A company that claims it helps in all things google spent hours with me trying to resolve a google Gmail issue. They never resolved it. They said they were going to charge me on the 13th. I contacted them on the 13th to cancel the membership and refund the charge. They continued to refuse and partly based on the fact that they had someone "help" me with my initial problem which was completely false. I still have the same issue that has still not been resolved. The support staff clearly doesn't speak English, due to their spelling and vocabulary (which is also probably why they don't answer their phones at all) yet uses generic American names pretending to be local. Not against outsourcing but why lie? It just causes further speculation of how dishonest this company is. Still didn't receive my refund. Billing refuses to refund, support didn't help and just wasted hours of my time and calling support doesn't help because the automatic voice mail ironically states there is no support staff available to take the call.

Desired outcome: I want a refund

How dare you take $123.00 out of my account without my permission. This is totally unacceptable.

I want a refund now.
