This review was chosen algorithmically as the most valued customer feedback.

I was approached by an independent rep from Ardyss International about signing up under her. I declined that but inquired about the product. She measured me and I paid her $170.00. When she brought the garment, the package had been opened already. I took it home and looked at it, and determined that since I have a condition with my back, I would not be able to wear it. I called and called to no avail. One day she finally called me back and said someone would call me to "explain it" to me. No one has ever called. She will not answer my calls or call me back. I contacted another major distributor, and while they were apologetic, since Rochella Willis does not work for them, they could do nothing. I contacted Customer Service at Ardyss International after reading their website, which states that if you order from them direct, the package must be unopened and returned within 15 days, but they will give refunds less a restocking fee. Again they told me I had to contact the individual I dealt with. Who is repsonsible with these people?

If these people are going to setup independent distributors, someone needs to back them or something.

To leave customers hanging out to dry without any recourse is NOT right.

I am a senior citizen on limited income and $170.00 is LOT of money to me!

Hi there,

I just happen to be surfing the net and saw this. I too am an independent distributor from Arydss, located in St Louis. Has this issue been addressed since your posting of this message?

watch out for these ardyss reps they are solely out for themselves and do not care really about the customers. There is a ridiculous amout of wait time when you call customer service regarding orders and you will not be able to get the support you need from the person who signed you up. The goal is to get ten new sign ups per month so most distributors are on a rampage trying to meet there quota. thats all you are is a number and or dollar sign. Please stay away from this company...oh yes and the product is very expensive and made of poor quality. Careful putting in on as you will rip it and it will not be replaced. Robin Robinson is a thief. She is also the executive president! She will go on and on about how she was soooo poor working at At&t and now is making soooo much money! mmm ? I wonder how?!

Before we go and judge the company and say a whole bunch of negative comments about them remember that we are dealing with humans. As long as this remains true, there will always be rotten apples. Is there anyone perfect out there? Why should we say "Stay away from this company or their reps" just because of a bad apple. I challenge anyone to pick any company at all that is dealing on the international level, and google with the word "complaints" at the end and tell me if nothing show up. Does that mean we should all stay away from all of them? FOOLISH! DO NOT PUT IN A NEGATIVE LIGHT THAT WHICH WE KNOW NOTHING ABOUT. If it didnt work for you, I am sorry! But to call people crooks when you have no idea who they are is...plainly put STUPID!

I was just invited to sign up with this company. They tell me i could make $15-20k after the first 6 months and 25-48k in one year...seriousely i doubt that very much. I was with avon and they told me the same thing that i could make millions, the things that you have to do to achieve this is unreachable. I want someone to be honest and tell me what are the chance that i can even make $10k in one month

Wow! Its such a sad thing thing to realize that we as humans are all created the same. I am also a distributor with Ardyss International, I have been with the company for some time now, and think that I made the best decision of my life. Ardyss International is about change, and change is what is happening. This is a company that is offering the distributors health insurance now! They are truely an awesome company! For the people out there just sprewing negative talk about Ardyss International, answer this one question... What company, any company do you know that have grown over 800% in less than one year? So I want to thank all you miserable people that are all so small monded to open up your eyse to see that change is now! Obama believes it, why can't you? Thats be honest, Ardyss International is not going anywhere any time soon.

It seems to me a lot of people have legitimate complain about this company. Instead of bashing people for their honest complains and calling them miserable you should find a way to address the problems. This kind of response is very unprofessional, no wonder there is so many complains out there. I have read where even the reps themselves are having problems with the type of services. Customer service seems to be lacking in this company. I have an appointment with a rep tomorrow to join this company, I think I am going to back out for now.

I am a distributor with Ardyss International - I am based in the United Kingdom - I would like to address Sisters comment about being told all these stories on how much you can make. Like with any kind of sales position, you get out what you put in. If you expect any business to work itself with very little effort you will not gain from it. I did Avon myself in the UK as a Sales Leader and Rep, however Avon was not where near as lucrative as Ardyss because the setup is 100% different. If you really want to make money, and your mind set is right, you will be successful in anything - remember there is always someone out there that wants to steal your joy and put a negative spin on things because they do not have the belief system in themselves that they can achieve.

I have been involved in Network or Direct Marketing for over fifteen years and I realize that any opportunity relies upon a functional product, good team, a solid company and being blessed.

There is no opportunity that is worth performing due diligence that doesn't have disgruntled Customers or Representatives. Any Representative that claims only to have worked any system for two months are not even worth listening too. They had the wrong expectations of not working the business and being rewarded.

If a Representative of any opportunity is selling an opportunity that doesn't involve hard work they were selling a get quick rich, pyramid scheme or have no idea how to build a team.

I am not a Representative of Ardyss International but just get perturbed when people bash opportunities with only a couple of months of not putting forth any effort.

Now the customers who are not satisfied with the product are providing future Representatives performing due diligence and Customers with a clue of either staying away or waiting until this issue of delivery and Customer Service is corrected. That should be a priority for the leaders of Ardyss International.

I, too am an Ardyss distributor. I feel badly about the way the complainants were treated by those horrible INDEPENDENT representatives. I emphasize independent because that's what they are, and they are NOT a true representation of the company. I have been a distributor for several months, and I don't make $10K a month, however, I don't put a great deal of effort into promoting the business. If I did, I could make a lot more than I do. I believe in the products, and the customer service has changed, for the better, since I started. I wear the Body Magic, and use some of the health supplements, and I have nothing but praise for the products I use. I truly hope that someone reads this and understands that there are unscrupulous sales people out there, then there are those that care about getting the client exactly what they need, and willing to work with the client to find a suitable payment arrangement. Please don't be influenced by a few people's bad experiences.

I was offered a business proposition to become an Ardyss Distributor and right now I am 50/50 from making a decision. I looked on the BBB website to see if you guys were accreditted and I didn't show where you were. Is there a reason for that? Also, I listened to a conference call that was given by 4 represenatives, including the Godmother of Ardyss and I was not too sure what to think. Now, you guys have established business here in the states for two years, is there somewhere a potential distirbutor can see a financial report of the growth pattern over the last two years for this company? How was it even introduced to the US and who made the legal agreement for it to be brought here?

I am not trying to make a bad light for this company. I simply just want to find out everything that I need to know in order for me to represent a company and product that I know nothing about. I want to to be able to verify the statements where people say, "they had nothing before this company and now they are living large". Can we talk to their previous employers? Can we see some financial records from the past year? Is this company on the stock market? The company has only been in the United States for two years and has 2000 distributors so far, so it should not be too hard to get this information. Anyone that has a business mind would want to see for themselves the entire process of these claims from beginning to end. I guess because I decided to go to grad school and get my MBA is one of the reasons for my questions and curiosity and just plain common sense. Sorry for the long message. Just a concerned consumer that wants basic answers. Again, I am not bashing the company.

My wife signed on as a distributor about 3 weeks back. Her best friend told her about Ardyss over a year ago, when she first signed on, but my wife wasn't interested. We get a lot of people coming at us about MLM's, and it gets old.

Shaed80, I hope someone can answer your questions. I will be doing my best to answer them for myself.

sisters, my wife just signed up for 2 reasons:

1. She loves the way the Body Magic makes her look and feel, and is using Ardyss' 2-step approach to ridding herself of leftover babyweight. She was initially motivated to do so when she saw the real results of some of her college friends who were using the process themselves. I was impressed with the "before and after" photos with just the Body Magic, let alone the transformations after months of using the LeVive and other products with the Body Magic.

2. My wife's best friend is a full-time volunteer pastor along with her husband. Together, they pastor a church plant, with no pay. They are able to do this because, no lie, she made over $140, 000 in her first year, and that was part time around the church ministry. Counting my wife, she only has 10 serious distributors under her, and she gives them a lot of support. On top of the $140, 000, she is now qualified for an additional $500 each month to pay for major medical insurance, which I am helping enroll her in, me being an insurance agent and all. And, within a few months she will qualify for a $2, 000 down payment and a $1, 500 monthly stipend for a special addition Ardyss Mercedes.

I share this because there really is money to be made. Like my wife, her friend is a person of outstanding character (who has supported us in the past during hard times), and if the Ardyss products weren't legitimate, they would not be involved. As I said, I have been approached about numerous MLM companies. Some were okay, and some were horrible. My thing is, if I can make a living just selling the products, and I would use the product myself, then it's legit. Even if the product is great, if I have to get others involved on the business side in order to actually make some money, then I don't see it as a legit opportunity. Just my opinion, though.

PS I wear the guys basic Body Magic daily, and I love it. Friends keep asking me if I've lost some weight! I haven't, but I'm just starting.

All these negative comments about Ardyss International are just opinions. This company is absolutely amazing, has transformed my life inside and out. The products sold me before I even tried them and then when I tried them, I closed the deal. I was power packed asap. I look absoulutely amazing. We are independent distributors, we do this as a living. with a possibility and risk that we will come accross crazies like you who are ignorant and uninformed about health and Arydss. We are out here talking to people, raising health awareness, being a testimony and the product of the product. No one is hungry for money, but if I am going to make a living transforming lives, renewing minds and reshaping bodies, then it will be with Ardyss. People have been taken off medication because of our products. I use to struggle with severe depression, chronic constipation, poor circulation, anxiety and other health complications and Ardyss changed all that. We are not informmercials and commercials that will captivate you with a product, forcing you to buy anything, we are real life people, meeting you face to face. Why don't you bash the FDA and USDA about their highly processed foods and pharmceutical drugs that you're taking everyday without question, ignorant to what they are doing to your body and children's bodies; negating the fact that they are generating so much money creating death products, by keeping you sick. So if you want to talk about money hungry people with dollars signs in their eyes, bash them. Once you stay sick, they stay rich. If Ardyss don't work for you, that's fine, but no matter what you say, it can't change the FACT that our products are the best, period!

I just started out with my Ardyss business and its a slow start, but its only been 1 month. The signing up of distributors is not how we make money. However there is a bonus for doing so. I personally don't like being harassed and I wouldn't do it to someone else. Most of us go into it because of the products. We basically make money off the products. (which I also use and love) You can't sell something with out knowing what it is or what it does. We have to use them, otherwise we wouldn't be able to stand behind the product 100%. (speaking for the non-bad apples). There are people in the world who are just plain Evil. It's just the truth, but Not being able to get answers from anyone is a problem too. For that I apologize, but I also agree with the person who emphasized the fact that we are independant distributors. Unfortunaltely they won't be held accountable, but your complaint is with that distributor. All Ardyss distributors should not be lumped together. The company cant be held accountable either because they fulfilled their part by supplying the product. It's like complaining about the a restaurant because you were not happy with your server. One has nothing to do with the other, they're just associated by a thin thread.

Ardyss International are a bunch of incompetent thieves! Do NOT TRUST THEM!

Sorry for the long story, but here goes...
I placed an order almost 1 year ago . They chose to send my order in 2 seperate shipments and after a few delivery notices were left on my door(I was at work), I was finally able to pick up the package at which time I realized that this was only half of my order. I called Ardyss to inquire and was then told that they tried delivering a seperate package and it ended up being returned( all the while i thought the delivery notices were all for the same package). Instead of going through the hassle again of a missing the delivery attemps because I'm always at work during the day, I decided to cancel that half of my order after discussing it with my Ardyss rep whom i placed the order with. I finally received a refund check several months later and at which time it so happened to come when I was away for 2 weeks. Upon my rreturn and finding the check I contacted my Ardyss rep to let her know that my refund had finally come. Because she had recently been checking with Ardyss on the status of my check while i was away she was told that the refund check had been mailed and if it wasn't cashed within 2 weeks it would be cancelled. Go figure! My rep tried to submit another request for my refund and they told her that they needed all kinds of unnecessary information in order for them to re-issue another check. Really? What information do you need? Shouldn't that information be in their system indicating that a refund check was mailed, but NOT cashed and YOU(Ardyss) cancelled it? How rediculous and backwards is Ardyss?

I tried calling Ardyss several times myself with no avail. The first phone call to Ardyss with a very nice gentleman resulted in me being told that I should receive my refund within a week, but 2 weeks later I had to call again to inquire because there still was not check. This time I encountered a very rude man who after bantering back and forth with him, I requested to speak with a manager(of course no one was available) and was told that someone would call me back later that day. Needless to say that was a joke because 2 months later(April of 2010) I made another call to inquire and was told that a case was openned for me 1 month ago, but he's not sure why this issue hasn't been resolved. He would speak to the person who openned the case as well as a supervisor and they'd call me back(AGAIN). Nothing so i finally called and asked for the number to their coporate office, called there asked to speak to a manager, was put on hold, then someone else picked up the call who did not identify herself, but asked who i was and how she could help me. I asked her to indenty herself and was given only her first name and that she was an Ardyss rep. I was furious because I specifically told the first woman who answered that I did not want to speak to another rep b/c they were not helpful, this is 4 months later since I started to inquire about my refund and I needed to go above the reps. Of course was told that everyone was on a phone call. She;d take my number and have them call me back. I told her i've heard that everytime i've called Ardyss over the past few months and no one EVER calls me back. I told her to be sure to put in the message that If someone does not call me back as I indicated I will be going to the news! Apparently that worked somewhat because last I checked my case had been escaleted to the refund office and I should be getting a phone call from them within 24 hours. We shall see. I'm telling you, Ardyss will be in the news soon if this issue is not resolved by the end of this week. I GUARANTEE IT! They are the WORST company EVER that I've every dealth with!

If you got jipped by someone selling Ardyss products its because you didn't do your homework. I researched the company for almost six months before I gave up my $170. (If money was really tight for you, you wouldn't just give it up to anybody, especially someone without a storefront!) If you did ANY type of research you would know everyone who sells the products are their own boss, separate from the company and THEY should be researched extensively!

Ardyss sells products at wholesale price to independent distributors so why would you expect any results from calling them? That's like calling Sony's headquarters because Walmart sold you a bad tv...

Given the fashion in which you purchased your garment it's possible you may not have even been dealing with a real distributor. If your package was open, (HOLD ON YOU LET HER WALK AWAY AFTER GIVING YOU AN OPEN PACKAGE? ...ODD) its possible you purchased a Body Magic from any ol body who needed to sell theirs to make a buck! LOL

If she was truly a distributor you would know the Body Magic helps with back problems as you claim is the reason for your wanting to return it.

I've heard nothing but good things about this company and I'm glad I got to try it out for myself before I came across this negativity it might have kept me from missing a life changing opportunity.

SN: I haven't heard any outstanding promises of getting rich with this company. Everyone has said you get out of it what you put into it. I can definitely see how someone can make good money with this company if they are able to share their testimony with many.

I'll be happy to help anyone who wants to make a healthy change in their lives or is interested in the business side of things...Call me 407.486.7237 Khorie

There is a horrible distributor out there who is an Executive President, lying about how much money she makes. My friend knows her personally and says she cant even afford to get cable at her home. Her name is Tre (trenice brown)in Ellicott City, MD, so beware of her...she also will catch major attituude if you decide not to purchase or sign under her. She will call your phone 100x's trying to pressure you - Just nasty! It's unfortunate that the company has to be stifled by such poorly trained, uneducated women!

I was approached by two different distributors the first lady was not professional and was charging me $190 for a body magic. She told me that the bottle of Le Vive cost $50 dollars and if I buy 2 she will charge me $80.Her name is Tammy and she's from Brooklyn.
The second lady was extremely nice, outspoken in a good way and very honest. Her name is Shanique, she will not charge a high price with any of the products. I’m on autoship with the Le Vive and I pay $100 for 4 bottles, instead of $80 for 2 bottles. I don’t have her link, but you can find her on facebook, SJH Ardyss. If you request her you can put (Tasha from bk) recommended me.

Many posters have hit it on the head - people are people and some sales persons are dishonest. That is with virtually any business or indistry. Ardyss International is just like any other business. You get what you put in. Ive had a pleasurable experience as a consumer and distribuotr. Unfortunately, the bad seeds make it difficult for the good distributors.

I am an Ardyss distributor from the St. Louis area and I will say this. Ardyss is a legit company, but they have some really BAD people in the presidential positions that claim they love the Lord, but are so fake it really isn't funny. The sad thing is that this company has so much potential to be great but the high ups in the company don't want to address the WRONG that is so evident. All I can say is God sees all of the mess going on like the undercutting and selling the garment for less, and the stealing customers and points. Mike Potello is such a phony and he was the person in charge of the complaints and he himself was a fraud. Sad to say but Ardyss has great products that really work, but customer service and the undercutting of team mates is terrible.

I started as a distributor in July and to date I am a supervisor. I really like the products and I realise that you get out what you put in. It is very hard work, but the benefits are worth it. I can really see how people can get shafted by unscrupulous individuals who have taken on the role of distributor. My advise is to understand that Ardyss is like any other business and if you approach it as such, you will do your balance and checks, before you part with your hard earned cash. I apologise for all those who have genuine complaints. However thus far my complaints have been minimal, the customer care center has done pretty well so far. Everyone should give the products a try. www.ardysslife.com/thereshapingrevitalisingbodyboutique

I stumbled across the product yesterday and there's plenty of info on the internet and you tube. So it's obvious that you are fitted for the product. It's customary you could of refused the open package, how long did you have the item before you decided it wouldn't be good for your back. I find it amusing people are always told consult with your physician before going on a diet wouldn't you consider that thought process if you are so worried about your back. Note to self if you can't afford something don't buy it. Sounds like buyers remorse. The product obviously works awhh hello look at the amazing success stories. There are always going to be hatters out there bashing someone or something you see it all the time. Negative attracts negative.

Sounds like buyers remorse, clearly you pointed out the price and used your back as a excuse to why you wanted to return the garment. Note to self it's common when starting a diet to consult with a doctor consider that thought process before wasting a consultants valuable time. It's funnie you could of cancelled the order or refused it. Any time I've ever bought anything I look at my receipt or ask the policy in the event I want to return it to avoid hassles or mis- communication. There is plenty of info online and you tube. This product looks "FAB"

Ardyss don't treat their customers well because they are a pyramid scheme masquerading as a legitamate multi-marketing scheme. These style of MLMs distinguish themselves from traditional pyramid schemes in that they purport to offer a product. However the product is always extremely overpriced and the emphasis within the company is to make money by signing up as many new distributors as possible. This way the number of distributors increases until the market is saturated and the bottom (by far biggest) level of the pyramid are unable find new distribtors or sell their stocks and their money essentially pays for the entire scam. Ardyss use standard cult methodology to manipulate, decieve and steal from vulnerable sectors of societ, i.e. people from the poorest backgrounds, psychological problems, problems finding employment, people with lower standards of ethics due to their difficult backgrounds, and people with a propensity for believing in cults. Try searching for negative statements about Ardyss on google and you will only find positive articles with negative titles. I work in Online Marketing, this method is called Reputation Management and basically involves clogging up the first few pages of google with propaganda about someone who has something to hide. I do it everyday for people who want to protect their privacy, not for ruthless cult-like pyramid schemes like Ardyss. These [censor] recently brainwashed my girlfriend and tricked her out of $600, anyone who reads this please copy and paste this message anywhere it might be seen, I don't want these vampires to keep getting away with their crimes.
