I joined the best website for male massage thirteen years ago. And it was until recently the most reputable. However on the 17th of October I was suspended. Why? I had attempted to rectify a misleading word from my profile. The site kept rejecting my attempts and the I received a suspension notice. A phone number was given, which I call often, but its always busy.

I have been with them longer than most, and have spoken to my clients about the site in a positive manner. For many years it was the only massage site I ever used. Since my expulsion from the site I have lost half of my clientele. There are other sites available but not viewed nearly as often.

If one is suspended it usually means temporally. I believe the word was used improperly as I have received no notification of when to return. In the past I have contacted a gentleman named Ben, who couldn't have been nicer to me. I wonder if he is still employed. The last communication when I was suspended could not have been more insulting and non informative.

I am now reading many others have suffered the same fate. Are there still any humans working for the site?

Desired outcome: Reinstatement with my former rate of payment. I also would appreciate a response.

Masseurfinder does not ban users lightly. Every ban is audited by a member of our management to ensure the ban was warranted. The user in question was banned for repeatedly submitting content that was in violation of our Content Guidelines. Specifically, the content was deemed by our screeners to be potentially suggestive of unethical or illegal services. This user has a long history with us, and we know he struggles with internet competency. Additionally, his writing style tends to be creative and verbose. So we gave him multiple chances to resubmit his content, in case our screeners were misinterpreting it. After more than 10 rejected attempts across a 48 hour period, including a lengthy and detailed personal response from our staff, the content he submitted was still interpreted by multiple screeners as being in violation of our guidelines, so the difficult decision was made to terminate the account, for persistent attempts to violate our guidelines. The decision was not made by software. Meetings were held over this termination. We have historically gone above-and-beyond to accommodate this particular user, but our content guidelines are strict and inviolable. It was decided that this user is either incapable of understanding our content guidelines, or was deliberately ignoring them.

How was I to know what words were considered verboten? I read and reread and then once again, reposted a new profile, the first sentence ran nowhere, all I wanted to do was change it, that was all. Why wouldn't they just tell me what I was wording wrong? I had been with them for over 13 years, is this the way to treat clients? Needless to say no

I have looked at other sites, but they demand pictures that leave little to the imagination, Masseurfinder is much more sedate, refined, almost classic. But what am I to do, I have lost most of my client list, few contact me now All because I was confused as to the proper wording on my profile. Wording which I still know not how it offended. masseurfinder. Why would they not just tell me what I was stating incorrectly?

Please respond as to why I was suspended, and how long is the suspension?
