On 2/10 I purchased a 2 year subscription to an Angel publication
On 2/10 I purchased a 2 year subscription to an Angel publication. They state a 6 month full refund policy if not satisfied. I asked for my refund via the email link they provide because I was not happy with this product. A week later I have not received a reply. Daily followups have been ignored as well. I am asking for a full refund.

I have repeatedly called to cancel my subscription with no answer despite long holds
I have repeatedly called to cancel my subscription with no answer despite long holds. Sent emails to cancel and they won't cancel via email. Scam? I wanted to cancel with refund but as noted above I've been unable to do so despite numerous calls/attempts. They won't accept email requests to cancel and I have explained repeatedly via email that I cannot reach them by phone.

No refund or cancellation on subscription
No refund or cancellation on subscription. Plus they didn't reply to any of my email for 8 days I tried their program and realized I never really liked it, so I emailed for a refund and waited for at least 8 days to no reply. I want to get a refund because I realized I don't really have the funds to invest in their recommendations so I just want to get a refund and cancel my account and they never replied. So I am hoping I don't have to go to my bank and explain the whole situation.

An online ad which promised to give me the name of a 5G stock for free
An online ad which promised to give me the name of a 5G stock for free. After listening to 30 plus minutes I had to order a subscription to get it The internet ad stating I could get the name of a little known 5G company selling at $10.00 which will shortly be selling at much more for free. After listening to Brit R self-promoting for 30 plus minutes and trying to sell his stock advisory, he never disclosed the name of the 5G company. This is false advertising and criminal: kind of a "bait and switch". With a lie like this, I would never trust buying his product.

These people will not stop sending me spam scam emails
These people will not stop sending me spam scam emails. These people keep sending me spam emails promoting well-known scammers in the stock industry. I have thoroughly researched the people they promote and they are, indeed, proven scammers. I refuse to use their "unsubscribe" link because I know, as a security software engineer, that unscrupulous companies use the unsubscribe link to capture active email addresses and sell the lists to other unscrupulous companies. Therefore, I have asked them numerous times to stop polluting my email with their garbage scams. Yet, they ignore my requests on every occasion.

I have been charged $179 for my green stocks subscription
I have been charged $179 for my green stocks subscription. I only signed up for $99 which I took out on 100% refundable basis. I want my $179 refund. I have been overcharged ($179 instead of the $99 I signed up to). I want to cancel my subscription and get my 100% refund as I am still in my trial period. I have emailed customer services 4 times with no response. I then rang them at great expense and eventually got through to a lady called sparkle, who said she couldn't help me but I would get an email regarding my cancellation and refund. Nothing has been forthcoming. I have rung customer services another 2 times but did not get an answer.

No welcome or any further informated received
No welcome or any further informated received.after purchase. Very disappointing indeed . Very clever back ended sales in qucik succession with funds deposited immediately with noi time given to revise on purchases. However, as much as I want to generate incomes to supplement pensions, I find the trading programs are too expensive for a pensioner to afford to pruchase. morover, I relizized I'd need funds to trade. I would request concellation of my subscritpions and refunds. Then allow me to come back one day soon when I have sufficient funds to both purchase the programs and sums to trade. Thanking you and sorry for any inconvenience caused.

I subscribed to "The Wealth Warrior" by Angel Publishing and/or "Outsider Club" on May 27 for $99.00 USD
I subscribed to "The Wealth Warrior" by Angel Publishing and/or "Outsider Club" on May 27 for $99.00 USD. I canceled the subscription on Sept 14 via written email which they received and I can easily prove, yet they wrongfully charged my credit card $99.00 USD again, on May 27. This was an unauthorized charge by Angel Publishing and I want it refunded. Then, appx 3 weeks ago on Sept 10/21, they have wrongfully charged my credit card again for $99.00 USD, for something I've never even heard of nor subscribed to, called "Wall Street's Proving Ground". I want this to be refunded in full also. Whether these 2 unauthorized charges were simply a clerical error, or straight up Fraud, Angel Publishing needs to make it right.

ANG services billing issue
ANG services charged $49.00 without providing a receipt or acknowledgement. I request a refund. Despite the holiday weekend, the purchase was made on Thursday, 09/04, without any purchase confirmation. My account number ends with my debit card digits. No order or account number was given, but the charge was made to my Visa card. Previously, I always received receipts and login details for purchases. I've attached a screenshot from my account showing an incorrect date. I insist on a refund. Thank you.

Refund promised in writing, but not granted
Refund promised in writing, but not granted. I joined *** ( *** ) on November 3 after being promised a FULL REFUND, in writing on their web site, (no questions asked) within six months of joining. The claims made by *** sounded too good to be true. They were. The claims about *** payouts by law to ordinary people were both false and misleading. When I asked (by email of 11/16) for my $49 annual fee to be refunded, ***'s *** responded that I had to call *** to do that. But each time I call *** no one answers. And no chance is ever given me to leave a phone message. I explained all this (in a subsequent email of 11/25) to ***'s *** That was two weeks ago. It is now December 7. No reply from ***'s *** Their physical address is listed on their web site as: *** Tel: *** Fax: *** My name and address is: *** Tel: *** Email:

I ordered a trial financial publication from Angel Publishing for $79
I ordered a trial financial publication from Angel Publishing for $79. Then I was offered a lifetime subscription, which I also purchased for $249. Upon checking my email for the receipt, I found I was billed $999 for an unsolicited publication. To request a refund, I discovered I must call. I contacted Customer Service and was instructed to await an email to initiate the refund process. This was at 1pm Pacific Time on Friday, January 8. Three days later, I've yet to receive this email. Researching on the ComplaintsBoard.com website, I saw numerous complaints against the company. Previously, I've had no issues canceling subscriptions with other firms, often receiving refunds within days. Unfortunately, this company's refund process appears disorganized and delayed. on 11/18 I purchased an online subscription to a service through Angel Publishing at a $99 rate
on 11/18 I purchased an online subscription to a service through Angel Publishing at a $99 rate. As soon as I confirmed the purchase, I received a call from a 1-800 number claiming to be from cardmember services fraud prevention about recent card activity. This number turned out to be a scam. Contacting my credit card company, they assured me there were no issues, but I discovered Angel Publishing charged me $179 instead of the $99. Suspicious, I tried contacting Angel Publishing's customer service multiple times with long hold times and no response. I wish to cancel my subscription, suspecting a scam. Their website states cancellation is only possible by phone, which seems futile. I'm disputing the charge with my credit card company and sending a letter to Angel Publishing's physical address, but I'm concerned I've been scammed, especially after reading other complaints. I'm seeking an investigation and a refund. Product_Or_Service: a service through Angel Publishing

I subscribed to this company's online publication for $49 with the promise I could cancel within 7 days for any reason
I subscribed to this company's online publication for $49 with the promise I could cancel within 7 days for any reason. They have refused my refund. I subscribed to Angel Technology and Opportunity's (the name of Angel Publishing LLC's online service) "investment advisory service" on February 8, for $49.00. Before signing up, I made sure to fully read and understand the company's cancellation policy. It clearly stated that I had a seven-day trial period in which I could try-out their product and see if I liked it. BUT, if I wasn't happy, for ANY reason at all (within that seven days), I could cancel without obligation, and my money would be refunded. After signing up, I perused their site. I then quickly decided it was not for me. The next day - Feb 9 - I emailed customer service asking to cancel my subscription. I received an automated response saying they would be back in touch soon (see attached emails labeled Email #2). I rec'd no response so I called customer service on Feb 10. I called customer service 2 times, in the am and pm. Both times, the phone rang and rang, no one picked up and no voicemail. By Feb 12, because no one from Angel Technology and Opportunity had replied to my email and I couldn't reach them by phone, I called my bank, the issuer of my credit card. I spoke to someone in the fraud dept. She gave me a temp credit for $49 and explained the merchant would have the opportunity to dispute my claim or grant the refund; the latter being the most likely. Later that afternoon on Feb 12, timestamped 12:47 pm, I received an email from Angel Technology and Opportunity (see email labeled "Email # 3), saying that they would cancel my subscription. I felt relieved that they were going to refund my $49.00 and that the incident was closed. Or so I thought. On Feb 28, I rec'd a letter from my bank, Capital One, informing me that they had reapplied the $49 charge to my card because Angel Technology and Opportunity had disputed my claim. They enclosed their cover letter and accompanying documentation (see attached Angel Technology and Opportunity Letter of Dispute). It is outrageous that they would dispute my claim AFTER agreeing to refund my $49 in their own email of Feb 12, timestamped 12:47 pm (and according to their own promise of refunding my money within 7 days if I wasn't happy with their service). But worse is that they accuse me of "friendly fraud" in their cover letter! In the 5th paragraph of their cover letter, they say, "ANG*TECHNOLOGY AND OPPOR family believes the actions of the cardholder constitutes 'Friendly Fraud' which will not be tolerated or take lightly." Let me translate in case there is any ambiguity, Angel Technology and Opportunity is accusing me of fraud against their company, filing a fraudulent claim with my bank and then, worst of all, SLANDERING my name and reputation! Slander is illegal and apparently they are unaware of this? I am looking into my legal options regarding this however, it remains that their actions are unconscionable. Not only did Angel Technology and Opportunity slander my name, perpetrate fraud upon my bank, Capital One, but they swindled me by refusing to grant the $49 refund that they just promised in their email to me on February 12! This makes no sense and it is I who won't tolerate their actions or take them lightly. In addition to their false claims of fraud, slandering my name and refusing to refund my $49, Angel Technology and Opportunity had the effrontery to send copies of the very few searches I conducted on their site to my bank, Capital One - - during my trial period. There is no rational reason for this and their actions are untoward and frankly, weird. I cannot help but wonder if my privacy rights have been violated? I am writing to you in the hopes that you will investigate the actions of this unscrupulous company and make them known to the community so they cannot harm any other consumers.
