Dear Sir/ Madam,
My name is Ahmed Abou-Zeid El-Sherif Ismail Hammad, an Egyptian national, now residing in the Czech Republic, at Jungmannova 855/7, Jablonec Nad-Nisou 466 01 .My telephone number is +420 [protected], and my e-mail address is : [protected]@hotmail.com
I opened an account no.[protected]-EGP-001 at your Nadi El-Sayd branch in Cairo, buying Emerald certificates for $124ooo on the 24th of October, 2013.
Accessing the bank statement e-mailed to me by your bank requires knowledge of the number of my mobile telephone in Egypt .As I have not used that number for the last 6 years, being abroad, I have forgotten it .I have written to your bank several e-mails requesting the resolution of this problem; I have not received any answer. The result is that I have lost contact with the bank, and access to my account.
Consequently, I am unable to manage my account, or get any banking service. I do not even have the necessary banking details to transfer money to my account.
I would greatly appreciate a resolution of this problem .

receiving my debit card
It's 09:23 and no one from your customer service advisors arrived to the bank yet (geziret el ARAB, Mohandessin branch) ... many customers are waiting in queue... This is bad customer service .. I was just attending to receive my debit card and unfortunately it's a disgrace to waste time waiting for your employees to arrive and start serving customers
unauthorized charges from saving account

Please note that in August 2016, I opened a saving account at AAIB Bank merghany branch with an amount of 4000 egp. I made several transactions since then to end up with an amount of +- 1600 egp by the beginning of 2017. Since then, due to some travel plans abroad for my master studies during this period, I had no access to my account whatsoever. On my return to Cairo in Aug 2018, I discovered that the bank had withdrawn from my account an amount of +-1000 egp with a recurrent withdrawal amount of 50 Egp per month! The reason as per the customer services is that: "my account was below the limit"! I was not informed of this procedure at the beginning of the opening of the account, nor do any of the signed contract states this procedure!
I discussed this matter with the head of customer services at merghany branch, and the branch manager itself, and both of them were unable to find a solution. I do understand that some fees should be deducted in order to maintain the account transaction, however to deduct more than 75% of the remaining amount that I owned is not acceptable at all!

I have a cover credit card with limit of 40, 000LE
I have used all all so basically card not have any money
During one of my trips to dubai i used it to rent a car and the car rental have held up 1000uae dirhams as deposite upon returning the car and my deposited was released after 30days I started to revive SMS from bank that this same rental company is trying to withdraw money off line from the card and when this transaction has been done several time without luck I called the Cuatomer service 19555 and asked to stop and replace my card as it has been comperimised and they did and sent me SMS confirming blocking the card
After about one month I recived a call from my branch manager ( Alrehab) saying that an over land mit transaction of 7500LE has been passed by bank for the same car rental company that has been trying off line transaction all that time
I was very angry first the card is covered / secured with limit only 40, 000LE
Second I already blocked the card through the calling center
How all this can happen

سوء معاملة وتطاول من أحد موظفين البنك-
The undersigned is [name removed] Wealth Managment Client- I today went to cairo festival Branch to transfer amounts via Western Union - Although I'm a Wealth management Client- i took a number "68" and waited for more than 90 min- the teller finalized transactions for 4 clients while the number was on 67- Asking him politely who turn it is- started to give me a lesson and accused me that I want to jump over others turns- the teller name is Mohamed Abdel Hadi- the CCTV inside the Branch will show you how many client he dealt with under 67 (he accepted the basis that a client take a number go make shopping and return and serve him- but we the clients abiding by the rules should wait-
A teller to try to take from me the forms in my hands by force is not accepted (it included private documents)- he has no right to try to snatch the papers in my hand- he has nor right to talk to me in loud voice and accusing me that I want to jump the turn and take others turn (he did not know I'm wealth management and could have went to Customer Service and Gave me a special number with faster turn)-
I will appreciate checking the CCTV as per the number token i entered the Branch 1:44 PM and CCTV will show that I did not leave the branch and such events of mistreating a clients was about 3:15 PM-
Last the above mentioned teller urged me -in front of other bank team and customers in a bit loud voice that "please to file a complain against him" accusing me again I'm the one who is trying to jump others turn and quote

This is not accepted- you can to eliminate any doubt ask wealth management team who dealt with me- and ask them did I ever got angry or nervous- or rude- NEVER- even tellers in Street 90- Fifth district thank me for my way of treating them over polite-
Once again all such is recorded on the Branch CCTV- I informed then in CFC branch that I will file a complain and will ask that the CCTV footage to be checked-

Since 10 years the managing director of the after merger with misr america int.bank/egypt
is feeling sad and miserable for non-ethical and unhuman actions of the bank legal dept.
and now is living without source of income to live as a human.
His family is a victom of a toxic and bullying morality of the new generations of senior executives in spite of the facts that he is very loyal and very knowlegable professional Egyptian
