a generic response, stating my application could not be approved despite my longstanding relationship with the bank. After being put on hold, they cited a name mismatch from direct deposits as an excuse. However, I do not have Direct Deposit linked to this account, only investment activities, including a correctly named payment from Streetbeat. The bank's baseless fraud allegations led to the closure of my account, and despite the Supervisor's intervention, I was informed my funds would be inaccessible for 1-2 business days.

This bank is a joke
This bank is a joke. They had a New Year giveaway on Instagram that I won and after sending them all my info (copy of my drivers license front and back, picture of my face, the W9 form with all my info including my ss#) they closed the account and dont answer me on Instagram (blocked me). I called the help number on my closed account notice and the girl couldnt tell me why. I asked for a supervisor and after her going to find one I was told there wasnt a supervisor available and a supervisor would call me back that was Monday and this is Friday still nothing. Ive never been denied a bank account I am in good standing with my credit union all I wanted was an answer that they didnt want to give me. What a scam run go find a different bank.

Then I waited for another 14 business days, called again and they gave me the exactly same answer... $605 is not that much money for a bank, but I could use it for a lot stuff. I don't understand what could cause them to keep delaying on sending out a check, when it literally took then 2 minutes to close my account... The solution for me would be stop asking me wait another *** business days and just give me my remaining balance check.

I had explained that I do not have an account with that merchant. Also I tried to follow up and get help but was given the run around. I asked to confirm receipt of my documentation and did not receive that at all. I sent the documents at least five times. I asked the merchant is there an ID or membership number to do these transactions and was told yes. I relayed that message to the banks customer service depth. I was told on the 9th business day that there was no error on all the transactions were legitimate. I appealed and was told no. I asked for documents to show how they came to their decision and still haven't received it. I've asked if the name on said account is the same as the bank account holder they refused to answer. Now I am out close to a thousand dollars.

I just found out today that I'm being charged a fee of $8.99 each month for being a card holder of Ando. When I signed up for this card I was under the impression that being a card holder was Free. I spoke to a representative today from Ando and found out they have been taking this fee out of my account unknowingly since September 2022. I was not aware of this fee and I wasn't notified about a fee and if I would've known this I would've closed my account with them immediately! I was told they sent out emails notifying customers about it but as I mentioned I never received it. I recently tried to send Ando an email from there app and it said the email couldn't be sent to there email they have on their app. So I'm assuming it's problems with there site or app or email. As this may have been an issue as well with them notifying me of a fee being applied to my account. I would Greatly appreciate if my money was refunded back to me in the form of a check for this fee they have been taking out my account since September. They will be closing but taking fees out why?

Upon opening my account this company advertised that they would give you a $25 bonus for setting up direct deposit of at least $500. I have contacted this company *** about this and it's been excuses after excuses about the bonus not being placed in .y account. They have told me it would be deposited in my account 7 days after my first deposit, it wasn't deposited. I reached out to them again and they said it would be deposited within 30 days. Here we are today and it's May 2022 and I reach out to them Again and now it's another excuse! The woman said something about how the deposit is set up. I told her I have gotten several deposits and they have still not applied the bonus! I asked to speak with a supervisor and she said on wasn't available. It's companies like this is love to scam people in order to receive business from them! They false advertise to win customers and don't follow through. It's very SIMPLE! All they have to do is add my bonus and that's that! All the run around is Unnecessary! Do what you promise your customers! Deposit my money into my account!

I opened an account with Ando, and set up direct deposit for my tax return. The *** told me my funds were deposited on March 16th, but the bank showed no pending deposits. I decided it must just be a grace *** thing, and I waited for the funds to post. The next day I checked my account again, and still nothing. So, I checked the actual *** website this time, and it said the funds were sent the day prior. So, I called again, and was told that my return was sent back to the ***. They first cited that my name did not match as the issue, but that was quickly determined to be false the names did match. Second, I was told "something had to not match correctly" "give us 24-48hrs to investigate further". This all took place on the 17th. Fast forward to the 21st..."give us until the end of the day." The 23rd "you're query wasn't opened until the 21st." I explained no it was the 17th, and THEN they all of a sudden could see where "we actually do have a response from our internal team. It looks like it was sent back due to a software issue on our end." So, I told them the *** had asked me to have my bank issue a formal complaint to get my funds stating they didn't get it. They really asked me "ok, *** have you contacted your bank?" WHAT? YOU are my bank!" Now I just have almost 21 grand lost somewhere...smh

Back in June 11th 2022 I found a dispute with ando money in regards to my account. My purse was stolen when I was at the laundromat and it wasn't until my clients informed me that they had paid me via zelle that I realized my Ando was compromised. I immediately called Ando customer service to report my account being hacked my email was changed my phone number was changed my password was changed everything was changed and I cannot get into my account. It was ***ed in my favor and my money was returned to my account.I had made a suggestion that a check being mailed to me because I was concerned that whoever was in my account *** has still been able to get into it even though I changed the email and phone number and password again I was told that as long as all those things will change I did not have anything to worry about. When Ando gave me my money no more than 3 hours later I noticed that my money was being pulled a bedtime story even went to an 18 a.m. and ATM took my debit card. Mostly all of memories I was left with maybe $1200. I called the students transactions and ask if I know from the previous person were on file which would be or not again it was ***ed my dispute all except for two transactions one of which was $1500 that was a card to card and a *** airlines for $351. There were four airline transactions that all occurred within the same time frame and they ***ed me all except for this one and I've never been on a plane today in my life. I was told that I need to file my complaint manually because it was hard to call if everything that I was asked and they denied me. I don't understand how you can *** a dispute in my favor even when you see you can clearly see that someone has hacked my account and took my money not once but twice even after I informed and no customer service that that might be an issue they still a lot of to happen and then have the audacity to not even have enough respected to give me my money back but them to take it from me
