Unjust and wrongful investigation
I'm writing to formally file a complaint against the unjust and wrongful
investigation of Security Bank regarding the fraud case that I filed last
June 13, 3021. They also informed me that the investigation will take 40 business days and yet they still didn't provide documentation of the result of their investigation after waiting for the timeline they had given. There are cases of Fraud transactions that have been occurring in their company like Unauthorised transfer of funds to other account, unauthorised withdrawal and breach of personal data. This just not happened to me but also to other people.
Remittance
Receiving my Western Union remittance to my Security Bank account has been horrible for since November 2020. I'm again expecting an inward transfer since February 3 and the funds has not posted still as of February 11.
Their explanation why the funds has not been credited to my account is that because Western Union provided then zeroes as my phone and account number but they still have not rejected the transfer attempt so the funds are not returned yet to the sender.

I made a withdrawal and the atm did not release the cash. When I checked on the balance - the money was deducted from my balance. I tried calling security bank's customer service hotline and the wait time finished my call credits. I sent 3 emails and and got a response the same day. According to the csr it would take 10 banking days for them to return the funds. I told them that it's payroll account and I am trying to secure my last money - I need the funds to pay bills. The csr told me that she would try to expedite the process for me to have my funds available sooner and that she would call me back. It's the third day and I have not recieved any response. I called, email and sent them messages but no one would talk to me to hear out my concern. Should they respond, they would only give you generic answers - which is to wait for 10 days. I believe their process is not fair, customers should not be asked to wait because their services faltered - they should atleast compensate for the time spent waiting and causing so much inconvenience.

I am writing in your good office to let you know the worst customer service experience I had so far.
Let me start with what happend on June 2020. Since you stopped the ADA, i had to call you multiple times to deduct the payment that is readily available in my acct for that month. I am afraid that I will be charged of the late payment so I made an extra effort of making sure that your team is aware. That representative assured me that it will be forwarded to the concerned department. I even contacted the chat bot in facebook and was informed that it will be processed. After dew days, I am still seeing the payment hasnt been deducted. So I had to email the loan rep and she said that its being forwrded already. after fee days again, I received a call from the collection dept who is aksing me to pay my balance for June and Im like why is my name in the collection dept already? I dont feel okay that time and it worsen my condition as im suffering from high blood pressure and I felt being harassed if in the first place my acct has enough koney to cover for my jun payment. And it didnt stop there, I received another 2 calls after few days. And this gave me headache. I know my responsibilities and obligations. It was settled after a month so Ive asked them to deduct my Jul payment to avoid future issues and enroll my acct on ADA again. I was so relieved when that was straighten out however, just today, I got another issue again with you guys. My payment was supposed to be deducted on the 25th of August and no one took time to go through it and they had to charge me 4thousand for late payment. I mean I am willing to pay that if I really made a late payment but my acct has enough balance to pay my bills every 25th. I know you guys dont havr enough workforce to attend to the concerns of your customers and I understand that but can u also look into your customer's concern because thats also what we need. I sent an email last week, i havent gotten any response so far and I am now on the queue for more than 1 hour trying to get in touch wuth your CSR. I feel helpless at this point of time. I hope that this addressed the current situation as well as the other customer's need. I cant deal with the same issue in the future. And I hope that whoever is in the compalints dept will look into this as an opportunity for imprpvement and not just a complaint. Thank you so much and I wish you and your team a success.

We are long time clients of security bank manila.. We had an unfortunate experience.! We applied for a loan it was about to receive the proceeds instead of the interest rates agreed upon. They increased the interest rates we terminated the application. Suddenly there were claiming we had a loan. We were shocked. Our loan was terminated however the security we initially. Moreover the amount of php5 million. We did not touch the money that was deposited to our account more importantly they were able to credit the amount and they cannot explain why. It is disturbing we initially thought it was for the damages. They are insisting it's the loan. Rhea boncac got the letter termination without reason. How will they justify the title. They gave us the run ayoundvand the issues remain unresolved after writing the ceo to return the titale they are holding. They are supposed to be above reproach. They didn't explain why the money was in our account. Thus we are requesting a full investigation. Why are they insisting there is a loan the only logical reason is that it's for damages. This we need your assistance what they did to us if unacceptable and I believe they should answer for it.. We need to determine what made them do that. Please intervene. We stand to lose our property and you are our last hope. Please conduct a complete investigation. You are our only hope. It seems that they don't care that it is in violation of the code of conduct. This has been ongoing for six months...
I was auto debited by Security Bank mastercard with out my consent on my security bank savings account. This happened This happened Jan 16,2023 for the amount of 2118.02 I tried to call the hotline number many times but never transfered to right department to raise my concern.
I did not make an agreement that i allow home credit to auto debit my payment on mu security bank account. How could i fix this. Should i go the the nearest bank or call you at the morning.
