I missed two payments on my car and FIVE STAR BANK took my car . I have called multiple times through out the week and have left voicemails with Josie to pay yet NOONE called me back , or took my call for payment .

I was behind on my car payment due to my wife losing her jobs due to covid. We are getting back on our feet and getting caught up. I tried to make a $500 payment to Josie D on 10/29. She would not take it and said I needed $1,410 as soon as I could. I said I would have it by Monday 11/1. I had the money by noon on 10/30 and tried to make a payment in full. The customer service rep told me she could not take the full amount as Collections is not in on Saturday and that I had to talk to Josie on Monday at 8am. The car was repossessed on Monday morning at 6am. When I talked to Josie, she said I now needed over $2,400 because of what happened. If the payment was accepted on Saturday, I could have been caught up. Now I am going to have a repo, as I am now short $600 in late fees and the repo charge.

In January I fell to financial hardship due to COVID 19. I reached out to 5 star bank to see about doing a deferment on my car loan. I spoke to Nicole and she told me that I didn't need to do anything and that I qualified for a 60 day deferment and my next payment would be due in March. On February 5th I received a nasty phone call from Denise in collections asking why I hadn't paid my car payment. I explained to her that I was working with Nicole and that she said I was good to go. Denise told me that wasn't the case and that my car payment was late. I asked Denise to connect me to a manager on many different occasions and she never would. I got everything squared away and made my payments. Fast forward to March and my credit score has dropped over 40 points from a missed payment from 5 star. I still can not get in touch with any manager. I've left voicemails and sent emails.

Over the past month I have contacted the customer service line on multiple occasions
Over the past month I have contacted the customer service line on multiple occasions. I have bi-weekly payments scheduled to come out and needed to change the dates to semi monthly. The representative told me I don't have automatic payments set up with them but I 100% do and have since the day I purchased my vehicle. They have overdrafted my checking account twice now by taking out the payment on a day other than my pay day that I provided. I have attempted to resolve this with Five Star Bank directly, I have shown proof to my bank regarding the situation, and my next step will be placing a stop payment on the transactions from occurring and obtaining a loan through another bank to pay them off completely. Five Star Bank has by far the worst customer service of any bank I've dealt with in my life. I also plan to file a complaint with the attorney general if this isn't resolved this week.

I paid my payment for December on January 8th
I paid my payment for December on January 8th. Then I paid January's payment on the 22nd but they said it didn't get there til the 27th even though my bank shows it was sent on time. They sent to credit karma that it was 30 days late. My payments are not late until the 22nd of each Month. So at end of January it's not possible to be 30 days late. Now I made my February's payment and it said on time. My loan amount still says the same balance owed as the previous month. I have never filed a complaint before. I talked to a Patricia K on the phone and thru emails. She went through my account and said I have never made a payment 30 days late. She also verified when I did make a payment a few days late that I paid the extra late fee. So please help me fix this issue. I just paid an additional 600.00 in March. I'm seeing horrible stories about this bank. Something seriously needs to be fixed. The lady that I spoke to was very kind and told me to dispute this. I don't think it's the entire bank but there is someone definitely corrupt. Sincerely

I allegedly fell behind on 2 paymeit's. And when I told Josie I would have the payment in full and 2 weeks. She refused to work with me. Is there any other person that's above her that I can talk to that's professional and won't hang up on me even though I have the full payment. In my hand
