The training this company offers is outstanding. You are never left on your own wondering what to do. *** is available to answer any of my questions on have and they are fast at doing so. You are not a number you are family to them. There are so many resources they have to make this a successful business. The home based agent program is outstanding. Best I have found. I am truly blessed to have found them and gotten back in to the tourism business.

Been working with Archer as a home based travel agent for a while now and it has been a great decision. I work part time, when I want. I've found Archer and all of our agents to be incredibly helpful to one another. I've worked for a brick and mortar agency in the past. I did not receive the level support, nor the amount training and definitely not the salary opportunity. I hit the ground running, have started to earn a steady income and have not looked back.

WOW! WOW! WOW! The professionalism with *** Travel is amazing. The staff is wonderful and I always get a quick response, they truly care about the people that work for them. The CEO, Mr. is one of the most amazing people I know. He takes good care of others and is always willing to help. I did start as an independent contractor for their company Evolution and I couldn't be more than happier! The agents are always willing to help each other, the trainings are out of this world super helpful, other agents are very friendly when you meeting them, I have attended many events, I have been doing really great and earned a lot of commission money from bookings. I did start on their other program and have done great on that side. With the help of others, my mentor and myself getting on trainings... THIS HAS BEEN A BLESSING!

They have a wonderful opportunity if you are looking to be a travel agent from home. I have been with the company (family) for going on two months. I absolutely love the atmosphere, the work, the perks and the knowledge shared and gained throughout. My mentor and her mentors have been extremely helpful as well as all of the other trainers and builders.

I have been with the company for 20 months and am thankful every day to have found it. Not only can I book travel for clients and help them make memories but I am able to enjoy the travel perks myself. The support I get from Archer Travel has been fantastic. There are so many changes in travel and I know I have so many people to ask at Archer, even up to Ron Archer himself. Their knowledge and expertise helps me help my clients every day.

They want you to believe they are mothers who have successfully overcome rock bottom. Had they ever truly lived the tales they spin, they would know this is not right and is disrespectful for us trying to put food on the table not in their pockets. They are aggressive to get you signed up and will almost get to the point of harassment. Run just run!

Daily trainings are offered to the home based travel agents (me being one of them), and our CEO gives out his phone number to anyone! I have never seen a company go that extra mile for their employees. I know that if I ever have a problem I have quite a few stellar individuals on the *** Travel team to lean on. Thank you to *** Travel for offering the ability for us to work from home selling travel where we can set our own hours and run our own business!

I worked as an Independent Contract Partner with them. They do give you a lot of chances to get certified, your own developed Travel website, backup support and marketing education. They do not have hot leads for you to call but they do give you some ideas on where to find cold ones. This opportunity would be great if you came in with a hot book of business for Travel. You could quickly build from that. If you do not have that, be prepared to pay out monthly in fees for the use of all of the above until you start generating a profit from your hard prospecting efforts.

This is the best company to be in! I have been on fam trips, received bonus commission due to being a platinum member to so many vendors thanks to the relationships *** holds with them! I've called the CEO of the company numerous time and he's always helped me! I love the community here and the flexibility to do it all from my PHONE while at home with my children! These perks can't be beat! I will forever be a travel agent!

Don't even waste your time with these people. They reviews here are fake , they are from the staff themself go make themselves look good. Nobody comes to a site like ComplaintsBoard.com to leave a good review. Basically they want you to work for them but you have to pay them , not vice versa. Any " job" that ask you to pay them a " STARTERS FEE" then a " MONTHLY FEE" is not a real job. Shame on this people for scamming during a pandemic when people are already struggling.

I have been an Agent with Archer travel since January . There is so much to learn and it is never ending, which is how it should be. The training and support from my up line to other agents and Archer Travel itself has been amazing. The monthly membership is worth every penny in return of how successful you can be in owning your own business. It's been hard during the Covid19 months, however I kept investing in myself to learn during this time. I will continue with Archer as long as I keep being successful in building a network of travel clients throughout the coming months. Patients is the key to stay strong and believe you are an amazing travel assistant.

I have been a travel agent with this company since the beginning of the year
I have been a travel agent with this company since the beginning of the year. I booked my first vacation back in February and the person I booked the travel for traveled back in March. They tell you you have to wait 60-90 days after the travel date in order to get paid, but its been long past that for me. I've had to call the supplier I booked it with because its not a concern to *** Travel if one of their agents aren't getting paid. The supplier informed me that they had paid *** Travel and gave me a check number and everything to give to the commission department and *** then told me it was not a regular check number. I am now to only believe that *** Travel is a scam and you only get paid when you recruit other people underneath you, and not through actually booking travel.

Yes, it costs $$ to start a business and a monthly fee to keep the business running. That is EVERY BUSINESS. McDonalds and Walmart didn't just say ok we are opening then started making money without putting money, time, and effort into it. I will say I work a full-time Monday-Friday job AND have my Travel Business too. Its it hard? YES but nothing in life is easy or free. I book travel for myself, friends, family, strangers, and get paid to do what I was once calling a HOBBY. As far as bringing others in, yes I do it some but I focus on booking travel. If someone asks me how do I get free trips or such great deals yes I will tell them. It is very easy to call a company SCAM when it comes to pay for all you will get. It is misunderstood for some persons that believe that to be successful and a business owner there is no investment to do. A regular 8 to 5 job is an investment as well: pay for daycare for kids, afterschool programs, gas, clothes, materials, licenses. To keep all the time the same paycheck. Yes I have to pay the registration fees, but don't I paid them in EVERY school to get trained or to learn and have a certification? As an Architect student I can tell y'all this is way less of what I pay at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco for my Bachelor degree! Do I have to pay every month? Yes but I will have to pay anyway on every paycheck at work for insurance and licenses or benefits every paycheck.
As a medical career it is not meant to be for everyone, as we can't not all be lawyers, or astronauts, or vets or surgeons or teachers, we can't not all be Professionals Travel Agents!

This is a terrible company
This is a terrible company. I BOUGHT into this company's sales position. I made 6 sales on my first week. Was compensated by my prepaid Visa card for approximately 3k with a savings of approximately 500... All of a sudden the site I bought was having technical problems and that was when I canceled my membership compleatly. I was promised more than one vacation for promoting their travel store on my super clean and perfect record websites. I have no idea if they will reimburse me he 50 dollars but that's not the point. I was publically and privately humiliated by two so called professional business owners. Yet forced to apologize for their own inability to accept responsibility for their website failing in many ways. My computer now (brand new with all the bells and whistles) is so slow and I am being further humiliated by people that do my finances due to the fact they warned me about how I am at fault for believing their lies. I hope nobody uses them anymore because I am a hard working and loved member of society who really takes it *** myself when I have to act as if I am the party at fault for something I have absolutely no control over. Ps-news flash! Travel agencys are so out of style and date according to the last few years so stick with a more professional company. I was treated as if I do not deserve to be a part of their team due to their own preferences not seeing eye to eye with mine. I have contacted a few people such as judges and the city and hope I will find a resolution to the shame I felt in public which Amy and astrid forced me to take responsibility for. I have never had any professional business ever assult me emotionally and haraßss me physically and then claim it's a fault of my own.

They ruined our 23rd anniversary travel and no longer is responding regarding a refund. I reached the agency and haven't heard anything. I have times of text messages and emails. This is just some:

Good morning.
I just sent an email. I wanted to include one of the emails for correction. We didn't get our final flight documents till 3/29 (less than two weeks before we left) and the final hotel documents was sent the following week (a week before we were leaving to travel overseas).
Again, we were passed *** from one agent to the next so I never really felt like my 23rd wedding anniversary was a priority.
I would really like to try to handle this professionally.
Again, I haven't heard back from either of that agents about my refund for a trip they all mismanaged. I would like a full refund because I was diligent about what I needed to do. It's disappointing, heartbreaking and extremely frustrating to have planned this for almost 1 1/2 years for it to be ruined by negligence.

I didn't make a decision not to travel. We went to the airport and was prepare to head to our destination. The purpose for which we reached out to an agent wasn't fulfilled. If I would've known I needed to know all things about travel I would've gotten educated and not used an agent but this is a lesson learned. The problem was trusting an agent with complex travel. That's why we weren't able to travel.
They stated the agent who booked the travel shouldn't ensured we had everything in order. As previously stated only thing we were missing was the certificate of entry that they said should've been applied for months before we left.
When o tried to cancel everything I was told that has to go through the agent who booked it.
The issue is being shuffled around between agents, lack of a person touch when reaching out expressing my concerns to ensure everything was in place.
I did everything I was supposed to. Including having all the documentation I was supposed to. We were told that when reservations were made we should've been enforced by the agent that we needed to apply fir a certificate of entry which takes months to receive which is why we should've been instructed to apply months (before actually getting the final documents within the last 3-4 weeks ) earlier.
Doesn't matter now. Once I've finished crying and being upset I will refocus and make contacts and try to get this resolved higher up. And I will be sure to share this awful experience. This was a botched job and I could've made this mess myself.
I even reached out SEVERAL times to ensure this wouldn't happen because of what at many times felt very unprofessional.
Again, it doesn't matter now our anniversary plans have been ruined and we need to try to regroup.
