The room was clean nuff and my stay was great, but check ur invoice! They over charged me $60 and I been callin for over a month now tryna get my refund. Every time I call I get put on hold for a long time till the manager is available. All they say is they processed the refund and it'll be available tomorrow. Over a month now and I only got $30 back. I called like 10 times about this and I'm so frustrated. I ain't stayin there again. Ain't had no problems across the street. Hopefully this review gets the attention of someone who actually cares, not like the manager or whoever they keep passin the phone to.

My hubby went to cash his check like he does every week. They gave him some drink tokens, which he took to the bar. He asked the manager, "M," why it says "free drink" but the bartender charged him. Manager "M" didn't like that question and walked away. Next thing you know, "M" and security came and asked him to leave, saying he was trespassing. All he did was ask why! I think he was racially profiled because he asked a question and "M" had authority and used it. They waited for him to cash out his ticket, which he was playing, and then told him he couldn't come back for 6 months. Discrimination for sure. This happened on 4/01 at around 9:30 pm. He always cashes his check and plays there. He asked a simple question that "M" didn't like and got kicked out. I think "M" discriminated and was offended by the question. Pure authority abusing his power. When he asked if he could get a report, they were rude and quickly said no, cutting him off. Just rude and uncalled for.

i been tryna get my money from Atlantis Casino Resort for months now. i done sent in all the papers they asked for like a million times. even my wife tried to help by sending in pics and stuff. but they act like they ain't never got nothin from us. they owe me more than a grand and it's just straight up ridiculous.

I was playing poker at Atlantis on December 13th and chatting with a dealer about a book we talked about before. Then some dude I never met before called me a *** idiot. I told the floor guy, Andy, what happened. But the dude called me a *** idiot again, and Andy didn't do anything. He didn't call security or tell the guy to stop. This kind of thing happened before, and the management didn't do anything about it. They didn't enforce basic rules like no smoking in the room, not running into customers, and not bad-mouthing customers. My wife and I used to eat lunch at Atlantis and then play games, but a rude dealer made us stop playing during the week. This latest incident makes us not want to play here at all. Atlantis is a great place with awesome food, the best buffet and spa in Reno, and a good rewards program. But why should we spend money where other customers can verbally abuse us?

Atlantis Casino Resort charged me $300 extra for a room that wasn't even ready to stay in. I reserved a spa room, but the check-in lady had to ask what to do because none were available. They gave me a room that wasn't supposed to be rented out, and it was under construction. There were lights hanging out of the ceiling in the hallways, plastic on the floor all the way to the room, and construction workers loudly working. We had to get towels from the pool area because the room was not set up. Every time I call, it's a different excuse. The last one was so ridiculous, then they said there were no photos, which is standard procedure, but there were none. I've been waiting for three weeks with different excuses, and nobody is calling back since they don't feel they need to. Some of the front desk people I've spoken with admit that it's not right, but all they do is transfer me to the other person. They don't call back or talk to me. This is blatant nonsense.

I booked a room at Atlantis Hotel online for Sep 25 and checking out Sep 26. I wanted a King bed in the Atlantis Tower on the 29th floor. But when we got there, they gave us a room on the 5th floor with a double queen bed. I called the front desk and they said they didn't have a King bed anymore. I asked for a manager and she was so rude and unprofessional. We went back to the front desk and they were still rude. They said they had a room with a King bed on the 8th floor, but it was for a handicap person. I was very upset. I'm not handicap and I didn't get what I paid for. The manager said there's no guarantee you get what you pay for. I asked to see where it says that, but she just told me to read my email. I asked for the corporate office number, but she refused. So we ended up back in the room with the queen bed.
