I called apco ordered a outdoor led light install pole on my private property awaited install date, post install09/11/23 by a tech younger dark hair on 09/13/23 on security camera is a grayish hair tech , and upon picture evidence the led i ordered and am charged 1412.00 monthly on my apco billing is now turned to neighboring property , called apco rep chris acted as tho i had no reason for being upset-that in two days lighting service, i wanted to know how without mu calling authorizing the light to be turned full 360 degrees and take lighting from my yard drive and wheelchair ramp area to be coverage for the neighboring residence and i am in the dark again. I was offered an oder for a tech to come out and remedy this, yet no answer how someone or apco could just steal my identity and electric along with their tech accessory to this all and move the light period only to be asked by agent apco do i have a problem with my neighbors i said not that i know but there's a problem now when apco can just let anyone alter or change my apco account for outdoor light and have my property unlit by said light, how does identity theft and electricity theft sound, should i make a complaint in calling deputies for both identity and electricity theft? 'tech chris rely":why would i suggest you do that": my reply cause it happened and your tech which preformed the altering of my led light on my account is an accessory to the fact. I re4cvalled apco to agent daria and requested since this is not acceptable i want the apco property of the pole for lights be removed from my property drive way that does not provide me the led lighting i agreed to on order had placed as best for lighting my property but is actually in use to light neighboring resident property and all is with out any give time frame or date for removal of said pole so i am to just enjoy the facts identity theft no lighting on my property and sit back await the removal of their pole from my property? Desired outcome: apco remove the pole from my property and seek legal action for identity and electricity theft against the perpetrator(s).
