Atlas Plumbing ain't doing what they said they would. We paid half the price for them to put in a hot tub in our bathroom on 12/9. They said they'd finish it in a week once the tub was ready, but they keep telling us lies until now (2/17). They finally came on 2/16, worked for 2 days, and made a hole in our foundation/wall and left it open for bugs to come in. They left our bathroom looking like a disaster zone. We can't use our master bedroom or do any other projects until they finish this one.

I had a bathroom remodel with Atlas Plumbing in Feb. They were supposed to remove the tub and make the shower bigger. They said it would take 8 weeks for the stuff to come. After 10 weeks, I called to see what was up and they said they didn't have a contract with me for the bathroom. After 15 or 20 minutes, they said the materials were late because of shipping. At 13 weeks, I called again and they said they didn't get the stuff but then they called back and said they made a mistake. At 16 weeks, they said they had to schedule me. I told them I was canceling because they were not communicating well and were talking in circles. They sent someone to do the job and it took three weeks. The work was bad and the plan was not good. I went to the company with pictures and they said they would fix it but might need to take it all out and start over. Now it's been 26 weeks and it's still not done.

I got a shower from Atlas Plumbing, Inc. on 2/27 for almost 9K. They said it would take 2-3 days and be installed in 3-5 weeks. My shower finally started on 4/28 after many emails and phone calls and threatening to complain to ComplaintsBoard.com and contractors board! They installed a filthy, too small shower pan, 4 shelves that were very loose and very poorly done caulking job and NO shower door. After many emails, texts and complaints and again threats of complaints to ComplaintsBoard.com and Contractor Board, a Supervisor named Daisy said she would have a team out to take care of the shower pan and shelves after the previous repair attempt completely ruined the entire look of the shower. 3 men arrived and scrubbed the shower pan and re caulked the shelves and made them satisfactory. I still to this day 5/17 do not have my *** shower door in Oil Rub Bronze! I have a 9K shower with a shower curtain and my texts ignored.

I signed up with Atlas Plumbing on 11/17 for a shower stall that cost me $9300. They kept giving me excuses for not starting the installation. Finally, they told me they could start on 2/3/22. The sales manager, Doug, promised to be available for the installation and throughout the project, but he wasn't. Every time they completed a part of the project, I had to call the office to let them know what was going on. I've been patient with them, but they left a strip unpainted between the shower and door strip. I tried to contact Doug, but he never returned my calls or texts until I called the owner. When he came out on 3/23, he saw the problem and said he'd send someone out the next week, but it never happened. I called and texted him, but he was always with a client and didn't call me back. On 4/20, I texted him to let him know I was fed up with the delays and lack of response. On 4/28, he texted me to ask if he could call me later, but I haven't heard from him since. I just want this repair completed and get this over with. I have all this in my texts on my cell phone.
