I have been using my FaceBlaster, Fascia Blaster, Mini2 and Mini1 for several years now. What a life changer they have been! My favorite is the FaceBlaster - it has actually helped reduce the puffiness I was experiencing, and the circulation it causes is a great anti-ager! I use the large one on my tummy and thighs. The Mini2 I mostly use on my scalp - because of the hair follicle and circulation stimulation, my hair has gotten thicker - game changer! And the Mini1 is great to reduce tension in my neck area where I hold most of my stress. Ashley and her tools are the best!

I purchased a couple of items from Ashley. I watched many of her videos and read their insert. I used the product as stated and only for about a month. I soon noticed a saggy stomach and some sagging above the knees. I’m glad I stopped and returned it as soon as I did. I mentioned this because I did begin to notice some comments on her FB group that asking if other women were noticing sagging skin, autoimmune issues, etc. and then I’d notice messages would be deleted. I’ve improved now that I’ve stopped using it for several months. I strongly recommend that you stay away from her products.

Waited 4 months for product. Then it cracked! 2nd use!
After a little over 30 days of having my blasters my face blaster slipped out of hand while in shower and an outer claw broke. Due to having Osteoarthritis in my hands, I sometimes have grasping issues. My reply back from company said it can’t be replaced. I’m DEFINITELY NOT HAPPY, especially when the items alone are expensive and I have only had these a little over 30 days. These things should be a better quality for the amount charged. I was offered 25% discount on another item? ! That is a slap in the face.
I spent $120 on the starter kit and the main blaster broke. I sent a picture with the serial number on it and my order number. They are insisting i print a form and place the blaster on top of the form and send another picture. I asked for a phone call three times and they don't call customers. I just want a replacement for the borken blaster. I told them I will mail the broken one back at their expense, but I have exhcanged nearly 10 emails at this point and they will not send me a replacement. I had this product less than a month when it broke.

The FasciaBlaster tools have been such a godsend for me. After years teaching group fitness, I originally bought my first tool in hopes of helping with Plantar Fasciitis pain that I had suffered for years - and within a week, my pain disappeared and has not returned. I also no longer suffer from carpal tunnel and the tight hip flexors that constantly bothered me are a thing of the past as well! I would highly recommend these tools and the amazing free instruction given. I have all the tools and have never had any of them break, but in the event of breakage, the 1000 day warranty is a great encouragement.

I ordered several products on 11/25 as gifts for the holidays. I did not receive the the mini paddleblaster until 2/27 three months after the order and well past the opportunity to give it a gift. I went to return it unopened and was told they were going to deduct shipping fees from my return. Katie (support) did not care that they were so late in shipping but was quick to point me to their return policies. Very disappointed in my experience with them and their poor customer service.

I have received the same excuses for not receiving my purchase for months now. I have no confidence I will receive the product I’ve purchased. The item should have been listed as out of stock or on back order if it wasn’t available to ship from your warehouse at the time of my purchase. I purchased the mini paddle in November for a Christmas gift and haven’t received it yet. I’m disappointed and requesting a full refund for the item and shipping I was charged. In my opinion money shouldn’t be snatched out of customer’s accounts until the item(s) are available and can be processed for shipping to customers.

Do not buy from this company. I ordered a product and never got it contacted customer service about it they told me at first they would send a replacement but they sent a book sent a message they told me it was out of their warehouse so no replacement will be sent.

I realized I had ordered the wrong fasciablaster and immediately emailed them right after I made my purchase to cancel my order or to call me and change the order to what I wanted! They have sent me a email a week later stating my order was sent to cancellation department! I have yet to hear from anyone beside getting the same email reply. I also noticed my shipment has been sent out after I asked for it be cancelled or to call and change my order! There is NO customer service number, only a email that sends you a automatic reply! I would like my money back and my order to be cancelled!

I have been a FasciaBlaster for over four years
I have been a FasciaBlaster for over four years. FasciaBlasting has become an integral part of my health and wellness practice. I will do everything in my power not to miss my weekly 90 minute FasciaBlasting appointments. When, on the rare occasions, I can't get to my appointments, I have the tools at home to compensate. Have I had a FasciaBlaster break? Sure. Have I ever had any issues getting a replacement? NO! I am 100% satisfied with the products and customer service. They make me feel like I am their number one priority. Thanks to Ashley and her company, I feel and look better than I ever have, and the only complaint I have is not starting sooner.

Horrible company
Horrible company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I placed my order on this past November 25th- order number #***- and have never received the product OR the refund I’ve requested. I have sent- 11 emails to their customer service, since they don’t provide a phone number (another red flag) requesting resolution, and have never once received anything but an automated reply. Even worse, my comments concerning this are REMOVED from Facebook discussions and now I have been blocked from posting. There were many others who commented that they had issues too, and our entire thread was DELETED... I will be contacting my credit card company now to revoke payment. Very unprofessional company!

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. I have purchased two different products from this company. The first one didn’t do much. So, I ordered the smaller claws the second time. The second purchase from them broke the second time I used it. It wasn’t even two weeks old! I emailed them spoke with Tonya several emails back and forth. They offered me 20% off but would not replace the item. If I only used it twice I didn’t even know if it was worth purchasing a second time. Why would I want to pay for a total of three items not knowing if any of them were going to work for me? They also blocked me from there Facebook page since I asked if anyone else ever had that issue with the small claw blaster. I expected better customer service Ashley Black.

First order: They insisted I use their own (clunky) software to photograph the broken product. After requiring tech support to get the application to work, they never responded, never refunded. Second order: Foolishly I ordered again; this time "the set" was missing items. Again, they wanted a picture (using same ridiculous software) of the item that actually arrived. Even customer service agreed this was a waste of time (for me) but it was "policy." They refused to send the missing items without my spending time with tech support to use the silly photographic application--and then hoping they would credit or respond accordingly (which didn't happen last time). As a result, I saved myself the hassle and shipped back the product that did arrive. They charged me shipping and a restock fee etc., but not playing such a poor customer service game was worth it!

Unfortunately I am truly disappointed in the quality of these blasters! EVERY blaster I have bought has broke or crumbled to pieces! My very first one fell apart in the shower. The company was good on replacing them and now they are charging $50 for a replacement! I can't afford to take the chance of paying for replacing my blasters every time they break. I'll go broke! I have a basket FULL of broken blasters uggg so disappointed. I love blasting and blasting my clients but it is so embarrassing every time one breaks while blasting a client! I refuse to pay $50 for a manufacture defect. I am on my second paddle blaster which is doing the same as the first one. It is crumbling apart, the claws are lifting up and falling off on their own. My mini 2 (I have 2) claws fell off and so did the original blasters! (I have probable had 6 of them) What a shame to have something work for the good but no quality for the tool to keep in tact!

I wanted to leave Zero Stars but the system wouldn't let me. User Beware! I am all for self care and have been using various techniques and natural healing modalities most of my life. I used the fascia blaster and it seemed to release a dormant virus and I got a burning rash all over my face, neck and hands. Half my face was swollen, it was terrifying. Many people are carriers for viruses like EBV but it won't present symptoms in every carrier. Some traumatic life event, pregnancy, or stress can bring it out. I know that's what happened after using this "tool". I think everyone needs to be careful and use such devices at their own risk, but it is reckless to not have a disclaimer anywhere on the site letting people know about the possible reactions that can occur with use. There are several *** groups full of members who have had negative responses to using the fascia blaster, even Ashley Black's husband has one and shares about her fraudulent practices. I honestly don't know how people like Ashley can sleep at night knowing their product is causing so much harm, AND choosing to hide it. Well the seam is getting taught and is going to burst wide open one day. There are lawsuits against this woman and so many accounts of horrible health problems due to her product. Use at your own risk!

WARRANTY JOKE I made multiple purchased from Ashley. I have been following for years, but not an active blaster. During the pandemic I decided to be more diligent. One the second week of blasting one of the blasters broke. I contacted Customer Service Department on April 22nd regarding my warranty. It took them one month to get back to me with replacement information after my numerous emails. After weeks of going back and forth providing all required information, they send me a bill in the amount of $32.85 that I have to pay to receive my replacement “UNDER WARRANTY” Turns out they are not complying with their advertised warranty. It’s really a false advertising when you advertise free 5-year warranty and then you want your loyal customer to pay for “shipping” which really is the cost of the replacement part plus their salary. None of this information was provided during purchase. My friend who introduced me to this group years ago received her replacement for free. And who knew that those things break so easily that you need a replacement in the first place? They change they policy as it suits them. All my reviews on their facebook page are getting deleted and not approved. I contacted them again many, many times after but all my emails were and still ignored. Today if almost July and I don’t have my replacement. I am really in shock that it seems like a great and supportive group, company and gurus and really terrible customer service.

This company is corrupt
This company is corrupt. Thousands of women have been damaged by the FasciaBlaster products. We have been threatened and blocked on *** and have had our reviews on Guru site and on *** deleted. The company will do anything to silence us. I had bad effects from these products. I blasted for 9 months and had vertigo almost the entire time. Blasting messed with my cycle. I began bleeding every two weeks with blood clots half the size of my fist. I got spider veins, extreme exhasution, fatigue, and lower immunity. I was constantly sick. Once I experienced the hormonal effects, I knew it was because of the FasciaBlaster, so I stopped. The vertigo instantly disappeared, but it took four months for my cycle to regulate. The spider veins were permanent so I had to get them lasered off. After the inflammation went down, I realized I had damage on my thighs. There are still claw marks and ripples two years later. It doesn’t matter how much I exercise or lift weights. The damage is permanent. The company allowed me to return my blasters and refunded me, which is the only reputable thing they have done, but I am speaking out here because they have tried to silence me and thousands of other women from telling our stories. Please do your research. These products are harmful. Ashley *** has no credentials. She is NOT a scientist, LMT, fasciologist, or anything she claims. She only has a high school degree. She constantly changes protocols and makes up everything as she goes. We are the guinea pigs. Long term blasters are left with damaged loose skin and even more cellulite. Even Ashley *** has been damaged by her own products. She is almost unrecognizable from what she looked like three years ago. She is the face of the FASCIABLASTER.

I posted a concern here after reading the reviews about undelivered products. I was worried I wouldn’t get mine after an email from the company said it could take up to 3 weeks to package. I’ve been burned before from other companies so I was wary. However, the very day I made the complaint here, I came home to see a big box on my porch! It was my whole order! My face blaster was not the white like all my other tools, but I’m just happy I got it! After a week of use, I gotta say… ITS WORTH THE WAIT! I ordered for vanity but started getting amazing pain relief almost instantly! I feel more energized and MORE motivated. The book is comprehensive and FULL of amazing information. My tip to anyone who orders is to get the audio version of the book while waiting for delivery and DO YOUR HOMEWORK! I read so many complaints on here that made me wonder if those people read the book first! So important! It’s audible. Put in your order and get prepared by reading the book. I wish this was offered as part of the special packages that come with the book. This is still a green business, there’s bound to be issues. I believe in the science Ashley has researched in this so much that I’m investing in her international endeavors this year! I’d love to open my own “Blaster Bar” store front one day! Every woman deserves to know, understand, and have access to this miracle protocol. Patience is a virtue! Order now and wait while doing your homework. I have been trying to resolve an issue that has been taking a lot of my time. I tried to get it resolve before reaching to ComplaintsBoard.com but after more than 1 year trying to get to an agreement I just got fed up. During Black Friday 2019, I made a purchase of several items. When I looked at the Monday Cyber Sale 2019, I realized that I could have saved $45 dlls for the same items. On 12/2 I sent a request to make the adjustment, (request 271203), my order wasn’t shipped then. In December 3rd I got an automated email explaining that the staff was very busy and I was not going to receive an answer after 3-5 days. It was until January 25,2020 that Corey got back to me just to let me know that they were not going to reimburse me $45dlls but instead they will give me at least a voucher for $20 AB cash. At this point I didn’t want to argue and I was ok with it. I tried to use the voucher during the following weeks but they didn’t have the item that I was looking for and when the item become available the voucher was expired. I requested an extension for the voucher and it was denied. I emailed them may times and the answer was the same: "We are so sorry to hear you did not take advantage of the voucher before it expired". And many times I replied: "How could I have made a purchase of an item that you didn't have in stock?!?!" On July 15 I sent a notification about a facial acne reaction and after many messages I finally got an answer on the specific topic on August 21,2020 stating to stop using the facial oils but didn’t offered any kind of reimbursement. And again, I was ok with it but I really wanted to at least get the AB cash honored. Since September I have been in communication with Katie about this matter. I don’t even know if Katie is a real person because I got a couple of answers that look like an automated answer. Unfortunately, she didn’t want to work on a fair agreement. I was not asking for any more of what I felt it was fair. It is not my fault that Customer Service takes a long time to reply and the days just go by. For me is being more than a year. AshelyGuru took a total of $80 dlls from me ($45dlls that I was over charged on my original order and $35 from facial oils) and Katie didn’t want to honor 1/4 of it. At this point I don't want the lame voucher they offered, I want my $80 dlls back.

I bought my fascia blaster in 2017 or 2018. I used it and it worked for me. But then I got sick months after using the fascia blaster. No one could figure out what was wrong with me. I gained 100 pounds and was in bed totally exhausted most of the time. In Oct. of 2019, I was finally diagnosed with Hashimoto thyroiditis. Now that I can properly be treated I have lost 40 lbs. and my energy is coming back. My thighs and arms look awful. So I got my fascia blaster out to begin working on my body and it was broken! I did nothing to cause the break. When I got sick and couldn't do anything, it was put in my closet and stored there till now. I brought it to the attention and sent the requested pictures of the damaged item. I also looked online to see if there were others who had had breakage with the item made of hard plastic. And there was a defect according to others and the company as they asked for a picture of the lot number to replace the bad lot number. I do not know for certain if my product was of the bad lot, that information is not given. The company responds: it is past a 1000 days so they can not help me but I can buy another for 25% off. That means I have to put out more money ($100.00) For a plastic stick that broke because it was poorly manufactured so I'm going to buy another one? I have no guarantee the quality will be any better. I understand putting a time limit on returns, but this product was only used a few months when I became sick. Because I couldn't use it I stored it in my closet. It has not been dropped or used all this time. How is it that the heads just rotted off and it laid broken? It is made of plastic. I said to the company that there is plastic floating in our oceans that isn't breaking up and this item broke apart in my closet. This even sounds like I'm lying and making up a story just tell you this. I just can not wrap my head around this. I was at first asking for a replacement. But after they said they would give me 25% off my purchase for a new one I was completely baffled. Why would this thing just break without use and they not stand behind the quality of the product and tell me I could buy another just like it? Why would I do that, I didn't even really get to use the first one and it broke. Why would I do that again? This company feels like a money scamming company. Had I not gotten sick I probably would have learned much sooner how horribly bad the manufacturing of the product was. But then I would have probably been using it when it did break cutting myself on the sharp edges of the plastic. I would like my $100.00 back. They said they'd replace it for free, but now they wanna charge me for it. I've reached out to customer service like a million times, but it's like they don't even care.

I emailed again and now they want you to pay to ship the broken item back for a refund or pay shipping for a replacement ***. They said there was a problem with these products, but you can't check if mine were part of the bad batch because the stickers come off when you use oil with it. They won't give you a phone number to talk to someone. Why should customers have to pay to ship back a broken item that will be thrown away right away? The company already made you prove many times with forms and pictures that the product really broke. It's poorly made and super fragile for $75. I want a full refund of my $75.

Don't really have a review. Ordered the $300.00 set. Four weeks later tracking my order its states processing. Nothing, getting concerned about my money going to dispute payment. Really wanted product. They stated may take up to 3 weeks. If it was coming from over seas I would understand.
I have had my first blaster for 4 years and purchased others since, they are all in perfect condition. I may not have dropped them, but I have banged them around a bit! Also, the company has so many helpful videos that are FREE to the public. NO ONE does that. I think that's awesome and it also adds to the reasons for my personal support...besides the products actually working! There aren't "knock off" products out there that can compete, and when you add their fantastic customer service .. I'm gonna be a lifer!
I posted a concern here after reading the reviews about undelivered products. I was worried I wouldn’t get mine after an email from the company said it could take up to 3 weeks to package. I’ve been burned before from other companies so I was wary. However, the very day I made the complaint here, I came home to see a big box on my porch! It was my whole order! My face blaster was not the white like all my other tools, but I’m just happy I got it! After a week of use, I gotta say… ITS WORTH THE WAIT! I ordered for vanity but started getting amazing pain relief almost instantly! I feel more energized and MORE motivated. The book is comprehensive and FULL of amazing information. My tip to anyone who orders is to get the audio version of the book while waiting for delivery and DO YOUR HOMEWORK! I read so many complaints on here that made me wonder if those people read the book first! So important! It’s audible. Put in your order and get prepared by reading the book. I wish this was offered as part of the special packages that come with the book. This is still a green business, there’s bound to be issues. I believe in the science Ashley has researched in this so much that I’m investing in her international endeavors this year! I’d love to open my own “Blaster Bar” store front one day! Every woman deserves to know, understand, and have access to this miracle protocol. Patience is a virtue! Order now and wait while doing your homework. Once you start blasting and releasing those nasty toxins in your body, you will discover a whole new you under all that tangled fascia. I’m 50, a grandmother, and a grief survivor that’s been under a rock of depression for 4 years. 4 years of laying in bed being inactive in life and literally just praying that God would spare the pain of living and end it for me. I believe this company crossed my path as a blessing. You Do have to put the work in. But if I can do it, anyone CAN! And it becomes addictive! Can’t wait to see new ME in 1 month
I'm just finding this after investing in the pre IPO. I hope all this is just growing pains of the company. I may ask for my money back.
