I used askcrew for advice on a Facebook issue last week. The problem was Ithat I" couldn't load post". Askcrew on a chat recommended that I change my password and this worked. I thought there would be a $10.00 charge and I could cancel at anytime. On October 9, 2023, I received a charge on my Discover card for $74.00 from askcrew. What is this charge for? A company that claims it helps in all things google spent hours with me trying to resolve a google Gmail issue. They never resolved it. They said they were going to charge me on the 13th. I received a notice that my Membership has been cancelled so my problem is solved. No further action needs to be taken. Date of complaint 3/23/2022. They could not resolve my problem after an hour of trying. June Shaw

In the first part of February I used Ask-Crew for reasons I cannot remember now. They are an online company. They charged me $1, which I was told was fully refundable. I never did receive a refund.
