I was able to track my package and kept up to date with the arrival time! My dress fit perfect for my birthday, I received so many compliments! Definitely will be ordering again!

They're terrible! It states my order was suppose to ship out after 15 business days, I waited almost 2 months to receive my order. They sent an email saying they couldn't complete my order & said they can either expedite another order or refund me my money. I requested a refund & they next day I got an email saying my order had shipped. Every time I called customer service they got smart.

The Northstar dress was a show-stopper for my birthday party! I am still getting phone calls about my stunning dress! I had a hiccup with the post office on a return. The staff at the boutique were extremely helpful because they understood the urgency of getting my replacement dress in time for my big day. They took care of me and it wasn't even their fault! I am not a celebrity client but I was treated like one. Awesome dress and superb customer service. Can't get any better than that! Thanks to the boutique and staff for making my whole experience an awesome one.

I ordered the dress called the Daunting and the material was absolutely horrible, the stones was falling off. The dress was heavy because of all the heavy stones. The dress is made cheaply and charged way too much. This is why she doesn't give refunds because she know how her items are made. I've been trying to return this dress to get a refund or credit and can't reach anyone by email or phone. They say go online and click the return button and nowhere is there a link to select to start a return. I don't even want a credit because I'm scared to order anything else. I just want my money back.

Don't ever order from here. The customer service is so horrible. I ordered a dress from here on September 25th and about 4 weeks went by and I still hadn't had an update on my order. Every time I called customer service they said they didn't have an update were very smart over the phone. I called again asking for my order because it should be done after 15 business days, and the lady told me they still don't have an update. I actually had to go back and forth with her just for her to call me back later and say my order will be shipped out that day. So I received the dress and everything was glued on. I paid 350+ for a dress to have rhinestones and tassels glued on. You can even see the glue. It's also not even a dress it's a leotard. Never shop here she only cares about her celebrity clients and her staff is rude!

I finally received an email back January 19th and they next day shipped the dress. I received the dress on January 21. I was trying to keep my hopes up and tell myself I'll have it for Valentine's Day so I immediately tried to dress on. I ordered a medium and this dress was more like an extra small.(I had my daughter try it on shes between an extra small & small) I emailed the company that day (January 21)! The response was the basic how response and it states if you need immediate response please call this number well that's great if the voicemail wasn't full long story short. I emailed them 4 times never got a response and there voicemail is still full I gave up & I still have the dress. Us regular fokes are not a priority even though are money spends the same uggh!

My item haven't been shipped out yet so I emailed the company and ask when will my item will be shipped out the customer service representative said Monday I said OK. So Monday came and I havent received a tracking number or anything so I waited till Thursday I still didn't receive it. So I call and talk to someone on the phone and the person told me I can pay extra to get it shipped OVEr night on Friday but the item wasn't ready yet. I explained that the person I talk to told me Monday and now it's not ready... So I ask for a refund the lady told me that they will take 30% of what paid for a restocking fee and I was find with that. So I waited 3 days for a refund never received it. So I call back and ask to speak to a manager name Liz I explain to her what happen she told me that she wasn't giving me my refund and she laughs at the issue that I was going on and then she hung up on me. Very rude , i had her on speaker so my friends around me can hear the conversation that was going on. I go to my email they sent me store credit I don't want Stire credit i want my money back I will never spend anymore money with this company ever again. I will be getting a lawyer to file a lawsuit against this company.

Im surprised and actually quite shocked that they are still in business a dress ordered over three weeks ago and on the fourth week they decide to say we dont have the material for the dress?! lmao how does that possibly make sense, as if the pandemic couldn't make my birthday suck less I paid $400 PLUS for this dress and for them to tell me a week prior to the event that they don't have material instead of telling me this sooner?! they're phones aren't connected it just rings until inevitably the line just disconnects and forget about emailing its just as worse you can only get their attention by bashing them on their public social media pages and then they try to get you to purchase items other than that you wanted! this was the most horrific and putrid shopping experience of my life. I ordered early, as the site said it takes 2 weeks to make. It arrived after 20 days, with my event in 3 days. I'm usually size M but got an XL to ensure fit. When I tried on the leggings, they ripped. I contacted customer service and spoke to Michelle, who was extremely rude. She interrupted me and hung up as I explained the issue with the stones' glue. Michelle later emailed, denying a refund, claiming I caused the rip. I called to speak to a manager, but got Michelle again, who hung up on me once more. Their website promises refunds for unfortunate situations, but I was repeatedly directed to unhelpful Michelle. I gave up on the leggings and asked to return the bodysuit, but was offered only a 30% refund. Another customer also had issues with the Temptress set. I regret not checking reviews before buying.
