Credit Card Fraud
They promise to supply your company quality appliance repair leads for $25 per call. All I ever got for the most part was questions about roof repair, one lady wanted to cancel her appointment for her weekly dog shampoo treatment. Others called to just ask questions or buy a part. I am and was charged $25 for those type calls. Trying to get credit for these type calls was like pulling teeth, Ouch! Last night they charged my credit card $375.00 WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION at: 1:59 am. I'm filing charges if A refund is not made immediately. Save your money...stay away from Appliance Appointment.com and all the others like them. Create your own leads by advertiseing your own company it's the very best way of not getting ripped off.

Scam, scam, scam. Report them to the Attorney General of New York as they operate out of the Bronx. They have HIJACKED all our ads and replaced them with their phone number. This is illegal and they should be prosecuted. Also watch their billings on your credit card - when you cease business with them, you need to cancel that card and have a new on re-issued. I have screen shotted everything I can as proof. They all need to go to jail, they have almost destroyed our small business!
i have been with this rip off outfit for 2 weeks now pretty much the same thing numerous calls from people asking for parts or customers leaving messages over the weekend when we are closed only to be charged 8 out of 10 calls are people whanting over the phone questions or repairs. some how the Mr Appliance franchise seem to be using them although all these are mom and pop operations running out of their homes charging outrageous prices on labor and parts. we should create a site to put together a class action suit against APPLIANCE APPOINTMENT, COM
Stay away from this company! Ripe off! Did work for them which probally didnt last more than 2 months. They make everything sound all good, sell you a little dream, then boom! Money hungry slims. Most the calls i was geting was people asking questions an 20 bucks gone, you not evening going to the jobs an making more than me, if customer called you an left a voice mail, 20 bucks gone, people listen to me, STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!
same for us, and now they refuse to credit our money, totally scam
I was a customer of theirs for about a year, and will admit that I had some work coming in for the first 2 or 3 months. But as I noticed there had been a lack of giving a rats ### of what kind of leads we got. Even when given an opportunity to prove illegitimate leads, they 99% of the time told me they were legitimate. For example, I do appliance repair in dallas, and a customer called me from weatherford which is almost 2 hours away, obviously outside the agreed target area by a long shot, also calling about fixing popcorn machines, drug addiction, dropped calls with no ability to contact the customer, all were considered legitimate. This company is a scam and I would be with anyone else to create a lawsuit. There was thousands of dollars wasted. NEVER again. APPLIANCE APPOINTMENT. COM = BAD IDEA!
I totally agree with you! STAY FAR AWAY from this company, not only will you get charged phone calls that do not pertain to your business, they will also somehow put their phone numbers on your listed search engines. Even the ones you pay for! My advice is to make sure all your advertising has your correct business phone number on it, then cancel your membership with them, because if you do it the other way around, they wont help you get your sites back to normal!
