Parcel lost and poooooooooor customer service
I bought something on Amazon, and the courier please sent me sms and told me they had my parcel early October 2021. On 8th Oct, I tracked my parcel on their website and it showed "Unable to deliver, business closed" at around 2pm. Closed! 2pm!
After several days I still had no updates, so I went to their pick-up point, the staff told me they couldn't find my parcel in stock, some driver took it out already, but didn't know why they didn't deliver it. They said they will find the driver and let me know.
So I waited for another two weeks, no update at all. So I went there again, Friday 29th Oct. This time they told me exactly the same thing, and asked me to come again on Monday, they will sort this out for me.
So again I go there again, Monday 1st Nov. The guy who told me to come, is not working today at all. Another guy, told me, again, exactly the same thing. But this time, he told me to call customer service, and told me that's the only way to solve the problem.
OK, but I have already called the customer service, I was put on hold for more than 1 hour, and nobody answered the call. And there is even no place to make a complaint.
This is totally wasting my time, and such a terrible experience.
Parcel not delivered despite raising a complaint with the company
I have been unsuccessful in receiving my parcel which was due on Tuesday October 19th, no card was provided for me to request redelivery through their online function.
I have called the company three times to provide my mobile number and how to obtain access to my building yet sadly they have not delivered my parcel. I am seeking assistance in obtaining my parcel as my best efforts have been unsuccessful so far.

Failure of delivery
My item was meant to be delivered on the 15/10/2021.
Bought an exhaust system from automotive superstore and it was picked up on the 08/10/2021 and processed in there depot on the 09/10/2021 and thats as far as its gone.
I have called up couriers please and been on hold for almost an hour, requested a call back as i got tired of waiting and no return phone call.Sent an email ticket number 4763452 which was never answred.
I called up again on Monday the 18/10/2021 again i was on hold for almost an hour till i got an answer, filled a complaint on were my parcel was and he knew what i knew ticket number 4787530.
I got a return email on Tuesday 19/10/2021 by Alice Deleon from there customer service team saying they would track my parcel.
Today is the 21/10/2021 and still i haven't heard anything about when or were my delivery is and its going to be 2 weeks as of 22/10/2021.
I want what i paid for.

My parcel has never arrived, On tracking it has been completed 9 times in as many days, don't know where it went but it didn't come to me. Twice I was sent a photo of the premises it was delivered to & a photo of the parcel. Neither homes were my home, one was 380KM away, the other I don't know where it was. The most disgusting ( non) service I have ever experienced. Australia Post always delivers.

Inability to resolve situation in timely manner.
On the date of delivery, I was not home.
I was not advised they were delivering my item at the time and received a notification that the delivery had 'failed' due to no one being at home to receipt the package.
No calling card was left in the mail which is required to list a code on it so I can organise redelivery of the package.
The company contact number goes to an automated voicemail advising to utilise an online form to lodge your enquiry.
The form kept crashing which meant I was unable to resolve my issue with any sense of ease.
I have, after multiple attempts, been able to lodge the form and now it will take them up to 3 business days to review my request.
Desired outcome: Contact me ASAP to deliver the package I am waiting for. Investigate and provide feedback/reprimand the courier who failed to provide the calling card.

I have not received my full delivery order - a parcel is missing. I received one of two of the delivery but am still waiting for you to contact me. This is very frustrating as this delivery is very important to me. I demand that you respond to this or I will go to the police and consumer affairs. Your service is just not good enough and you seem to not be responding to my requests.

Your driver of van 432 WKU comes into my street with that loud heavy base music going when she is delving, came here ones with it going and I told her not to play it as I and others have tinniness, she is still doing it when delving to address in and around Riseborough Crs Crestmead, the address she delivered to today was 18 RISEBOROUGH Crs Crestmead 4132 not that I care about them, the old block has a bad heart and can effect his heart and some times has to go to hospitable or doctor, her is in a mobile scooter, why do they do that, to lazy, most people that are home can see there getting a delivery so why I ask Noel

People are allowed to play music in there vans. That's there workspace. Music is awesome and I encourage you to do a dance to the music next time

Never rings the bell and you just get a notification saying "no one is home" when I am always home due to Covid and lockdowns. Always the same story with parcels delivered with this courier. Any business that uses them should think twice, because what is the point of paying a price for delivery when they never deliver to your door.
Delivery of a product not arriving after 8 days
HI, i have tried to contact you and the phone just cuts off.
i booked a parcel for pick up 28/8/21 with Sendle, Parcel was collected 30/8/21.
after 8 days this has not arrived, i finally got the courier company and tracking of Sendle today and it is with your company.
this was supposed to arrive by Friday and was extremely important, there is no movement on your website saying it was transferred to a regional centre for delivery on 30/8/21.
and now has a line of estimated to arrive 7/9/21. this is not OK. it does not say it is out for delivery, all i can see is that it is still at the regional depot.

Delivery from couriersplease - marked fragile - box crushed!
My complaint is against CouriersPlease and their use of private contractors with little to NO experience with shipping goods, They simply do NOT care about the parcels they carry.
I just took delivery of an expensive video card from Rosman Computers, Sydney NSW. The box had FRAGILE tape all over it but arrived crushed right down to the 'very' expensive card inside! The driver(an Indian man) walked off without a care. I am currently testing this video card and if any damage arises now, or within the near future, I will be speaking to a lawyer as it would be prudent to do so over 'this much money' and the 'abused' packaging.
I agreed to CouriersPlease delivering this item, but a plain white van and man dressed in plain clothes delivered it - Not the yellow van and uniformed driver that I expected!
Desired outcome: Advise customers if contracted driver is used so customer can cancel delivery!
The fan under where the parcel was crushed is now 'chirping' - Not worth sending back for warranty as they would just say that something pressed against the fan and 'bent' its 'seat' bushing(customer use/wear).
I can't even replace it with a standard fan because the card uses specific counter-rotating fans. So after xmas, I will have to send to ASUS for a replacement fan and it may have to be the entire set of 3 and the housing. Honestly if it's hundreds - me and Couriers Please are going to have a chat through the ACCC!
I will never use this courier again and will cancel a sale if I find out that they are used!

Item is an A4 book.
Tracking online showed it was in transit to Sydney within a few days.
Item never arrives.
Numerous pointless email and phone contact between me and company.
Nearly 2 WEEKS.. 14 DAYS and trackinging online shows in transit from Melbourne to Sydney again as a new item.

All online enquiries, while automatically acknowledged are left unanswered, meaning there is currently no way of getting in touch with the company which is extremely frustrating and useless.

On the 13/08/2021 as the sender was home and nobody called or rang doorbell or knocked or left a card for repickup. I doubt you even attempted a pickup!
Please call the sender Ann Vo on [protected] to confirm your pickup. I'm to receiver of the package. Also an account holder with your company at present.
Please solve this issue quickly. After 24 years in the freight industry I'm questioning your operational details which leave a hell of a lot to question. 😳

No attempt at delivery
On 12th August I had a delivery expected to arrive, I received a text message at 0925 advising that they "missed me" and to expect a follow up SMS with further details. There was ZERO attempt to contact me, either my mobile provided or the intercom of my apartment. I never received a follow up SMS nor did I receive a calling card, but I did get an email from Sendle advising to reschedule the delivery.
I tried to do so, but the form asked for the calling card number, something I DID NOT HAVE as they never even attempted the delivery. I since tried calling them only for their phone system to redirect me to the webform, the webform ALSO asked for the card number, so I had to submit just a general enquiry as it was the only way I could contact them.
I've since received an email advising they won't reattempt delivery and I have to collect from the depot, but I don't drive and have no way of getting there, not to mention it's outside my LGA and my LGA is in lockdown at present due to COVID-19. Absolutely abhorrent experience.
Desired outcome: My delivery to be re-attempted and the driver to make the effort to contact me via the intercom upon arrival.
Non- delivery and non-communication.
My guitar was picked up on 4/8/21 from the lutheir to be delivered to my residential address. The sender was told it was a 2 day delivery turn around. It is now 7 days and still no sign of my parcel. Emailed CouriersPlease on their website and after 3 days still no reply. Rang their customer service yesterday, was told they will escalate my enquiry and I will get feedback within 24hrs. Time passed and still no response. Rang them again today. They still were unable to locate my parcel and apparently could not get in touch with their driver nor the driver's manager. Told me to wait for another 24hr for feedback. This is a delivery from metro Sydney to metro Sydney and 7 days later still no sign of nor any information on my parcel.
Desired outcome: I want my parcel delivered in good condition and asap. Failing that I want my intended insurance claim to be honoured and process quickly if it comes to that.
Parcel not delivered
I received an email saying that a parcel was due to be delivered: #CPBKYMT0076890. Then another saying the courier had tried, but I was out. This was untrue, not five minutes after their communication, I received a FASTWAY delivery.
I phoned the 1300 number listed as the one to call if I wished to complain. I listened to a recorded message and was then hung up on.
Desired outcome: An explanation as to what really happened.
Will not deliver parcel to a pop shop. Cannot book redelivery because I am not home during business hours
I have attempted to have couriers please deliver my parcel to one of their drop off points. They have told me to contact the seller and have them send it somewhere else ...somewhere else? So unless I have my parcel delivered to a random address I can't get it. Not only do I not live near anyone but I am in a lockdown where I cannot see other people. I just want my parcel. It has been a week now trying to get in touch with them. They don't respond.

The delivery driver hit my dog. Someone needs to call me about this, because I am incredibly angry right now. I have cameras and saw it. The delivery driver also threw my parcel over the fence. This isn't the first time this particular driver has done this.
