I never received my order or response to my many emails. This site is a scam! I am so disappointed in myself that I did not research before purchasing. The complaints and bad comments are endless. I even hunted down a phone number online and a woman answered and said the phone number is incorrect and not a number for this business. The web site should be shut down my BBB so this does not continue to happen to other consumers! She should not be making money off of unsuspecting consumers!

Ordered stuff from Annabel Bleu on May 24th. All paid up and waitin' for the goods to come in, but they ain't never shown up. Sent 'em an email, but ain't heard nothin' back yet. Gotta say, I'm feelin' pretty ripped off right about now. Seems like this website's a total scam, so y'all better watch out!

I ordered from Annabel Bleu's website about a month ago, but unfortunately I have yet to receive my order. I even tried reaching out to them via email twice and once through Instagram, but I haven't heard back from them. It's starting to seem like the website might be a scam or something! So, I highly recommend that you avoid ordering from them.

The experience I had was just not good enough and left me feeling frustrated, unheard and with a feeling of distrust. With so many other websites and businesses online, it's easy to find a new one that will treat their customers better. Don't fall into the same trap I did! It's just not worth it.

So, I had a bit of a tough experience with Annabel Bleu. I was trying to buy a couple of cushions from their website, but unfortunately, I made an error and only ended up buying one cushion. I realized my mistake straight away and tried to contact the company via email to cancel my order. However, despite sending multiple emails, I never received a response. I was feeling pretty frustrated at this point, as it seemed like the company was being dishonest and not taking my request seriously. And to make matters worse, they still went ahead and charged me for the one cushion, even though I had tried my best to cancel the order.

Overall, I would have to say that I had a negative experience with Annabel Bleu. It's a shame, as their website has some lovely items on offer, but I just cannot recommend them based on my own experience. If you're thinking about buying from them, I would suggest being very careful and double-checking everything before you hit that "place order" button. And if you do have any issues, be prepared to be persistent in your attempts to contact the company and get the issue resolved. Unfortunately, it seems like they may not be the most responsive or customer-friendly business out there.

So, I bought something from Annabel Bleu (through Chairish) on January 30th, which was supposed to arrive within two weeks, but it didn't even after 23 days. I sent a lot of emails to the seller and Chairish management and all I got was false promises of a shipping tracking number that never happened.

I don't know what Annabel Bleu or Chairish are playing at but it took them 24 whole days, 6 emails, and a lot of escalation from me to even respond to a basic request for an order status and shipment tracking number. When they finally did, it was only because I had to raise it with more senior people at Chairish.

And it isn't just me who has has their cash taken and not received any product - this is happening to others too as I found out on the Better Business Bureau website. It's just ridiculous.

I ended up getting my money back from this ghastly mess of a company but it doesn't change the fact that I had to put up with it for weeks! I'm going to make sure other people know about how terrible this seller and the company that hosts is - Chairish - really are. Stay away from them!
