This company is a joke, I use Sendle so we cannot unselect using them. The driver picks and chooses when he wants to collect my items we pay hard earned money to have picked up and delivered. It is beyond a joke every week he misses our packages regularly. They sit outside waiting for him all day, we don't get a phone call, email, nothing.
You try to contact Couriers please it's impossible. We spoke to the driver he gets angry and says his van his full he can't make it. Complaint after complaint over this same driver and nothing gets done. We try our best to get our orders out asap and make our customers happy, but it is extremely difficult to keep our small business in good review using this couriers please who do not seem to have the slightest care about customer experience/satisfaction.
It's just ridiculous a company like this is still in business. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND using an alternative company to these rude, lazy courier drivers at Couriers Please, In Particular the CASULA 2170 Driver.
Desired outcome: Remove the driver from my route, assign someone who is reliable.
