I placed an order for 3 packages but as many other reviews have noted I was inundated with multiple other offers and must have hit another order of 6 bottles. I certainly wasn't going to order twice the same product. I didn't know this until after I was able to complete the purchase and never saw the second confirmation email. I have sent multiple emails and tried to contact but I haven't had a response. I was being patient because I respect that the entire world is trying their best to manage this pandemic, and I actually came on to find out if there are any reviews about the side affects because each day I have taken this supplement I have felt like I have a fever. I tested it, I didn't take it yesterday and I was fine, took it today and now I am burning up again. It reminds me when I was younger and took a weight loss supplement which increased my metabolism but was not healthy. I now would like to return all the bottles as the advertising says but due to the pandemic it is unsafe for me to go out and as I haven't had a response, I felt this was the only option.

In the following month - Nov (this month), they sent and charged me another 6 boxes for a monthly reoccurrence WITHOUT MY PERMISSION.
The *** admitted their mistake in the system but I ended up having to pay for shipping fee during the holiday and they refused to reimburse the shipping fee when it was their mistake to charge and sent me the order me without my consent. Although the shipping fee is only $15-20, it is the principle that the company did not align to. They charge me without my consent then refused to pay for the shipping. This is not a trustworthy business practice.
Additionally when I went through various reviews, several customers have complained as they experienced the same situation.

Not the best ***! I called 3 times because I saw 2 charges on my account for one of the products that I receive monthly. The first time that I called they said that the charges were pending and that they were just trying to put the payment thru. The second time, they could not fix it so they were supposed to call me back. Three days later I had to call them back and they still could not figure out what was going on. The last lady that I spoke to, even said that my account was inactive! How? No idea, I had a recurring subscription and have been getting the products, but now when I get charged twice and do not receive my product, they say my account is "inactive"! They really need to get it togheter. In the meantime, they just lost a ***.
Terrible ***! I'm a first-time order of this company and was looking forward to trying it. Only to find out after 4 weeks of waiting that my orders were cancelled without notifying me of any issues! I called someone to follow-up on my order and said it will take 28 days to ship to Canada. Fine. A week after, I received an email with order cancellation. I contacted 2 rep via on line chat and made me wait more than 20mins to look into the issues, only to say "it looks like your order was returned to sender. And this issue has been forwarded." without any further explanation. I asked what to do next. The only advice she gave me was "you have to order again." how do I know this problem wont happen again when this issue was not handled very well?

Just don't do it! I ordered the morning complete, and nighttime complete. I wish I would of been able to read reviews on the nighttime one before getting it and taking it. The nighttime one has terrible ingredients. It is loaded with Maltodextrin has it listed 3 times. First of all WHY? it causes weight gain, and effect your gut. The entire situation dealing with the company, and the product was bad. I also found a hair in my product! I at first gave them the benefit of the doubt, maybe it was mine. Which it was completely different color, and a different texture than mine. After dealing with the company, reading the labels, and the hair. I just had a completely bad experience with them. They are really good at marketing. I just wish companies really cared about what they were selling. I am always hopeful for a supplement to make me feel good. Putting good things in our bodies is suppose to help you to feel healthy! This product did the opposite. My doctor told me not to take it. Just read the label before you buy, and goggle each of the individual ingredients. If you do you won't buy this nighttime complete.
I am 57 years old and I have been using Activated You for the past two years. This past month I had a full check-up and my doctor said all my blood work came back without any problems. She said "keep doing whatever it is you have been doing." I believe Activated You is an important contributor to those healthy test results. I feel less bloated when I drink it and it helps keep my system regular. I have given it to both of my adult children and a friend to try. All three are now daily users, with their own reasons for thinking it is an important part of their morning routine.
I cannot stand the additional offers after purchase. Maggie Q I'm done watching Dedicated Survivor now because of this. Shame on you. :)
I tried the product. I ended up saying I didn't really notice the effect as much as I would have liked, but since I used it all I wasn't going to ask for refund. They basically insisted that I recieve a full refund, and totally came through. They just said to send it back with tracking (9$ cad), I even sliced two of the containers to slip all in one for a small box. They were really nice, and friendly to deal with. If they had a product I like I would totally buy it from them. I almost feel bad for using thier refund policy. I see some complaints on here about people having problems with refunds. I'm inclined to say they are liars, or just idiots who can't complete a simple task while following some basic instructions. Trust the refund policy. Try some, if you like it, you'll probably get some sweet deal if you buy again. Or get 100% refund (minus shipping.. mine was 9$ for international).

I called in before the 2nd jar shipped to cancel it, when i saw the charge that did not belong on my credit card. The lady was very pushy about not cancelling, so just to get her off my back i agreed to suspend the membership for 12 months and that she would cancel the order (which had not shipped yet) and refund my money. She did NEITHER. I received a 2nd bottle. Contacted them for a 2nd time and now they are saying since i cancelled after it was shipped i have to pay for return shipping. This was a company error, (Twice) not mine, yet they are making me pay for their mistake. I would highly recommend staying away from this company. I have now asked for a refund for the first bottle since it was so awful i didn't use it. Which according to their guarantee they should refund. Let's see if that actually happens. I also agree with another reviewer, the additional products they make you through to check out is ridiculous, one after another after another.
I have been impressed with your product. I was a little leery when I purchased it so I only bought one bottle. I have experienced reduction in bloat and gas as promised.
I was skeptical at first, but soon after I consume Activated Morning Complete, my tummy felt better. The feeling of bloating went away. And my appetite for "not so healthy food" decreased, my energy increased, and I so I was able to get back to my "exercise routine" Before Activated You I was struggling with my weight, energy, staying focus, and I felt sluggish. I'm a travel OR RN and I need all the energy I could get. I was blaming all the symptoms due to menapause. But now, I can beat the feeling of aging, thanks to Activated You.

Total waste of my money
Total waste of my money. Wish I'd not believed the hype. Extremely disappointed. Was eager to try a great gut health product from a caring company. Instead, I never received this product and the *** was rude and unhelpful literally saying "i dont know" and contradicting herself multiple times when i asked, in even tone, what i should do since they said my package had delivered but i had not received it. I am a first time *** and bought TWO bottles to show my enthusiasm. They were extremely dismissive and could not track what happened to the package, telling me first that it was in transit, then that no actually it was delivered, then reverting back to no its in transit, even though i received a delivery email 7 days ago. Now I've missed out on my money and the product. Another minor peeve - when you are at the point of putting in your card information to confirm purchase, they bombard you with fullscreen suggestions to buy Another bottle or Another product and when you kindly decline, they flip to another fullscreen request. I flipped through 5 of these before finally clicking confirm. A total waste of my money.

I have a stoma due to Crohn's Disease so I am entering this program that the hopes of absorption of the nutrients in power/liquid form will work better than pills.
I do not easily absorb nutrients and have gained significant weight so being able to drop 20 of the 50 pounds I gained in a short amount of time after the surgery (5 years ago) was appealing as is feeling more rested. In the past week I have felt that avoiding sugars came with no effort. I stay off sugar for the most part but it can be tempting. This morning, after grocery shopping I came home with a little bit of energy and rather than heading for my nap, which is normal, I went about a bit of housework. I am a caregiver, have a part time job and am an artist doing online classes with senior dogs. I essentially work 24/7. I also don't sleep through the night which is common to folks of a certain age. I've given this product 3 stars because I still don't know what will happen over the coming month but I will post an update.

If I watch a 30 minute ad, and I am then convinced that a product can help me, it would be so comforting to know that I could go to that website, order what I came there for, and complete my order. Instead, they want you to purchase more supplements. And of course, they insinuate that without these additional supplements, the product you originally came there for, may not work as intended without them. I know that I am the one who chooses to accept these offers, or decline them. However, they seem to be rather clever at whisking you out of checkout without allowing you to view and verify the order first. Then you get on the phone to call them to change the order before it possibly ships, and there's no possibility of doing that because they have to check with the warehouse and the order has magically already shipped. Once again, just very exhausted with companies that feel the need to operate as such. I have products now coming to me, that when they arrive I will be returning them. The headache of placing a simple order has caused me to rethink my need for this product, and the good that it may have brought to my health.
Absolutely phenomenal experience
Absolutely phenomenal experience. In the beginning I completely believed it would NOT work. I only bought this because there was a great return policy and I was desperate to make my digestion more regular. The first few days I used it, that was the first and most consistent result... when nothing else I tried worked (taking Metamucil daily, eating tons of fiber, breathing exercises)! But after about 10 days, I noticed an uptick in energy, too. After 3 weeks of taking it, my focus has also been improved and the energy has also continued (this is coming from someone who has tried every natural remedy to stay off of focus meds). I used to drink 1-2 cups of coffee a day just to make it through the day. Now if I even drink half of one, I have way too many jitters because my body is already energized, but not suffering from the spike and crash from coffee. I also get sick regularly, so when I came in contact with family with Strep, I thought I was doomed, but I've only gotten a cold since then. Honestly, this is changing my life, and I would never say that about a supplement or any product. This is even my first EVER review of a product because I'm so thrilled by the results... I'm so incredibly thankful. I'm not sure if I can financially swing this forever, but I'm willing to make my budget tighter to fit this in for as long as I can. It's worth it.

My first, and only order was placed in January . I went ahead and splurged for the 3 extra containers of Morning Complete, in hopes I had found something that might make me feel a little less, "blah". It took awhile to arrive, but I waited patiently. When it arrived, I didn't start drinking it right away, for fear of the taste, and reviews on that. Eventually, I started it, and have been doing so for well over a month. I started out feeling extremely full of gas. After awhile, the gas lessened a little bit. I realize the product may affect everyone differently. However, my complaint is not with the product flavor, or my body's reaction to it. My complaint is, yesterday as I was preparing my drink, I happened to see the expiration date on the bottom of the container. I looked at the other 3 containers, and sure enough, they had the same date of 10/16. If you recall, I purchased them 1/5. I tried to call the company, and their phone lines said they were having technical difficulties. Also, I emailed them with pictures, invoices, etc. and have received no response. For the amount of money I paid for this product, I would expect it to arrive with a future expiration date, one that would allow the 4 months it would take to drink, not a past one. As I am extremely disappointed, I would like my money back and wish for this issue to be rectified.

Honestly I love the morning complete. We bought a total of 4 jars. Been on it for two months and I have more energy in the morning than ever before, and I don't even have to drink coffee anymore to feel alive before work.
I'm giving it 4 stars because the ordering process and overall marketing/website is some of the scammiest looking I've seen. It's quite a shame. It litereally forces you to buy stuff and just so hard to navigate . It basically automatically purchased items for me ( and I work in tech and e-commerce so I'm not new to this and know my way around)
Basically: the user interface is terrible. I went on the website to order more jars since I ran out, and it wouldn't let me click next after I completed my purchase ( I didn't know it was complete, wasn't clear) and pretty much kept having a pop up asking me to buy the probiotic pills. I kept declining but it wouldn't let me go to the next page ( me thinking the next page was to complete the transaction). So I clicked "add" thinking I could remove it later and it automatically purchased it and charger my card 90usd.
I was able to reach a *** agent and the experience was pleasant. However to return it I have to pay 20$ and its quite upsetting given i didn't want the product in the first place...
That being said I decided to give it a try and use it to see if there's any results.
Bottom line: good products so far, just borderline scammy looking and not a good experience to go on their website to buy anything. I want to be a lifelong *** but hope they can fix that so it doesn't happen to others. I was going to request a refund or at least a free shipping label but not sure if they can do that

I started using Morning Complete 1-month ago. My motivation for trying this product was an interest in focusing on myself and my wellness. I am a busy mom of three whose two oldest children recently left for college. I have some time for myself now and wanted to improve my own wellness. Aware of the importance and role gut health plays in wellness, I found this product in a search for prebiotic/probiotic. I bought the 3-month pack so I could give it a fair trial.
Immediately I noticed a difference in my energy level; I had more of it! It wasn't a hyper-energy it was a healthy energy that sustained throughout the day. I have not had an afternoon energy slump that I often did previously.
The thing that I'm most excited about since starting Morning Complete is the improvement in mental clarity. I have had no more brain fog since starting this product a month ago. I have found myself better able to organize my day, set out tasks, and accomplish them (and often more) this past month. I previously always had a plan for my day and a task list for work/home, but since starting Morning Complete I have been consistently completing all that I've wanted/needed to and even more most days!
I have regular and improved bowel pattern as the product claims.
I have also felt more even-keel since starting Morning Complete. I don't typically experience significant mood swings, but I have definitely felt more smooth and balanced.
I gave the 4 star rating only because the taste of the product is a little funky. I am used to it now and find it is best disguised in a citrus flavored smoothie/drink.
I am enjoying how I feel since starting this product and I am using it as a spring-board to accomplish some other lifestyle goals I'm interested in achieving such as a little bit of weight loss and a stronger body.

Yikes! I just read these reviews and realized many people have had the same experience I'm having with this company. Super disappointing. I felt like maybe I was being scammed and now it's confirmed. Wish I'd researched more in depth before I finally managed to place an order after opting out of countless discount offers on other products they offer(which I found to be quite aggressive and off putting) only to realize moments later that 2 orders were placed in error so I was charged twice. It was outside *** hours so I sent an e-mail requesting that one of my orders be cancelled. I didn't get a response the next morning so I decided to call to be on the safe side. Even though it was just the morning after I placed the order, I was told that it was too late to reverse the charge/cancel the order but I could return/pay shipping any unused portion for a refund within 90 days if they didn't work for me but if they did work, they'd give me a discount on my next order to make up for the hassle and besides, it usually takes 60 days to really feel the benefits. Not happy
to hear that. I only wanted to order one but am now being forced to pay for and accept two unless I want to pay to send them back. I thought it was a glitch but now see it's happened before. I feel like a sucker. But if this is actually a legit company that isn't trying to con people into spending more than they intended, they should take steps to make sure this doesn't keep happening. But until then, buyer beware! Spare yourself the hassle/expense and go to a local health food store to find a legit alternative. That's what I'm going to do after I shell out more money to return them and hopefully get a refund-this stuff isn't cheap. I'm 34 yrs old. I wish people would give this more than a week to try. Yes at first your stomach will have some cramps and pain but not so much that you are doubled over in the ground or anything. Anytime you start something new it will feel worse before better or sometimes you might be lucky and not get that and feel better right away. It's kinda like acne medication, gets worse before better. Morning complete and the advanced probiotic is the only thing that actually worked. I've had stomach issues since I was little, probably from eating news papers and uncooked fish when I was in Russia... we were super poor and mom was full blown alcoholic and never fed us(my sister&twin brother and I)then we got adopted, age 9 when I came to America and I had stomach issues so bad I had to cal out of work which was a lot of times,had to tell friends I can't come out and stayed home from school. I tired sooo many things and this is the only thing that works. I absolutely love it. Only thing that dosnt help is price. I'm a single mother of three children and stay at home on disability for ptsd and if insurance covered this then man life would be amazing. Or maybe GoodRx or something... before buying this I wouldn't be able to take my kids to school. This is worth buying no matter what. If it allows me to get my children to school because I'm no longer in pain then it's totally worth it. Honestly this makes me emotional because I'm able to be a mother that I want to be because of this product. It does give you a boost of energy with no jitters. Now when I read the horrible reviews of just the transaction process, I realized something just doesn't feel right. On 1/2/22, I placed an initial order of 1 jar, at a special price of $49.00 + tax which came out to $51.21. The first time I tried to place the order it popped up on my page that there was a issue with my transaction and it actually showed as if it didn't go through because there was no confirmation page. So I looked through my information on the page again and tried once more and then it wen through, thinking I only paid for 1 jar. Then it takes you through those special pricing pages, which normally I wouldn't get *** into, but decided to go for the special 3 jar pricing of $39.50 / jar. Added that to my shopping car which came out to an additional $123.93 (with tax). When I checked my emails I noticed that there appeared to be what I thought was a duplicate order of the single jar. I called them on 1/5 to dispute the order and get a full refund for the order of the single jar I didn't place. Their website scammed me to believe that my first transaction didn't even go through! The lady on the phone *** was very helpful but said 1) they wouldn't be able to issue a refund until the order was received and then I could call them, but they would only be able to refund for 40% of the total price! After further explanation she then said 2) she would be able to refund the order now and then I wouldn't have to return the product. I received an email immediately after our call, but only for 40% of the cost. There was no way to get a full refund for a product that I didn't even purchase because they said that it was being processed. My email that was just received indicates that it is being packed and planned to be shipped within 48 hours. The time stamp on the email says it was sent out only 20 hours ago. They should still be able to stop this order and refund the 100% of the cost. I just want my money back for the order that they scammed me into buying, I'm still willing to keep the rest of the order, but they won't even honor refunding the total amount. I'm very disappointed with their website and the refund process. I only received partial refund for the single order, but would insist on them refunding me the total for their mistaken placed order and cancelling it.

Morning Complete landed me in the ER with AFIB, and the company didn't care. I decided I need to leave this review for the sake of others who may have an experience similar to mine. I submitted this to the ActivatedYou website, but it was never approved and posted as far as I can tell. Which didn't surprise me. This is long... but if you are taking this product, PLEASE read this all the way through. It could save you a lot of misery. I ordered this back in January, took a long time to get it, but I was SO excited about it. I really believed in the product and Maggie Q's story, and I couldn't wait to try it. Started taking in February. Experienced two weeks of pretty seriously painful "die-off" symptoms. I almost stopped taking it but pushed through, and those symptoms went away at about two weeks. I took it all of February and March and April. I kept waiting to notice improvements and I just wasn't. In fact, I felt more tired and depleted than usual. I am 38, in good health, vegan, and was eating very clean this whole time. Then in April I started having heart palpitations. They would come and go. Then one day I was mowing the lawn and I'd been having them all day, and it got so bad I couldn't ignore it anymore. I thought I might be having a heart attack, started to feel nausea. I looked pale and was in a cold sweat. I went to the ER. With Covid, this was something I desperately didn't want to do, but that tells you how bad it was. I was told I was in AFIB and that we needed to control it because of the risk of stroke. After a long night of chest X-rays and ECG wires and blood draws, the doctor comes to me with low potassium, of all things. This was unfathomable because of my diet, I drink green smoothies almost every day and eat lots of high potassium fruits and veggies. I just couldn't figure out how this was possible. This was April 12th, I took all the potassium I could take until the end of the month and when I was out of the high dose of potassium the heart palps would start up again. None of it made sense, and at this point, I thought I had a serious heart condition. This whole time I was taking the Morning Complete every day never dreaming that could be the cause. After many trips to my doctor, almost being put on a Holter monitor, so much anxiety and stress, my doctor suggested I discontinue the Morning Complete, since that was the only new thing I had recently introduced to my routine, and see what happened. Well lo and behold, we did a blood draw one week after stopping the product, and my potassium had shot up from 3.3 to 4.7, almost the high end of normal, in ONE WEEK of being off the MC. I haven't had a heart palpitation since, and it was undoubtedly the cause. I notified the company and they promptly refunded me. I had like two cases of the stuff stocked up. So I was happy about the refund because it's not cheap. BUT (this is what really bothered me), the person who refunded me was all concern. He said this company takes experiences like yours "VERY SERIOUSLY" and we want to know everything about your experience. Save your bottles. You will be contacted by our team. So I hung on to them, naively believing this company actually cared about the health of its customers. No one ever called, no one ever wrote. With something as serious as this I was shocked, and was SO disappointed because I actually believed this was an ethical company, and I had trusted them with my health. I think I was too nice, because I still believed in the company as a whole, I wanted to still take their other probiotics, but when they never checked in on this, as if my life being at risk was nothing, I was done.

I was charged twice for the same product. After checking my email from Activated You, I noticed I ended up paying twice for a single jar. Next I checked my bank account and have two separate Activated You transactions. The order was placed 1/7. The code for the order I wanted is *** and the code for the order I never wanted is ***. I immediately sent a message on 1/7 through the contact form as instructed.

FALSE Purchase this product, long story short it was making me sick. I called to get money back based on their 90 day, no questions asked money back guarantee. To my surprise their representative was adamant that I send back empty bottles and pay shipping fees, etc. No where on their add or money back guarantee does it state that you have to save empty bottle to send back to take advantage of their money back guarantee. First purchase was at the beginning on December .
Revived no product I ordered this product, on the web site it didn't say out of order. I I recived 2 diffrent e mail at different times stating my order had been delayed. I contacted someone in live chat they told me they ran out of product on Jan 6th and I ordered on july 9th and it takes them about 4 weeks to get more product in. This to me is crazy it takes a month for a company to get their product worries me where or comes from. Any way the 2nd email had told me I could cancel my order. I have emailed 3 times and no response and when I talked to the person on live chat they stated they couldn't cancel my order I had to call well I have been trying for over a week and no one answers. I want my order cancelled and a refund! This is a crazy way to do business.

I did not agree to buy what I was charged for. On Sunday, December 27th I ordered items from ActivatedYou after watching the video. I agreed to pay $49.50 for one bottle of morning complete. Order number *** / ***, total was $52.82. After I selected the one bottle there was a promotion for 3 bottles of Morning Complete for $118.50. I agreed to purchase that promotion, order number *** / *** , totaling $127.74. There was another promotion that came up that I did not agree to. At the end when checking out I saw that I was charged for the last promotion, order number*** / *** that totaled $129.20 for Mito Vitality. The promotion process is very deceiving. It forces you to purchase items when you decline. All in all this is very disappointing, I went back and forth as to whether or not I should order this item, I finally do it and it feels like a scam.

I approved a charge for a morning complete special offer of 6 jars and was billed again for an unmade order. I reported it immediately upon receiving an email for two separate charges. Reviews suggest overcharging and adding items is common, and refunds or cancellations are difficult. I did not authorize this second purchase and have been denied an explanation via email twice. I demand a full refund and am willing to return everything. This experience has negatively impacted my view of the brand before even trying their products. I also request a full return and am willing to send back the items. I have attached snapshots of my 'orders' to show the simultaneous transaction times, which is questionable. The company needs to address their billing practices.

On 3/15 I ordered Activated You Morning Complete. I ordered 6 jars and was charged $249. I ordered due to the amazing reviews and the liberal 90 day money back guarantee. The spokeswoman insisted that no matter how much is used they will give a FULL REFUND no questions asked. Now, I feel I'm given the run around. I emailed the company, explaining that although I used it for over 2 months I had extreme pain in my digestive track that was persistent. I also suffered from several bouts of diarrhea. After 2 months in I am still experiencing these symptoms and decided to quit.They said it's to be expected the first couple of weeks as I am detoxing. I already told them I've tried for over 2 months. They said they will accept a return and attached a form that I must fill out and put in box. They did not include anything else. I replied that I need a shipping label and information and they're not responding. I'm worried they're wasting time so that it will exceed the 90 days and is a scam

Terrible customer service and deceptive practices! The company charged me 4 different times b/c their checkout process is deceptive. I never hit 'submit order' but it seems that if you continue through the checkout process long enough to get to their 'promotional offers' page, you have already submitted payment unbeknownst to you. I clicked one of the promotional offers but they charged me full price anyway. When I called and asked if they could refund me the difference between what I was offered and what I was paid, they said I would have to send the bottled back AT MY COST and place a new order for the exact same thing! They even said they didn't have the authority to handle any website related issues - including processing refunds. I was overcharged and all they said was that they couldn't deal with it! When I asked who could, they didn't have answers. I am so confused. What is customer service for then? I find this to be completely outrageous and now I am stuck returning bottles that I didnt order at *** shipping out of my pocket just so I can get my own money back from a bogus order that was never even placed. I want to be refunded for all of it. Immediately.

Three of the six jars arrived. The shipping label said all six had arrived. The three were packed in a box that only held 3. When I called to inquire a day ago why I had not received the products, I was told they waited two weeks to send those out and also told by their *** rep that they have no idea when I'll receive the shipment I want a full refund. Ads pop up following putting in my payment information. I accidentally ordered multiple extra products resulting in hundreds of dollars later when I only wanted to try out the product. There was no summary provided following completing these ad screens until I received 3 emails stating I spent over $300 in products. I immediately sent an email on 9/2 to the company to get this resolved and was returned with an email the next day saying the order was already processed and nothing could be done. Congrats on being speedy and efficient during these trying times but my email of correction was sent immediately following my order placement. I called the customer service line on 9/3 following the email response and the representative also stated she couldn't do anything for my issue but have me wait until I return the products for a refund, I unfortunately cannot afford to wait. I will return the products when received. At this point, I would like a refund on the extras; ORD***. Thank you.

I ordered my second bottle of Morning Complete on 1/11. I was told there was a backorder and that shipping would begin on 1/29. I began taking Morning Complete on 1/1. I liked the product and ordered my second bottle on 1/11 to make sure I had enough for a second month. I ordered 3 bottles but then I was told there was a backorder and that shipping would begin on 1/29. Then on 1/19 I was sent a discount promotion for 55% off the cost. So I called on 1/20/2021and cancelled my previous order and proceeded to order 6 bottles at the special price. Again, I was told the bottles would ship out on 1/29. On 1/22, I got an email saying "We are working to get your order shipped out quickly, and we hope to have it on the way to your door in the next 48 hours." Today (1/29), I got another email saying they were backordered and couldn't ship out for another 2-4 weeks! Who is in charge of inventory control at this company? Why are they sending out special price offers without enough product to actually deliver? My total cost was $230.36. I didn't really want a refund -- I just want to get the product. But if this is how they do business, I will need to find a replacement product.

I was told he had started that way and to switch up on dose re-try, so believed what I was being told and again I tried and almost ended up in the ER with severe gut pain and constipation. I called the company last month and said I wanted to cancel and return product. I got off phone and received a call from an Infection Control friend that I worked with and was telling her about the product and how sick I had gotten between trials and almost ER visit. She reminded I had gotten a virus during the 2 trials of the product and that I should call the company and let them know before returning and that all product should be trashed. So I called the company back and told them I was concerned about returning the 2 opened jars and all the unopened product after it being in my home and me being sick with what ever viral crud I had and still not completely over and handling the containers. I was still TOLD TO RETURN! I wrote and requested an email stating in writing that all unopened jars would not be returned to stock and any of the returned product would be disposed of and that I had made them aware of my being sick and wanted no liability if I returned. I have received NOTHING in WRITING from this company! I now have sent 3 emails and no response! With all thats going on with covid and carriers I am willing to facetime with someone at their company while I am dumping all the powder in the trash. I made a poor decision on this purchase and it did not work for me and I get it, but I am more concerned with spreading any other virus and the health and safety here of others. I was told over the phone it would be disposed of, but who is handling the box I have to send back through the mail and who handles it once received there. What a scam! I absolutely LOVE the Morning Complete product. I placed an order for 3 jars in December and in early January I only received 1 jar. I contacted customer service and they quickly apologized and sent the remaining 2 jars (very sweet & quick over the phone). I then clicked on one of the many marketing emails they sent me since placing my initial order and it offered me 55% off if I ordered 6 jars. I gladly accepted that offer, filled out my information and hit submit. When the order arrived it was only 3 jars (?!). I double checked my confirmation email and *** receipt. Much to my surprise, it said I only ordered 3 containers. Obviously this was a mistake. Just to be sure, I went back to the marketing email, clicked the link again and took a screen shot if it showing $213.30 for 6 jars - the exact amount I was charged. Once I knew they simply made another mistake, I called customer service. They were very kind (again) but this time, absolutely refused to send me the rest of my order OR provide a refund of 50%. I was on the phone for 40 minutes and the customer service representative even talked with her supervisor who also would not give me the remaining 3 jars or give me a refund greater than 40%. They said I can return the products for a full refund BUT I would have to pay to ship them back. The customer service rep actually told me to return, get a refund then try to place the order for 6 jars again (no chance I'm getting scammed twice). At the end of our conversation, and not coming to any resolution, she suggested I take screenshots and email their service department. I did that and got the same response, EVEN WITH THE SCREEN SHOT SHOWING PROOF. Apparently since my order says I only ordered 3 jars (for OVER double the price?!), they can't give me the 3 other jars (that I rightfully purchased). Why would you have a marketing email enticing customers to buy more product at a discounted price then not honor it?!?! I'm livid!

Subscription not cancelled as requested, multiple times. Monthly charges to bank account for last five months causing overdraft issues. I ordered the product in July. I liked the product fine, but due to employment issues I could not afford to continue the subscription - *** So I called the company at the end of September to cancel the subscription and believed that I had done so. I continued to receive shipments. I thought October was just because of shipping cycles. When I got another shipment in November, I called again and thought we had resolved the issue and that the subscription was cancelled. Shipments kept coming. My bank account continued to go into overdraft, consequently accruing fees and penalties. So I thought, maybe I can just remove my bank information from Activated You's ability to charge. So I turned off the subscription on my *** account. Another shipment has arrived! How is this even possible? I am trying to keep a balanced budget to avoid penalties and charges that I cannot afford. I am trying to save money to pay for training to be able to work again, but cannot do this when I have to keep paying overdraft fees and penalties. All of this has added up to a minimum of the *** for the cost of the product and at least *** in the first time charge when my account has gone into overdraft. Unfortunately, most months there were multiple charges. It would take some work to figure out the total cost. I would like the subscription to BE CANCELLED WITH NO FURTHER CHARGES AND SHIPMENTS. We like the product well enough we would likely like to renew the subscription at a future date - after I have been able to get the training I need to be employed again. It would be very nice and helpful if we could be refunded the amount we were charged for the product for the last 5 months and the amount we have been charged by the bank for going into overdraft. This should never have happened. I have never had problems with any product like this before and I'm hopeful that this can be resolved quickly without further issue.

I've tried contacting this company a few times to get a refund for the Mito vitality. There's a 100% guarantee if you don't like the product no questions asked. After multiple calls on hold for forever and 2 emails, I still have not received a reply back. It's also passed *** 90 day window now so if they everrr get to me they probably won't honor their word. Don't recommend this company, seems sketch.
I watched their advertising and decided to try for one month, however they had a promotion and I purchased for three months of supply.
Unfortunately, it didn't work for me. I tried to take it for few days although I really didn't like its flavor. But I really didn't feel good so I decided to return them all. I contacted their *** and they email me the return authorization. When I asked them for a return label, I was told that they are not responsible for a shipping fee. I feel like I was deceived by their advertisement. When someone says full refund, money back guarantee, you do not expect to pay anything out of your pocket. Your company should make sure to mention to the customers that they still need to pay shipping fee if they decided to return the products!
