I hardly used this app and actually forgot that I had it until the subscription renewal charge came through on my credit card statement. I did not even receive a renewal reminder. When I tried to cancel the subscription 3 days later and requested a refund, they refused to refund the payment. After a number of emails they finally offered to refund only 50%.

. Don't bother signing up and asking for a refund. even if its literally less than a day. They turn a blind eye.

They charged me $46 and refused to return the money they charged me. When requesting a refund they just sent me automated messages. I did not use their service at all.

Cancelled my subscription over a year ago and recently just received a charge of 66.00 I tried to log in to see what happened but apparently i do not exist anymore and they have no account for me, yet still charge my credit card?

They fraudulently charged me $66 and refused to return the money they charged me and after I complained they started routing other complaints to my email address. I tried to dispute the charge and they just sent me an automated message.

They are Lithuanian crooks. I contacted my VISA account and they notified the Vendor, Vilnius 00000 LT, that the amount would be debited back to THEM! No doubt they will not rebut that action or fight it because there are so many other scams to run.

Refuse to issue refunds for a service you wont use. I Tried to dispute the issue several times and received the same automated response. That my subscription would only Be cancelled, not refunded. Even though it was the first day of subscription and I didnt use service!

I was charged 66.00 for a subscription when I automatically cancelled the subscription within a couple minutes of subscribing. I was told that only the a monthly payment of 5.50 would be charged to my card. I have contacted through email but have not gotten any response regarding a refund of my 66.00.

Run! This cannot be a reputable company. Took $33.00 from my account before I blinked and when I asked to be reimbursed, they needed a reason. While waiting for reply, I was charged another $33.00. I just want tor rid of them even if I don't see my money - very scary! Research before not after.I wish I could enter no stars.

They take the $66 for a year's worth of services and afterwards, provide the terms of services to you. When I did not accept the terms and cancelled the subscription within minutes of payment, they acknowledged cancellation but did not provide a refund. When I disputed the charge with PayPal, PayPal accepted their claim that the services were provided. I haven't been able to get a refund and they are not providing any services even though a year has been paid. Consumers should be warned that this is not a reputable business.

Can you give them less then a one star review? Like the other reviewer, I thought I signed up for a $11.00 per month for a 3 month plan. Only after I hit the pay button I noticed the charge of $66.00. I instantly attempted to cancel with no luck. I contacted my credit card company. After their review they did nothing (CapitalOne) except for more information which I didn't have because I didn't have any record of any communication with Ketocycle diet. My biggest fear is the information they sent to CapitalOne is that I signed up for renewing subscription. I highly recommend to think twice before dealing with this company.

When my 1 year subscription was up, I was sent no notice that it was time to review and pay. Simply a receipt that they had taken the money from my account. I contacted them the same day and was told I should have read their policy and they offered 50% refund even after I informed them in detail why I was not renewing.

I should have expected this as I got a similar lack of customer service when I first signed up and informed them that their online app had less function than the mobile app and they did not sync. I was told it was working just fine and it was on my end. I opted to use the mobile app as that had fewer glitches and didn't keep losing my saved recipes.

Overall, their product is ok. They have some fabulous recipes, but a lot of them are not single serve friendly so I was constantly modifying them to suit what I needed.

I do not recommend this product based on 1. poor customer service and 2. product that is not worth the $$ charged.

I agree to try a virtual meal plan for one month and they have been charging me $46 monthly without my consent. They owe me $386.00 for the $46 they have charged my PayPal account from December to July. I agreed to the one month plan in November.

I have recurring charges to my credit card for a diet plan I never purchased. *** on the phone was not able to associate my email or information with any account on file. I was told to email the company. I did and they have not responded after multiple requests.

I purchased a plan through this company two years ago and immediately requested a full refund of $81. My request was denied. I was sent a welcome stating that this was not a subscription service and that my account would only be charged once (otherwise a refund would be issued). Two years later, Ive been charged an additional $66. Do not purchase anything from this company.

I noticed a total of 7 charges to my credit card each of $33 I reach out to this company because I did NOT authorize these charges they are fraud and company after reaching out to them say they wont issue the full refund as per their policy again I have made no purchase or received anything company only gave me $33 but say they wont issue the full refund just want people to know so they be careful with this company trying to scam people

I was charged $66 for Keto Cycle and have never heard of this company. I searched my emails and web history as well as the charge was shown to be on a day I was traveling. I reached out to AMEX to dispute this charge. The "receipt" they provided to AMEX was clearly a fraudulent charge as when they said I purchased this I was presenting at a conference and not buying anything. I have reinitiated the dispute with AMEX but this company is a fraudulent one at the most basic of levels.

I went to Keto Cycle's website and paid $30 for a personalized diet plan to follow a Keto diet, which is literally in the name of their company, and the diet they provided me with was not a Keto diet but just a regular diet. They are falsely advertising what they do and are capable of, and targeting vulnerable people who want to lose weight. When I reached out to complain about their service, they offered me only a partial refund, saying that they gave me a personalized diet plan.

I was on the Keto Cycle website and it was asking for a subscription. I tried to stop the subscription from they processing and the website froze. I was not given a confirmation the website logged off. Keto Cycle made 2 deductions from my acct for $1 and $33. I contacted their customer service explaining what happened and asking for a refund within 5 hrs of the initial subscription phase and the company has refused to cancel and refund back my monies. I do want or have I looked at their services and what a full refund of my money.

On Friday 9/10 I signed up for annual subscription for online KetoCycle Diet. Its intended to be a program with an app that supports a Keto diet. On Saturday 9/11 I recognized it was not a product or service that I would benefit from. On Sunday 9/12 I cancelled my subscription and requested a refund. The initial subscription was $66 and an additional $12 for a work program. I requested a full refund of $78. At this time they responded to an email and stated they only give a 50% refund What?!? What business practice is this and where is that ever acceptable.I want a full refund and at this time I have received the partial

On March 5th I accidentally order shake supplemets. I tried to do this Keto diet and it only made me sick. I have been email them since I received it on March the 11th. Per their website, you email them and they will send you a shipping number before you send it back. Today was the first email response I have ever received from them. Today is May 1st. I never opened the supplements and can not use them. I just wan to send them back and get a refund. I will gladly pay for shipping. They state in the only email that I received today that I do not qualify for a refund because they only give you 14 days. I have tried to contact them for two months now.I will attach all my emails, and the only one they responded.

on 4/1/22 I received notification that $66 was charged to my paypal account by a company called KETO CYCLE. I looked into this and noticed that they had also charged my account back in 2020. I NEVER signed up for an account with KETO CYCLE. I'm a strict vegan and I also do not believe keto diets are healthy. I tried going through PayPal, they denied telling me that they dont see any issue with fraud. I contacted KetoCycle three times. They first told me they would only refund 50%, I again explained that I never signed up with them. The last two times I called I spoke with a *** and he said that I would be refunded the full $66, but would take 14 business days. It's been almost 20 and I have still not received my refund.

this company allowed someone to fraudulently charge my credit card. i have never heard of this company before. i have never even ordered from these people. i tried contacting the business about this matter but the same lady keeps picking up and i talked to her about it and she is not helping. she does not seem concerned at all that someone fraudulently placed an order with their company using stolen credit card information i do not know how this happened but my credit card has been charged $66.00 and then $1.00 i did not place an order with these people my money has been stolen and i have even been charged 2 overdraft charges of $28.00 because of this. my money has to be returned to me and this needs to be fixed i have never placed an order with yall.

I purchased the Keto Cycle online and was misled, thinking they were going to *** monthly and they took it all out in one lump sum. The purchase consisted of 3 payments, one for a subscription of $66 and 2 payments I believe for online and/or hardcopy recipe books, 1 for $18 and the other for $12, which I only received the one ebook. I immediately emailed and asked for a refund. They said they would only refund 1/2 of my money. This was back on July 9. I emailed them again and have not had any response. As of today, July 30, I still have not received my partial refund. I only have receipts for the subscription and the $12 dollar purchase, they never sent me a receipt for whatever the $18 was for, but I have a snapshot of my bank statement showing what they took out.

On March 19, 2022 I subscribed to their app on the annual plan and paid $52.80 via PayPal. That same day I was charged $229.00 via PayPal. I send an email to their customer service and they told me it was for supplements. I did not order anything beyond the app subscription. They said when they arrived I could ship them back and receive a refund within *** days and I would have to pay return shipping with a tracking number if I wanted to have a chance of a refund. I have asked numerous times for them to cancel and refund my app membership as I do not want to do business with a fraudulent company. I have heard nothing from them. i cancelled but no refund available. I simply want them to cancel my membership, refund my money, refund the shipment cost and the shipping fee I paid.
