So to start out with, this company has posted many of their own "fake" reviews. The majority of their online reviews are negative in nature. Moveco refuses to respond to negative reviews and only seems to respond to "good" ones. I was a real customer - just in case the owner replies that "this customer has not been found in our database", like he's done...

MoveCo.net Moving

Steer clear of this company. I used this company for a move on 8.1.2017. The move was unprofessional. The one worker they had was okay. Outside of that do not use this company. The representative called DiVenchy or DaVinci is a liar and likes to restate things to make himself and this poor company look good. Very unprofessional and poor customer service. I filed a BBB complaint on this company. I was honest and spent a large amount of my time talking to this DiVenchy or DaVinci person on what went wrong. Instead of taking responsibility for unprofessional workers and not meeting the information on their own website and contract, he tries to deflect to make the customer wrong. You know people like him will always get what they get. He thinks he is being smart in taking advantage of people but in the end the company and he will the the losers. Unfortunately, I did not read all of the bad reviews this company had. Believe all of the reviews that state how bad this company is because they are true.

MoveCo.net Totally different experience

We all know how stressfull moving can be, the searching for a good company, transfering utilities, bank info, credit card info, etc. I did lots of research on several moving companies before deciding to use MoveConet.I saw the negative comments here, but I had a friend recommend this one to me and why would a friend give me a bad recommendation? So moving day arrived and I have to say, the office staff and movers were extremely professional and well knowledged in moving and protecting my belongings. I had a 3800 sq ft home to move from Dallas to Pleasant Point and they did an excellent job.The guys wrapped all the furniture as needed and my tv's. We had an old family heirloom (about 100 years old) which they treated with the upmost care and like it was something they themselves owned. I am extremely pleased with this moving experience. Will recommend this company to any and all who WANT a GREAT moving company that has good pricing and staff!

MoveCo.net Everything

I wish I would have found these complaints earlier. The crew was understaffed and under experienced. We had a large move to be done. The estimator came out and provided a quote. He was WAY off. There were supposed to be 2 crews (6 people) working in tandem. Only one showed and they lost a guy to injury mid-move. The crew ended up working late into the evening and all of the next day because of the understaffing. Furniture and glassware were broken (large junk of wood knocked out of a desk, other pieces with large gouges, broken china). They lost all of the hardware to put one desk back together.

Inside the home they cracked the Silestone island in half, broke the banister of the stairs, knocked a hole in the wall, damaged the rug, and several tiles.

The damages to home and property already are more than what we paid in moving costs. And they are just shrugging it off.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS IF YOU VALUE YOUR HOME AND PROPERTY!

MoveCo.net Move

We hired Moveco in June 08. They did not show up on the day of the move. The owner said they would be there the following morning as the guy in charge of our move was stuck in another town. They did not show up until about 1pm on the day of the move, one day before the closing on our home. Russell wa not to bad, ( in charge of the move) but they were still moving us at midnight. We gave the guys some very valuble things that we just were to tired to deal with. Our formal table pedestal was broken so Russell took it to have it reparied. Now, 6 months later, no one will talk to us about the pedestal. I am a Realtor and would not recommed this company to ANYONE. as the other gentleman said, RUN, NOT WALK away from this company. They have not been cooperative from day one.

I have made several moves in my career but my move with this company was horrible. They are unprofessional with a manager named Duke that has zero concern for his customers. It is bad enough that you get poor service but their insurance is a JOKE and will not cover your items. They broke my big screen tv, damaged my new refrigerator door handles and tore...

MoveCo.net Careless move, poor customer service, false advertisement

In August of 2007 we used Moveco.net (www.moveco.net) as we had received a package in the mail with great promises and raving customer reviews (they provided). Many claims can be found on their website including great customer service and an advertised claim of:

"In house policy to replace or repair anything we damage within reason (example: If Your TV is dropped down the stairs we will buy you a new one and if your dresser is scratched we will have it repaired.) "

Which can be found by navigating thier website under "about us" then "our insurance"

This gave us the percieved comfort that our items were being entrusted by a reputable company. What we found was this company was far from being reputable and we are currently having to resort to a small claims suit to resolve problems encountered during the move.

Techs arrive not in a moving truck but in an enclosed trailer pulled by a pick up truck. The tech are dressed in what they call company uniforms which are little more then a Tshirt and whatever other attire suits them. Right off the bat our first impressions were let's cancel this move and find someone else, which we would have if that was an option. The techs arrived and added additional extra charges and then offered to overlook those charges if we tip them well. During the move they often dropped things scratching wood pieces and eventually damaging our brand new refridgerator with large dents in the front. The techs were so careless and quick to move things that it seemed they were rushing the move so they could get to another one. When asked nicely to slow down be more careful they would often make rude comments. When we asked what the claim process was for the damaged goods the tech told us "what do you mean? It still works don't it?, I guess we can knock 150 bucks off the bill". Later he told us "good luck getting your fridge fixed call customer service and they will help you". We later called cust service and they told me to email the damaged pics to them and they would resolve. Days later they sent 2 guys that were supposed to fix the scratched up furniture pieces. These guys looked like they were from the bad part of town, you know the cheapest guys they could find to do the job, and a shotty job they did at best. Repeated calls to inquire about the refridgerator fix have gone unanswered. I would run not walk away from this company and spend a little extra money on reputable company and make sure to purchase extra insurance just to be safe. This company will not be careful with your posessions and certainly won't honor any (false) claims they have on thier website. I have moved 8 times previously and this was by far the worst experience I have had from beginning to end.

Did you rectofy the situation and satisfy this customer that used your service and expected the standards mentioned in your list provided? Reason I am asking is because I have in my hand a peice of mail from your company, we do need to move and of course, I took it upon myself to not take your word for it and see what people have to say. See in my opinion, this customer could have mentioned all the things that happened and then stated that "Moveco. upheld to their standards, they fixed what needed to be fixed, repaired the damage they did, apologized for the misrepresentation by the drivers and equipment along with offering a discount to satisfy me as a customer" I don't hear satisfaction at all. I believe a company can strive to make 100% of their customers happy, if only 95% are then so be it but to already settle for less than 100% you aren't going to make 95% happy. Don't bother answering my initial question, my gut feeling tells me find someone else.
