I have a massage chair from truMedic. I have had it now for 3 years and I was having trouble with it recently not returning to base position after a massage. I reached out to the truMedic Customer Support Team and they walked me through some troubleshooting steps and fixed my chair. I really appreciated their patience with me as I'm not mechanically inclined. truMedic really stands behind their products and the Customer Support Team is World Class! Way to Go!

Great customer experience with truMedic! Purchased an IS-3000 PRO InstaShiatsu+ Neck and Back Massager with Heat at their official website some time ago. My husband was having neck issues yesterday and I pulled out the massage unit, but could not find the adapter. Contacted truMedic through their customer service and by sending a direct message to them. It was late last night. I received a reply from both sources early this morning as to how to order a new one. Very happy customer!

I received a product that didn't work the first time and *** immediately answered my request for help by sending out a new product the same day and even offering me a discount/refund off the original price paid for my inconvenience as well as a free gift. Lately customer service in other companies is very sketchy, but this company went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make things right for me and in such a timely response. I have never had such excellent customer service and attention to a concern as this company provided. I love this product so much and as a diabetic, it is a great tool for keeping my feet healthy! I considered other brands but this brand is this best and you can count on their customer service if you should ever have a need for an issue. Every time I contacted customer service, I received a thorough response within a couple of hours and complete resolution the same day. I bought one of their Impact Therapy devices. I think it does a great job on loosening up and soothing various muscles and joints strained from athletic activities (or even just too long in front of the computer) I ran into an unexpected problem with the device and was extremely pleased with the company's prompt response and corrective action. I highly recommend their device, and a company that stands behind their product, as they did here. Excellent customer service!

I am a chronic pain patient. Entire body full of pain. One week ago started using Tru belt everywhere, from neck, shoulders, upper & lower back, buttocks, outer & inner thighs, outer arms, calves. Just kept wiggling around in stuffed chair, repositioning body, moving Tru belt to each pain spot. Here I am, one week later, tomorrow afternoon going to a Broadway show, which would not be happening if I were wracked with pain. --Another plus with the company is the great EXCELLENT customer support.

My call was picked up immediately by (that is exceptional), the staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable (again exceptional), my issue was settled like within minute (again exceptional). Response to the follow up emails were all promptly. Trumedic has an outstanding customer service, you win my trust and thank you!

I have been completely impressed with my truMedic foot massager. You can tell it is a quality product from the moment you use it. The controls are simple and straightforward, all materials are high quality. What is best about it is how strong the pneumatic cylinders are you can dial them up to full power and get a really strong massage. Big thanks to truMedic and all the amazing staff for delivering a great product. I can honestly say I use mine every day. I have given one as a gift to my father and he uses it every day.

I got my replacement the second day after initial contact about the defect. This company strives to go above & beyond what the "common" customer service experience is, & they have achieved greatness! I purchased a truMedic Belt for my husband through a secondary source and when it didnt arrive, I cancelled that order and ordered directly from truMedic. The service I received was the best I have received from any company and many years. Their customer support team helped me every step of the way and followed up with me frequently so I would know exactly where my shipment was and when I would receive it. I would recommend truMedic to anyone you might consider doing business with them. Again, they are easy to work with and they follow through.

They are great!
They are great! in terms of customer service wise. The quality of the product, in my opinion, has more room for improvement. My point is that they are willing to take my feedback and accept the feedback. They actually replaced a new unit for me to try out after listening to my feedback, not like many of the other organizations. Defending and denying would be their first response. I have no questions and worry to get another product from them if this replacement goes bad. I gave them a thumb up not because they replaced my massager. It was their respectful manner toward their customers and willingness to work with their customers. This is my 2 cents.

I purchased the MC-2000 massage chair and have been very happy with it. As the chair is expensive I wanted to first try it out. I called their number and found out they have a showroom on Ellesmere. Glad I did, because it validated my choice to buy the chair based on the positive reviews I saw and now I could vouch for myself. I got the chair in a few days. I am not the most mechanically inclined person so I did have a little difficulty attaching the feet portion of the chair. Its the weight of that section and having to line it up to insert the screws. Once I got some help to hold it, then all was good.I did call them back to inquire about an extended warranty on top of the 2 years that it came with and the staff was very helpful in helping me to add on another year. Its been a pleasure dealing with them and my chair is giving me lots of hours of relaxation.

It has not worked right from the beginning. No heat and the timer never worked. I could get it to stay on for 2-5 minutes at a time by manipulating all of the buttons, but I kept putting off returning it until it was too late and then I put off calling customer service about it just because LIFE. I started searching the other day to see if it was stuck in some kind of demo mode or if there was a way to reset it. I couldn't find anything on either of these topics so I emailed customer service to ask them. A representative replied that neither of those options was available and asked for more details. I gave her all the details and she sent a reply that out of good faith they would replace the product, and they did! I received the new one and it is wonderful! Happy Feet! Thank you so much! I'm still in awe over the great service and the way this company stands behind its products!

We have had this massage chair over two years. This was an upgrade from our previous one. My wife wished we had bought this one originally, as it's far superior in terms of comfort, therapy, and the manufacturer company. We recently moved, and this was the only piece of furniture my wife wanted us to personally move because she loves it so much and was concerned the movers would break it. Needless to say, I lost the top pillow. Wife was not happy. I reached out to the company who promptly returned my email, found the part, and shipped it out to me. I was blown away how they constantly stayed on top of my order and did a follow-up just to make sure we were happy. By the way, they could have charged me a lot more for the missing piece. I frankly thought I would end up with something else because the price was so reasonable. Regardless, I can't say enough of this product or this company. I highly recommend and will look to them first next time we're shopping. Special shout out to [Name] who took care of me from beginning to end with the utmost respect and beautiful attitude.

Bought the TruMedic MC-2000 few weeks ago and with full conviction, I truly can say I was and still absolutely impressed! Had an old one more than 10yrs ago and this model is by far, the BEST (reasonably priced too)! The wide array of preset programs cover the whole body - from my neck and shoulder, all the way down to the sole of my feet. This chair lulls me to sleep and even when I just had a nap, I still can't finish the whole session (30mins on A5 setting) without dozing off again. Unsurprisingly, since I am now getting a lot of sleep, my health, demeanor and memory improved a lot too! The model I bought was on sale at truMedic and I'm sure a lot of people know truMedic's return policy in case of dissatisfaction. Luckily, truMedic's store is not too far from my place so I decided to check the item physically first. The staff are awesome! Their expertise in regards to maximizing the usage and tons of helpful suggestions to make my chosen model last a lot longer (if not forever) sealed the deal, and their handling of the logistics (delivery) impeccably. The staff is very accommodating, attentive and knowledgeable with their products. I can't thank them enough! Due to this amazing product, awesome staff AND since the item (MC-2000) was still on sale, I bought another one purposely for myself :). The lockdown brought by the pandemic made staying home much more bearable and relaxing because of this fantastic product.

I felt like I had to jump through a few hoops with emails and photos back and forth, but in the end, they replaced my massager and Im so happy. I registered my product when it was new so they had my info and stood behind their product. I LOVE and NEED my massager and was so sad when it died and so happy when my replacement arrived.
