We filed a claim 2 months ago. Now they won't respond with when we will be reimbursed. It's really frustrating, ya know? We've been waiting and waiting, but no word from them. It's like they don't care about us or our money. I mean, come on, it's been 2 months! How hard is it to give us an answer? We just want to know when we can expect to get our money back. Is that too much to ask? It's not fair to leave us hanging like this. We trusted them to take care of us, but it feels like they've let us down. We just want some communication, some reassurance that they haven't forgotten about us. Is that too much to ask?

I didn't get reimbursed for my cracked screen warranty. Asfalis keeps saying they're backed up in their reimbursement department. Don't buy this product. It's a scam.
Warranty is worthles
Warranty is worthles. Save your time and money. Customer service doesn't exist. Screen broke 9 months into warranty. They can't help. They should have to repay the cost of the product.

I keep receiving the same message as everyone else. They mention some kind of backlog, but honestly, I'm starting to think it's a scam.
I had the liquid glass protector for almost 2 years
I had the liquid glass protector for almost 2 years. The screen had crack and I contacted support. They gave me a list of requirements for the replacement to be 'accepted'. I gave the invoice and the credit card receipt as they asked. They are refusing to pay saying "We have reviewed your receipt and unfortunately we are unable to proceed with your reimbursement as the exact cost of the screen repair has not been itemized on the receipt.". The receipt clearly states $*** for screen replacement. I even gave the statement the repair shop gave me to order the 'replacement screen'. They are denying my claim. So I am out the initial investment and the replacement screen cost.

I can't even begin to describe how terrible this company is. Their liquid glass is so cheap and useless, and they still haven't given me a refund. I've been waiting since 11/7/22 for my approved refund. First, they want you to email your banking info through an unsecured email. I said no way. So they said they'd send a check, but they want to charge me $15.00 for it. They keep giving me the same lame excuse, "We're dealing with high volumes, so it's taking longer." Since November? There are two things going on here. One, they're a sketchy company. Two, their product is so awful that they have thousands of customers waiting for a refund. Stay away from this company's product at all costs. It doesn't work, and they won't give you your money back.

I bought a Google Pixel 6 Pro and paid for the liquid glass and warranty. No one told me that I only had 30 days to register the warranty. I had a really busy month, and just a little over 30 days later, I decided to register my phone. It was in perfect condition at the time, and I sent them pictures to prove it when I registered. The app said everything was fine and that I was covered. But the other day, I dropped my phone and the liquid glass didn't protect the screen like it was supposed to. Now there's a small crack with a white line on my glitchy screen because of a rock on the ground. When I tried to make a claim, they said I registered too late, so they couldn't help me. I told them I wasn't informed about the 30-day limit and that the photos I sent showed the phone was in great condition when I registered. They didn't even reply to my email, so I went to the customer service website they told me to use in the app. But the website gave me an Error 403, which means they messed up or they're purposely keeping customers from getting support. It's a total waste of time and money. Don't give these scammy thieves any of your money or time. I've had better service at a drive-through.
