I booked a refundable hotel room. Email confirmation says 48hr refund policy. I tried on website to cancel the reservation. Got a message it was not found. Called the Hilton hotel and called it via the phone. However, charge has been applied the my credit card and no one to contact. When I emailed me via their website, I just got an email that said cancel on their website.

I made a purchase for the card on two separate occasions and never received either. When I tried making an inquiry on their website I always got a reply that referred me back to the site itself. I looked for a phone number to try and speak with someone and there wasn't one listed. Finally, I sent a letter to an address I found, about a month ago, and as of today I have heard nothing from the company. This all seems like a fraud to me

Several weeks ago I bought a couple of vouchers that can't be activated judging by the information that pops up every time I triy to activate.
Read the reviews and understood I wasn't the only one having same problems.

In June, 2015, I purchased a gift card for hotelandresorts.com from restaurant.com to save money on a trip that I was taking 8 of my family on over Christmas. I found that you had to book your hotel room through the hotelandresorts.com website to get a small per night discount at a Hilton property. I booked 2 rooms for 7 nights at the Embassy Suites in Milpitas, California. While the discount was small, because I booked 2 rooms for 7 nights, I did save close to $150 using the gift card that cost me less than $20—a good deal, or so I thought! The process was Hotelandresortcard.com charged my credit card and then they in turn booked the hotel rooms using their American Express card. I got my room confirmation from them and double checked with Embassy Suites to make sure I indeed had confirmed room reservations (I had to have them link those rooms to my Hilton account number, though). After spending one night in the hotel, I was alerted that Embassy Suites was charging both rooms to my card that I had given the hotel for incidentals. I went to the front desk and they told me that they had run hotelandresortscard.com’s American Express card 10 times and it was declined each time----so they were charging me for the rooms that I had already paid hotelandresortcard.com for. Hotelandresortcard.com has NO customer service telephone number so the only way I had of contacting them was to go to their website and fill out a form explaining the problem and ask them to contact me ASAP. To this date, THEY NEVER HAVE CONTACTED ME. I went to the hotel manager to see if they had a way to contact hotelandresortcard.com since they claim to be a Hilton business partner. The manager had no idea who they were. I called Hilton’s customer service and got transferred three times to different departments and no one at Hilton could give me any contact information either. Finally, I called restaurant.com’s customer service department to see if they could help me since they were the ones who sold me the gift certificate (which they are still selling on their site.) I finally talked to a rep who said she would put in an “urgent” request to fix this problem. On day five at the hotel (after being charged the entire hotel bill on MY credit card), I went to the front desk to see if they could send me an email documenting that hotelandresortscard.com’s credit card had been declined several times so I could dispute the charges on my credit card. For some reason, I asked them to rerun their credit card----and this time it went through---a miracle. Bottom line, THE HASSLE IN USING HOTELANDRESORTCARD.COM IS DEFINITELY NOT WORTH WHAT LITTLE I SAVED AND WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.

I received the voucher for the hotel and trip, which offered the website www.hotelandresortcard.com. I was really surprised, when they refused to take the voucher. They told me that it was fake, but I paid money for this voucher. The rep told me that they could provide small discount, but when I asked what discount, the rep started to diddle-daddle and refused to give discount. Seriously, I don’t understand these people.

I sent emails and asked to solve this problem, but I heard only diddle-daddle and other fake promises. The company is really unprofessional and better don’t book though them. Waste of time and money. As well as share your views about it.

My sister booked a hotel for me and my wife over Christmas. I was asked for my credit card for incidentals. When I got home I was charged $182. So I called the hotel and they told me that the 3rd part booking agents credit card was declined and I was charged. I emailed them right away. I've been getting the run around ever since. It wasn't till I threatened them that I got a call. I was told this whole story how their account got hacked and as a gesture of good will they gave me $100 to resturants.com. Another worthless website.
It's been about a month now and just sent my last email to them and got a reply that they are still working on my refund. It shouldn't take a month to get a refund. I called the hotel and they told me that all this company has to do is call them with a new credit card and they would issue me a refund. In addition, they charged my sister MORE than the hotel charged Me! Total ###.
Yes what you wrote is correct and we apologized at the time for the Inconvenience you experienced. If you recall we explained that we were defrauded and unfortunately your account was caught in the audit.
I agree, waste of money. Rates are more expensive using card "discounts" than what you can get via other sites or direct with hotels.
With all due respect when booking with us the discounted rate will be less then when you book on other sites for the same room type, dates of stay and time of booking.

I had the card, which provided some discounts on the website www.hotelandresortcard.com. After activation, I booked the room, but these jerks charged me for wrong sum. They took for $80 more than it was mentioned on the website. Of course, all agents were unavailable and it was impossible to get any replies about it. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Let’s share views about this website.
I booked on-line using their site. Everything was OK: dates, prices, hotel choice. I got a confirmation but when I checked my m/c they took wrong sum from me (almost $90.00 more) and there is no one to speak since no telephone numbers are provided. I filled e-mail form complain but only got automatic respond: go to website and see FAQ. Well there is no choice about my case: if you were overcharged, it is your problem. I am going to dispute a transaction since I have enough proof that amount charged wasn't authorized by me. And I won't ever use this company again. It was big big mistake to buy their discount card.
