I tried creating an account, and after a few hours it was suspended with no explanation provided. I sent an email asking for more details, and never got a reply. If I violated any of the guidelines, I was not given a warning or a chance to fix the issue, my account was just suspended. Can someone from the company please respond so I can try to fix this?

I have been a client on the site for many years. No issues or bad reviews.

Suddenly, I received an email stating my account was deactivated and remaining monthly payment will be refunded.

No reason why, no negative reviews. Later I find the new current prices to advertise on the site is double/triple the bucks I paid for gold level. I have called and left messages and sent emails asking why my account was deleted, and NOT ONE REPLY.

Although this is the main gay massage site out there, the bad way they conduct business will catch up to them!

This has dramatically affected my income for what I can only imagine is a cherry picking of therapists on their site.

Not a great way to do business!

The website is run by thieves with no ethics, moral values or regrets, who never shown the slightest gratitude towards the providers who are literally doing all the work for the owners while paying extremely high fees. Zero support for providers. No customer support. No information about the business can be found online, just mixed addresses, confusing names and fake phone numbers. Just a big money scam orchestrated by a couple of socioPs. One minor mistake and you're on your own. Zero flexibility. As a matter of fact they can decide to shut down one's livelihood for no reason as they stated multiple times. Only an insecure sociop with a severe personality disorder would do that for no reasons, knowing it is a leading source of income for a lot of masseurs. Unfortunately the website is one of the longest running massage directories online, so it's still ranking at the top of google search, driving traffic away from other site. More websites with actually genuine core values, oriented towards provider's experience are catching up now. I really hope this website gets shut down in the near future and whoever runs it can be held accountable for all the wrongdoings.

I made an account, yesterday, on masseurfinder.com. I have known about it for years because I have a twin brother who used to use the account. He for one reason or another, got suspended from it. Anywho, I have given them my ID and did all the verification they asked, and then they proceeded to suspend my account without talking to me. I’m suspicious that they think I may be my brother? Not sure, but it seems weird. I’ve tried contacting them and can’t find any number or anything to reach them.

I’ve been using this website for over 5 years. I get on there to update pictures every once in a while. Haven’t ever changed the payment method. I use it daily and log in to let customers know when I’m available. All of a sudden, I got an email today (April 6 2024), saying my account was suspended. No reason, no explanation. Like I mentioned, my account hasn’t added or changed anything and it’s been practically the same for 5 years with the expedition of clients adding reviews. And every review has always been approved. Absolutely gutted that they would allow my account to just suspended for no reason.

I made sure to follow every rule on the website and my account was suspended with no reason as to why. Especially since I didn’t break any rules. Would love to get my account back

My ad was suspended I believe for a word I used in my description. I didnt think it would go against the policies of the website. I made an honest mistake. I have been on the masseurfinder website for a long time and I am unable to make contact with anyone from the website to explain myself. Id like to get in contact with someone from the website to work it all out.

I highly rely on masseurfinder for my clientele. Please help.

I had to cancel my bank debit card and get a new one because of nefarious activity. I do not have the new card yet. So I am REALLY annoyed that MasseurFinder tried to bill my card on Saturday for my ad and then cancelled my ad on Monday. 48 hours?! Are you kidding me?! So I tried using my partner's debit card on the same joint account. Denied, because they only accept a card that is in my name. So I checked my Capital One credit card--expired. Then I found out how to get a working virtual card on that account--and I can't use that either because you don't have my correct legal name. You have me as Thomas Ross, which is how I usually call myself as I use my middle name as a use-name, but my full legal name is Wayne Thomas Ross. None of my methods of payment use Thomas Ross. Everything is either Wayne Ross, Wayne T Ross or Wayne Thomas Ross. Please fix this or I can't use your website anymore, which would be a shame as I have been advertising on your site for 17 years now.

Before a leave on vacation I did a mistake, my intention was just to freeze my account for a few days, I didn't want to close it. To my surprise I saw that I was suspended, I was wondering what I had done wrong, because I follow the rules 100%. As I was unable to recover the account, I created another one, but was suspended also. I am not understanding what happened, I had no intention of violating anything, and I kindly ask that If I can get my page back.

I reached out to a “Therapist” named Waldo. I sent him a message with a face pic inquiry about his services/availability. He responded and told me not to send anymore. I thought that was odd so I responded “disregard”. He then called me a creep and a [censored]. I was shocked. I responded asking him him why did he call me that? He then told me to “lose his number [censored]”.

On Sunday June 25th, I contacted Michael requesting to book a one hour massage. He replied within approximately 15 minutes stating his earliest appointment was at 9 PM. Several text messages went back and forth to see if an earlier time could set but he stated he couldn’t. At approximately 730 PM he texted me saying he needed to cancel and asked to reschedule for later in the week. We agreed to meet on Monday the 26th at 730 PM. At 430 PM on Monday, I texted him to confirm our appointment. He replied asking that we change the start time to 820 PM. After several back and forth texts, he promised that the massage would happen and no other changes would occur. I drove to his location and texted him upon arrival. No response. I called him and he didn’t answer. A voicemail was left. He didn’t respond. What a waste of time!

After years of being with them they suspended and terminated my account just because I kept trying to upload a new photo.

It kept getting declined and was telling me that it violates guidelines ?

I see many male therapist and female therapists that have approved photos of them wearing a less covered shirt ?

It is not right for them to take accounts without valid reasons.

It feels targeted

I’m writing to understand why my account had been suspended. All photos and text had been within guidelines and approved. I had an A rating on my profile based on the Masseurfinder placement scores then one day it simply was suspended. No changes made that I know of to have affected my profile, seems like an arbitrary decision made. I would like to know for what reason this was done and can provide the info for the account to check into it.

Marcos was short in his texts and rude. He left me waiting for a confirmation on booking. I reached out again, he then said his massage was $300 and assumed I wanted a erotic massage. I showed him his advertising that said $180 and that asked if it was a regular massage. I also asked about the 20% discount he offered on this profile for Mondays. Then tried to spin a discount on the $300 that was still higher. I sent a photo of his page, s which made him more rude and impatient. How the hell is someone suppose to want a guy like that to touch you? Don’t trust him. He is not a honest man.

I have been on this site for almost a decade if not more. I have not done anything that goes against their guidelines to just be banned and suspended. I simply would ask why the traffic was a little slower at times and if it was because of the search ranking. I have tried to reach anyone I can. I don’t see how this is a reason to ban someone. Seems very wrong and as if they won’t take any sort of critique or question.

I’ve been advertising for almost a decade. It seems like someone took over the site since they raised the prices a lot and don’t ever have a support system. It’s outrageous that I see tons of complaints just like mine. I don’t get how nobody seems to stop them. I wish someone would start a new site and show them who’s boss. It’s horrible business and karma to do this to people and their sole incomes.

I was advertising on masseurfinder since 2015. Was a happy loyal customer and NEVER ever violated any rules and terms. In June 2022 they removed my account, of course no explanations besides that they can do ghat whenever they want etc etc.

I’m still wondering, what so terrible did I do that they removed me from the website? This is insane because I had all professional photos, never ever posted any text, that THEY personally didn’t approve, I never copied anything from others (other guys were copying MY text and the website didn’t remove them, but they removed ME). Where is a justice? I had no complaints from customers, because they didn’t exist nor anyone could’ve posted anything on the website. I saw that they carefully decide what account to remove and what for. This is NOT fair to remove me, it was my main source of income, and I am 1000000% sure that I didn’t violate anything. I am totally aware of all the rules so why would I “kill the cow that brings milk?” I would like to see if this company is fair to its loyal customers because I am 1000% not violated anything and they simply kicked me out. Maybe because someone who’s name in NYC was Scott and who totally copied my text profile and you guys decided it was me copying him?

Anyway all I ask is a justice. I love the website and want to get back. I want to get in touch with company representatives and show to everyone that this is a fair honest business.

My masseur account removed

Masseurfinder.com removed my account after advertising with them for 5.5 years. I'm very upset as this is my main source of income. I don't even know a way to get in touch with them to give my side of things and reconcile. I received a text complaint from a disgruntled client that he felt discriminated and then complained I looked older in person than my pictures (which are my real recent pics actually). I got the email an hour later that my account was removed. I can't help but wonder if he had contacted the website with his bogus complaint.

I recently had my ad suspended after I made some minor adjustments to my profile text. I'm assume some AI device picked up on something that was deemed inappropiate but I assure you nothing was. I do not think an actual person looked at it. The changes I made were suggestions the site gave me such as trying to sound more welcoming and inclusive - so that is what I did.

I do not think it's fair to remove an account without a proper review of the matter or at least to give me the chance to modify whatever it is I need to modify (if that be the reason for the suspension).

I would like a chance to have my account reinstated. I was happy with all the client that I was getting from the site and my clients really enjoyed my professional services.

Is there anything I can do?
