Atmos Energy review: Electric outage from 11/04 2022 - 11/05/2022

Two Mexican men dressed in yellow oversized firemen jacket & pants knocked on my front door & asked if I would allow them access to my backyard. They said they need to access the pole to get my electricity back on. I’ve lived here 28 years & Atmos never came to my home with such a request. It was late at night & I felt very uncomfortable going outside to unlock my gate. There was a white male with them with dark blond hair. He stayed in the truck. I knew for sure my electric was on a transformer located on Meadowbrook Drive. My neighbor next door Kim Kelly gave them access from her backyard. Also, they had Wilson Tree Trimming Service trim the area so they could access the pole’s electricity box at the top. I have had problems with my Mexican neighbors breaking into my home so I added security cameras & lighting. Now when I leave my home they turn off my electricity to bypass my alarm. They have sabotaged some of my cameras in my backyard & around the house. The police won’t do a thing. The same guy shows up every time I call. He laughs with them like it’s a joke. Can you please send someone to check this pole electric box & make sure my electricity is still on the transformer. I would love to put some lighting on or near the pole to discourage them from using it. Also, there should be some type of lock on the electrical box that no one can access but Atmos Energy. Please take this very seriously. They’re using this pole to make their criminal endeavors work for them. Please investigate immediately. I live alone & I am dealing with this on my own. If there was a way I could do this myself I would but I don’t feel it would be the right thing to do plus I might electrocute myself. Please respond to me via a call or text at [protected].
