I used askcrew for advice on a Facebook issue last week. The problem was Ithat I" couldn't load post". Askcrew on a chat recommended that I change my password and this worked. I thought there would be a $10.00 charge and I could cancel at anytime. On October 9, 2023, I received a charge on my Discover card for $74.00 from askcrew. What is this charge for? I did not authorize it.

Desired outcome: I would like a credit for the $74.00 and a charge for $10.00
I recently had contact with askcrew about my computer and was told that a $1.00 dollar fee would be the cost on checking my account $69.00 dollars was taken out of my account as a monthly subscription fee this was not authorised and have contacted them but to no avail this is evedently a scam i am contacting the people concerned to report it as such
