At Home review: Rude and dismissive treatment by management

Yesterday while picking up my sister from the AtHome in Kennewick Washington there was an incident that happened with assistant store manager Luis and Christana. My sister Dandie was off at 3:00pm. I arrived at the store right at 3. Dandie was still helping customers on a register. There was a line so I was waiting patiently for her. There was 3 people up at the front helping out customers on the registers. The line had gotten down to 1 person waiting so Dandie gathered her things and we proceeded to go to the back to have her clock off. Once she clocked off we went to gather the rest of her things. Luis and Christina came into the back room and proceeded to get after Dandie for leaving the floor without letting anyone know. She should have let someone know she was leaving. She admits to that. I had gotten off early from my job to go and get Dandie. I looked at Luis and told him I am her ride to work and from work. As well as my parents because Dandie is without a car. I am an office manager for a Doctor. Luis and Christina were incredibly rude to me! Luis told me that it wasn't his problem that I got off work early to pick up my sister at 3pm and that she should have stayed another 20 minutes to get the line down. Christina said my name in such a way that was very dismissive and she absolutely was rude to me as well. Is there no respect for family members trying to do the right thing by making sure my sister gets to and from work on time? I do not work at that store and I have been treated so horribly by the people that work there! Bottom line is that I am a customer and I have an AtHome credit card. Me and my whole family will never step foot in that store ever again! Luis and Christina are problems for that store. Treating people like they are nothing! That they don't matter! I would never treat someone like I was treated yesterday!
