I gotta say, this place ain't all that great. The folks in the office seem to have some kinda weird schedule that doesn't make no sense. They say they're open on Saturdays from 10 in the morning till 4 in the afternoon, but they're never there when I go by. It's like they just make up their hours as they go along or somethin'.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this place to nobody. It's just not worth the hassle.

I've been trying to get in touch with someone from Apartment Home Living for a while now, but it seems like nobody is listening. I've tried calling and emailing, but I haven't received any responses. I'm really interested in one of the homes that's listed as available, but I can't seem to get any information about it or even talk to someone about it. It's really frustrating and I'm starting to wonder if this website is even real. It's been a real headache trying to get in touch with someone and I'm not sure what to do next.

I lived in Ravine Woods and had a bit of a problem when I moved out. They charged me for two extra months of rent even though I stayed until my lease was over. The manager, Crystal Houchins, had a creditor report false information on my credit report. They claimed that I broke my lease and charged me a penalty for it. But I didn't break my lease and I have a utility bill that shows I lived there until the end of my lease. I wish Crystal Houchins would just remove this penalty so we can settle this issue. It's causing me a lot of stress and I just want it to be over. Overall, my experience living there was okay, but this situation has left a bad taste in my mouth.

At first, I was a bit skeptical about this website because of the baby on the homepage, but it turned out to be a pretty good experience overall.

I was in the process of moving across the country and didn't have much time to search for an apartment. I had been jumping around to different websites and stumbled upon this one from a search on either Google or Bing (I honestly can't remember which one). Anyway, I found the site to be pretty easy to use with a ton of apartments available, and I was able to send a bunch of emails to several apartments near my new job to see what was available. The lots of pictures made it helpful too!

A couple of hours later, I was submitting an application for one of the apartments. It was all a lot easier than I thought it would be, and I didn't have to deal with a locator or anything like that. So, thanks to apartmenthomeliving for making my move a little bit easier!

I was searching for a place to rent in High River, Alberta, a community I know well, when I stumbled upon Apartment Home Living. They had some properties listed that I knew were not available for rent or had no vacancies. Their ads only had three pictures, all of the exterior, which could have been taken from other sources online. One of the properties they listed was an affordable apartment building owned by the town, and they did not have any agreement with this group to rent their units. I decided to reach out to them to get more information about a specific property, but instead of getting a response from them, I received a message from a group based in Atlanta, Georgia. I found it hard to believe that Canadian landlords would work with a US-based group. I think this is a scam organization, and I would not recommend dealing with them. If I could, I would give them a negative rating.

I've been living in this apartment complex for 3 years now and I have to say, it's not a place I would recommend. The management company, Gem Management Co, has had almost 10 different managers in the time I've been here. Most of them were either fired or quit because they were actually trying to serve the needs of the tenants. It seems like anything that's going to cost the complex money is something they don't want to hear about.

One of the biggest issues I've had with this company is their failure to properly provide services to tenants who have health issues. I personally know of a family who complained about health issues in their unit and the company just brushed it off. This left them with unsafe living conditions for over 3 years. It's really disappointing to see a company put profits over the well-being of their tenants.

I also found out from a previous employee that the company would often do things under the rug just to pass state and federal inspections. They have a yearly re-certification process that requires them to stick their noses into your personal life, documents, and financial accounts. I've had to provide more documents here than I did when I purchased my house.

When it comes time to move out, be prepared to pay for all normal wear and tear that they fix or replace to get the unit ready for the next tenant. It's really frustrating to see them try to scam people out of their money like this.

I highly recommend that you don't move here. The pictures don't lie. These are the living conditions they provide and they're trying to hide it from you. Don't be fooled. Save your time, money, and self-respect and run. Please.
