I've been a customer of this company since 2017. I've always been pleased with their service. When mistakes have been made, things were rectified by communicating with customer service. When there was a misunderstanding on my end, a resolution was also satisfactorily achieved by communicating with customer service.

I have been using Viscera-3 for about 12 weeks now. This is a game changer. I was using tons of fiber to keep things regular and it was beyond uncomfortable to go #2. I found this on the internet when I was looking for alternatives to Metamucil and I am never going back. I have elicited a ton of excess weight and have started reading the book the Setpoint diet.

I paid $11.95 shipping for a free sample of Vitaae. I was charged on April 4 and then again on April 7. Product was sent twice. I contacted my credit card company and disputed the second charge as I do not want SANE SOLUTIONS to have access to my account for further unauthorized charges. If return is required, Yopti, LLC can send me a return label. I should know better than to deal with this company. I have gotten bottles before and the contents were for a limited amount of doses, making a decision about a product that takes many weeks to work not possible. I will be blocking all email correspondence from them as I do not believe that this is an ethical company.

Discovered SANE while I was flat on my back and surfing the web recovering from an MVA. I became very interested and started watching the videos to learn more about preventing hypertension, diabetes and the Setpoint Diet. I immediately noticed feeling full and satisfied after the SANE way of eating. I loved all of the support available on the website to learn more. My positive experience led me to want to sign up to the membership. The membership and coaching calls have been a lifesaver for me through this pandemic because we are not living at home, but with our extended family in another state. But I have found if I stay connected to the support system and SANE family, this doesn't have to be a negative experience just because I can't do it perfectly. "Progress not perfection" per Jonathan B has kept me wanting to never give up.

This company uses deceptive, misleading and blatantly false advertising. They boast all over their ads they have a 1 year money-back guarantee when in reality its 90 days if you want actual money back to your credit card. Passed that you are FORCED to accept store credit, which also expires 90 days from issue. Now the guarantee has been cut down from 1 year to 6 months in total. That's not money back to the customer, it's money that the company is guaranteed to keep. They are hoping you take their word and not hunt for the truth which is at the very bottom, and the last thing stated after pages and pages and paragraphs and paragraphs of things much less important. Why not just say you have a 90 day refund policy? Bottom line is THEY DON'T WANT YOU TO KNOW THIS! Till it's too late. This business also hid the concerns I voiced on their public Facebook page and the verified CEO's page because they wanted to silence me. This business wants to keep the truth in the dark. Buyer beware!

I received an email from this company offering a $50 gift card. I do not know this company and will certainly NOT ask for the gift card. I just want this investigated. There are too many scams around and want this investigated.

I ordered just one bottle and they billed me for and sent 6 I am disabled and on a fixed income I could never afford to have $197 dollars out of my money which they did I had to do without food that month.I wanted them to pay for return shipping and they refused. Now I think they are a fraud I'm afraid to keep the one bottle I ordered.I just need my money back.

I purchased supplements over the phone from a SANE Solution sales person. He assured me that there was a guarantee. The supplements were expensive but I decided that with the guarantee, what did I have to lose? Unfortunately, after a month of taking as directed, they did nothing. I called and asked for my money back, and was told that I can't get a refund for one of the two bottles I purchased because, after taking it all, I threw it away. All over the website, it clearly says 100% money back guarantee...but the company refuses to give the money back even though the product was worthless.

On Oct 06, I was shopping for vitamins from this company. I filled in the online form and then I kept getting redirected to purchase more vitamins. I decided not to complete the purchase and closed the browser. I did not check out or authorize the purchase or the shipping in any way. To my surprise, I received a confirmation saying the product was shipped. I contacted them and told them I did not authorize this purchase or they shipping. They said too late, but mail them back and we will refund you. I received a refund minus the shipping to me and from me. I seek $18.95 for shipping and $17.71 for me to return the vitamins at their request for the refund. Beware of this company for unauthorized purchases...!

I signed up to SaneSolution's (Yopti's) weight loss program with the comfort that there was a money back guarantee in place. After 3 months of following the recipes and exercise, I had lost no weight. I filed a refund request, which was denied, because I had not uploaded the meals I had eaten. I was informed there was a refund policy document I had not followed, which was the first I had heard of it. My complaint is that during the sign up process, I was not notified there was a refund policy document I needed to read first in order to receive a refund if the program did not work. Because I was not notified about the refund policy document, I followed the program guide, blissfully unaware I needed to upload my meals to my account log. I believe this is deceptive. Had I been notified about the refund policy, I would of uploaded my meal and exercise activity to my account log.

I went to order what was allegedly a free bottle of Vitaee, where I just pay shipping. The website asked me to purchase Sane Youthful Glow Collagen Peptides, a package of 3 for something in the $70. I don't remember the exact figure. It then offered me $40 off so I thought, wow, that's a great deal. I'll try this stuff. It doesn't show you what you are actually getting until the order was placed. I got 1 Sane Youthful Glow Collagen Peptides package at $29.00 when it was on sale on their website for $27.95. I immediately tried to cancel this and one other item as it had promised some discount also I didn't get. When I phoned their customer service rep Devon was extremely rude. Their policy is they WILL NOT cancel your order, even though I called within a minute of placing it. They keep your money and send you the product. The only way to get a refund is then to send the product back. This cannot possible be a company with a ComplaintsBoard.com A+ rating. I am surprised if this is even legal. It sure shouldn't be. But it's definitely not good customer service.

After completing the Sane Solution program as directed for six (6) months with no beneficial results, I requested a refund from the company. I was told I needed to submit a letter from my doctor and a six-month food journal. I obtained a letter from my doctor which is attached to this complaint. Also attached is the complete list of foods I ate while on this program. My Sane Solution coach (whom I met with periodically) was fully aware of the foods I was eating. She gave me the recipe for the salad dressing I used. I explained to the coach at the beginning of the program, that I was not like most people in the USA who consume a Standard American Diet. I explained that I had already eliminated junk food, processed food, alcohol, dairy and meat other than fish. I explained that my diet already consisted mostly of salad and fresh vegetables, with some seeds and nuts. I was told the program would undoubtedly work for me because it works for EVERYONE. I came to find out that their statement that the program "works for everyone, because it's simple science" is not true. I can understand how it may work for 'most people' who eliminate toxic food from their diet, which institutes a change in their eating. However, for me this eating and exercise plan DID NOT REPRESENT A CHANGE from what I was already doing. As they instructed though, I did reduce the amount of carbohydrates I consumed in the form of quinoa, tortillas, black beans and nuts & seeds, but other than that, I was still mostly just eating salads just as I was before. When I was not losing any weight, I was instructed by my weight-loss coach, Judy to add more protein to my diet. I added protein drinks made with plant protein powder to my diet and began to gain weight. She advised me that this is normal in the beginning - that I would gain a few pounds and then, I would begin to lose like crazy. This did not happen. I continued to gain weight and after gaining eleven (11) pounds, I discontinued the pea protein drinks and discontinued the SANE Solution program. I went from 215 pounds to 226 pounds. It is UNREALISTIC for them to claim that the program works for everyone and this is false advertising. There is no program in the world that will work for everyone because human beings are different. I have come to learn, since then, that this program does not take into account metabolic differences, especially with menopausal women such as me. When I requested a refund from the program, I was flatly told no. However, when I signed up for the program they promised a guarantee that I would lose weight OR they would refund my money PLUS $1,000.00. After doing some online searching, I read where the founder of the program proclaims that he HAS NEVER written a check to anyone for $1,000.00 because the program works for everyone. This is flat-out fraudulent. The only reason they have never granted a refund to anyone or written the $1,000.00 check is because their refund policy requires submission of a doctor's letter and a six-month food diary, which they don't tell you that in the beginning when you're signing up. So, no one is prepared with those documents by the time the program has failed them. After reading the other ComplaintsBoard.com complaints on this company, it is easy to see that the program DOES NOT work for everyone and the dealings of the company are corrupt. It is obvious that Jonathan B wants to be seen as the world's savior when it comes to weight loss and his ego won't permit the reasonable conclusion that one size does not fit all. I am uploading a letter from my doctor and my food history (although not in journal form) and I need to be refunded the $1800.00 I paid for this program. That is the least of what is needed here. I don't expect to be written a check for the additional $1,000.00 because I don't think the company is honest enough to carry through with that. But, I need my money back for the tuition that I paid into enroll in the program. The money that I invested into this was a substantial part of my income. My gross yearly income is $23,000.00 per year. I cannot afford a lost of this magnitude. Jonathan B needs re-evaluate his business practices and if necessary be forced by law to conform to honorable business practices. At the very least, I need a refund for the money I paid into the program.
