All to no avail. At moments individual members of the offending Customer Care?team have stepped up to help.. but were maybe teasing as in each case they werent heard of again.
AD , Icannot fathom any reason for this. Ive been a long term..5 yearrs? Good spending customer in that time, had a few lively exchanges with the ream n some good humororous ones...Suddenly, despite explaining this possible outcome, I lose my fiancee!
Perhaps the most extraordinary thing is that, despite my requests re other friends Ive made Your team are quite prepared to leave them totally stranded n told no reason. Itake great heart from the fact that several of them are still writing ti me, and anxious for me..health etc..AFTER 12 WEEKS,
