Parcel posted Brisbane 191120 - tracking shows it is 'in transit' from that date, but no updates since then.
I've contacted Couriers Please daily since then. On 301120 they finally admitted their might be an issue. But little contact since then.
The staff promise to ring you back, but dialling a phone seems to be outside of their skill set. I have received one email, but only because I refused to get off the phone until I got it. Staff continually say there are no supervisors on the floor.
The retailer I purchased from is legally liable for this product, I'm aware. They are waiting for Couriers Please to admit it is undeliverable due to an inability to find this rather large and heavy parcel. That's not going to happen whilst Couriers Please refuse to communicate.
