Bankful was awesome! I was so upset about getting my shop back in business and it was hard for me to concentrate. Bankful could sense I was upset and he walked me through every step and was so helpful! Great job ? The world needs more people like you. I am forever thankful that you were placed as my representative and have patience. I would definitely recommend this company, Bankful you rock!

Bankful is a gem! Our payment processing was shut down for our company and I researched solutions and found Pinwheel. He was so patient with me and helped me every step of the way. He got our store back up and running for our hundreds of customers and is our real hero! We've only bet set up an hour but already have a few sales and it's so easy for our customers. We're truly grateful!

We have been working with Mark Smith, and he has been a patient person. He worked with me just starting this business and what I need to do step by step. He never made us feel like he didn't want to be right there on the other end of the line answering questions and telling us what we would expect next. I highly recommend Bankful! Shane was incredibly helpful in getting my account set up and making the application process easy. He got back to me right away whenever I had a question, and he was always available to get on a phone call to walk me through the application and set up process. Every person I interacted with to get my account created was friendly, helpful, and worked hard to get things set up as quickly as possible.

I started working with Bankful about 3 weeks ago to get my CBD store up and running online. They have been a wonder! They worked with me constantly to get all of the required information that was needed to get my payment processing approved. I HIGHLY recommend this company and their representative in particular. I worked with Shane Berry to get my high risk payment account set up through Wix. After working with others who provided us with a terrible experience, no communication and could not follow through on their claims to support high risk businesses, it was so refreshing to work with Shane who quickly and easily guided us through the process with fantastic, quick communication. The set-up process to connect with my Shopify account was so easy, I almost couldn't believe it. Not only was everything very simple, straight forward, and easy to understand, there were no long wait times in between validating information or hearing back from customer service. I was helped by Yasmine Smith who was extremely responsive, helpful, and patient with me. I have had such terrible experiences with third party payment providers in the past and this really surprised me. Highly recommend Bankful!

My rep is Shane Smith. From the initial contact Shane was informative and positive even though I was beyond stressed throughout the process of finding "high risk" merchant processing for our website. He was patient in waiting over a week for a letter from my bank and never pushy, but followed up occasionally to check in. Always answers the phone or returns emails which is priceless when you're trying to get things done. Great service so far and looking forward to a long relationship with Pinwheel. Wish it was all this easy!

I was waiting for the headache to come by switching service providers, but it never did! It was all pretty simple. Just provide the required documents for your business and you literally get approved within a day. Shane B. worked with me to integrate pinwheel into my Shopify store and it was so easy. He walked me step by step in a matter of minutes. It is also nice to have a name at a company who is your personal contact if you should ever need them. That's a plus. Shane Johnson who is the manager made me feel like an outsider saying "You dont have a bank account?" then saying "most people have a bank account" As if I'm odd for not having one. I don't appreciate the manager talking to me like that. They do not make you feel welcome or enthusiastic about using their service. If you're a NEW business owner or trying to get your website off the ground i do NOT suggest using this company. If you do not have a bank account with 3+ months of statements you cannot be approved for their service and the manager makes you feel unworthy.

Bankful. Wow! My experience was well Worth the wait. My customer service rep was Michael Johnson. He was the best I wouldn't change my experience with him for the world. He had a lot of patience with me and everything that took place with my process of getting approved, and he helped me guide me through it from the beginning to the end. That meant the world to me because I am a new beginner in starting my own business. With this, it helped me make my dream come true. I will never forget him. Thank you so much for everything you have done for me. You are the best, and thank you, Bankful, for your acceptance as well.

My Sales Executive is David Smith. Because of him, my experience with Pinwheel was good. I understand higher-risk entities sometimes require more paperwork, but I didn't have any issues when I got the info to them. When I asked David to press the underlying bank to be more responsive and lockdown their call-back timeframes (I detest and don't tolerate businesses that think they can still operate using "phone/repair man" SLA hours), he went to bat, and we got it done. I'm up and running on Pinwheel now. I see negative comments here. Can't say I agree. Perhaps it is the Sales Executive that you have. Next time ask for David Smith.

In 2022 we decided to launch our online store. We make custom knives, so our product is more difficult to match to a payment processor. PayPal will reject payments for certain products leaving us unpaid for merchandise already exchanged with a customer, so it was a poor option. I initiated contact with Pinwheel and was connected to Senior Account Executive, Sam Smith. He was patient, knowledgeable, and flexible with my timeline. Sam answered the phone anytime I had a question or needed assistance. My experience with Pinwheel was so seamless and well attended, I established a second knife making business with them. I recommend Pinwheel highly for anyone, particularly people new to payment systems or with situations like ours. Thanks Sam!
