Couriers Please Lost item. Poor customer service. Impossible to call them

I received the tracking number for my item. They said it was delivered to one of their POPShops but I went twice and they did not receive anything for me. I opened a claim but no one contacted me for more than 8 days. I called them but they cut me off.

Avoid this courier, please!

Couriers Please Parcel never received

Ordered clothing online. Couriers Please was unfortunately the company they chose to send my parcel with. Parcel got all the way across the country and onto a truck ready to deliver. Day after it was supposed to be delivered the tracking said the parcel could not be delivered and the reason given: depot?! My husband went to their warehouse a week later to see if he could just collect it on my behalf and the parcel appears to have ‘vanished’. Suspiciously my parcel was set for delivery just a few days before Valentines. I guess someone had a good present for Valentine’s Day.

Desired outcome: I want my parcel!!!!!

the driver couldn't locate my address on 2 separate occasions despite having gps and maps on his phone liars refused to book a redelivery to one of their company's parcel lockers multiple excuses can't get their story straight different excuse every time liars they never attempted a delivery the security camera on the front door tells a different story first 2 times they said they can't locate the address and later told me they attempted a delivery

Desired outcome: Want my parcel delivered or compensation for the $359 purchase

Couriers Please Never delivered package or notified

Ordered a package from america at Christmas. USPS partnered with couriers please in Australia. Tracking has package on feb 3 attempted delivery. No attempt made. Then said ready for collection online with no pick up address or location specified. I went and asked at all possible collection points nothing. Then feb 3 updated to out for delivery. Then feb 17, had delivered 7am. No such delivery made. Then feb 18 had parcel collected. So such thing. Then feb 22nd has updated to return to sender via Melbourne. I live in sydney. Not once was I contacted or attempted delivery. No slip or notifications. Waited now 2 months for package and lost money on it, the postage alone from america was $53. Horrific. Do not use or deal with this company.

Couriers Please The delivery person took my parcel and mark it as delivered

Con note: CPWPC3000139324

The person wait in front of the camera for less than 5 seconds and then left with my parcel. The process was recorded because I was openning the gate for him and the camera was engaged. He marked the order as delivered.

Couriers Please Delivery

My item was onboard for delivery on Jan 11th. The driver was out front of my property rummaging around in the van for sometime then left with no delivery. The tracking now states undeliverable reason “d”. I have lodged 3 online enquiries- received no response. Made 2 phone calls- was told it had been escalated and I would receive a call back in 3 business days. I’ve received no calls. The 3rd time I called I waited on hold and was offered a call back instead of waiting- no call back ever happened. The seller Luxtralia Australia has tried to track the item and has the same complete lack of response. These items were purchased on December 26th and shipped on Jan 7th.

Desired outcome: Reimbursement if the full amount of the items and shipping costs $50.35 AU

Couriers Please Delivery not received and can’t be tracked in system

Ordered parcel from US. It arrived however It has been almost three weeks and my parcel had not been scammed received by them. Tracing does not work in their website. I cannot get through to them I am on hold for hours. Their contact form does not work . I have tried to contact DAI post and they keep giving me pathetic excuses that they are waiting to hear back from courier but yes been three weeks and nothing. I am worried I won't get msg delivery. I keep going around in circles and getting no where

Couriers Please Courier Service

31.12.2021 - They collected the package from the sender on the 31.12.2021 and I am still waiting on the package. I have called twice and spoken to them only once. I have even offered to collect my package from the depot, however they have stated that even to do that they need to file a ticket and that will take 1 to 3 days. I need the contents for a wedding next week.
The item is also said to be at the Newcastle Depot instead of the Central Coast depot. My delivery address is the Central Coast not Newcastle.
Whenever I order from this sender to my address the packages are always delayed however my mother and sister who are in the same suburb a mere 3 minute walk from my house, the packages are delivered within a 3 business days. Normally I have them sent there, however due to them being on holidays I had them sent to my home address and am again still waiting. I have raised multiple issues with Couriersplease over the last 2 years regarding this. However only ever get an email stating the package has now been delivered.

Desired outcome: Check the shipping information and let me collect the package. Also resolve why packages to my address end up in Newcastle.

Couriers Please delivery of items from online purchase

tracking available for my items, were due to be delivered by driver on 7/1/21 (update said so). update says "unable to deliver - business closed". it was a private address that we were at.
unable to contact them, needed to submit an online query and heard nothing back
this company are a joke
avoid at all costs

Couriers Please Parcel has been lost in transit and they will not respond to me

Parcel was collected from supplier 6th dec 2021 - scanned in transit from dec9 - due dec 24th - now 7 jan and still no repsonse or updates from couriers please. I have tried calling on severl occassions and get an automated service. I try the chat option and get told they cant see any updates so wait 72hrs. This has happened 3 times so far and each time they raise a ticket to escalate and no repsonse form the escalation team. Supplier cant do anything as its still in transit - couriers wont update as they are waiting for next scan. Absolutely appalling service and lack of interest in keeping customers happy

Couriers Please Parcel lost in transit

I ordered a pair of shoes from the US on the 4th of November, I was provided with tracking details (DHL GM605344604117042453) by the sender and could track the parcel without issue.
It arrived in Sydney on November 16, Cleared Customs in Melbourne on November 24 and was handed to Partner Carrier on the same day (DaiPost).
I spent hours on the phone waiting on hold for DaiPost, and when I was able to speak to an agent, they informed me of the new tracking number CPBKYMT0617769 and from their end they could see that the parcel was handed to their Partner Carrier, Couriers Please on November 28 and that it arrived in Brisbane on November 30. When I call Couriers Please I am advised by the automated tracking that my parcel has been delayed.
I have called and was given the opportunity to chat to an agent via text message 3 times in the past 2 weeks. I am told that the parcel has not been scanned by the driver. I am also told that the issue has been escalated 3 times now and that I should hear from the relevant department within 24 hours. I did get to actually speak to an agent this week. She advised that the driver who picked the parcel up has been instructed to scan the parcel again. I now have to wait until Monday 20th to follow up again as the 24hour waiting does not include weekends. All agents so far have apologised for the delay, but, I need an answer as to whether my parcel will be delivered or if in fact it has been lost in transit. At what point do I seek a refund or compensation for the cost of the shoes?
This is a very important Christmas Present and I ordered in the recommended time frame for them to arrive prior to Christmas. I just can't understand how they can be in Brisbane, and no-one from Couriers Please can tell me what is happening. I need this resolved immediately please.

Couriers Please Delivery Services

My package was picked up from the sender in Melbourne on 3 November 2021 (for Perth) with expected delivery on 10 November 2021 (and then extended by 2 weeks). I started chasing delivery on 29 November 2021 and my case was "escalated" after waiting days for a response. The next update on Courier Please's website was 8 December 2021 when it arrived in WA. It is 15 December 2021 today and it has still not been delivered. Their phone cuts off after informing callers that they are very busy atm.

Couriers Please Delivery

11/12/2021

driver was in my drive way but went next door so I thought they were just parking in my drive way. My front door was open, I have a working door bell and I stay home because I knew I had to sign for my delivery. after the van left I received an email saying I missed a delivery attempt and to book another one.
this is fraud and a lie
I stayed home because I knew I had to sign for this delivery, I missed out on taking my kids to their swimming lessons, who is going to play the $60 that I still needed to pay for them?
seriously I am so angry. I can't even ring anyone for them to turn back around and deliver my item today because it is a Saturday and no one is answering the phones.
I want the delivery driver to apologise to me, I want to make a complaint about the delivery driver and I want something to be done about it. This is not acceptable. I will be working the day I had to rebook for the delivery so tell me what I do now? Apparently it was too unsafe to leave my delivery today according to the email. For real this is just so wrong.

please ring me for more info and for what happens now with my complaint

Couriers Please Parcel Not Delivered

My parcel has been in Perth for THREE WEEKS. Courierplease use another courier agent called ZOOM2U - that literally hire courier subcontractors to drop peoples parcels. My delivery was apparently being delivered by a 'car courier' and twice it was taken back to the depot?

I then phoned courierplease, they could not give me any details of where my parcel was, except the same generic info I could see with their tracking tool. I then requested that I, myself come to pick my parcel up from the depot. As it was not a hard job to deliver something someone has paid for. I have now been waiting another week to hear back from courierplease about this. I rang yesterday, and they stated my parcel had been transferred to ZOOM2U AGAIN.

I highly suggest you search who the company your buying products from use. Courierplease is a horrid courier service, and if a provider uses this courier service, they themselves are cheap.

Couriers Please Chemist Warehouse Order lost in transit

Order number from Chemist Warehouse [protected] was lost in transit.
Couriers Please did not want to provide the full information - They advised this was not picked up - however I was provided with a tracking number which was never updated as the item was not scanned by the driver.
Customer service team were rude and unhelpful they hung up on me.
Poor Customer Service, refused a refund, blamed the lost items on Chemist Warehouse rather than themselves.

Desired outcome: Refund for my goods with an apology for the 3 week delay and rude customer service

Couriers Please unable to find out what has happened to my parcel

Hello,
I got in touch with couriers please on the 1st December regarding my parcel which contained my thyroid medication. For over ten days since approx 28th November Couriers please has been making a shipping label and updating the same message every day. When speaking to the person on the phone Wednesday 1 December they put in a consignment note to investigate the delay I was informed after three days i would have an answer to this date no result. The tracking No for the parcel CPBKYMT0611658 and the reference No for the investigation 494680 thank you

Couriers Please Delivery service

I ordered some xmas presents online form Target, they use couriersplease as a delivery agent.

I received a message on the day of delivery saying they will attempt delivery today, I was at work so could not accept the delivery. They left a redelivery card.

A few days later I tried to book redelivery, the website claimed the time to book redelivery was expired. I lodged a written request for redelivery.

I had not received a response 3 days later so I called (had to google the phone number as its not available anywhere on the site) - I waited on the line for 45 minutes, when I spoke to an operator they said they will ask the driver to redeliver and lodge a 'case' (whatever that means)

Again a few days had passed and I had not received the package or a response to my written communication, so I called back and the operator again called the driver, advised me the package was with the driver and they asked the driver to call me when he was going to redeliver. They again lodged a 'case'

A week passes, still have not received any communication about my parcel, I call again (each time the wait time on hold was over 30 mins) - they tell me again they will call the driver etc ect - the parcel is with the driver in the drivers bacy etc ect - lodged another 'case (laughable at this point)

Today I receive a response to my written query, over 2 weeks afte ri lodged it. Advising me the package has been returned to send? umm wtf. I tried to respond to the email but it was from a 'do not reply' address - so now I have no way of actually trying to figure out what has happened or to receive my package.

So basically, I ordered something online, the company tried to deliver one time, then took the parcel to their warehouse and eventually returned to sender, even though I was trying this whole time to book a redelivery time or pick up the parcel with no success.

Such a horrible company. They make online shopping haard. Every other delivery service make it easy, I receive my packages in a timely manner and if i'm not home they leave then or take them to the post office and I can retrieve the next day. this company is horrid and I wont shop anywhere that uses them! And I warn anyone trying to use them as a delivery service to think twice. Absolute nightmare to get a receive delivery.

Couriers Please Not receiving my parcel

My parcel was received by Couriers please on the 29/10/2021 - was supposed to be delivered to my ParcelPoint address within a couple of day s still waiting. This is the 4th time I have had issues receiving packages from them. Firstly they commited FRAUD by the driver signing that I had received my items (he neither knocked or read the big sign on the door to deliver to the back of the house) thenI rang and blasted the [censored] out of them. Two other times pretended to deliver but didn't.
Hi you have had my parcel since the 20th of Octobet and still have not delivered it to my ParcelPoint address - what the hell - this is the 4th time I have had issues with your company and the deliveries. I will be ringing you first thing tomorrow morning I want my parcel delivered by Friday - seriously you have the most disgusting service ever - my tracking number is pictured below

Couriers Please Courier driver

We had a delivery today at 08/11/2021 at approximately 3.10 pm. Vehicle registration number 1FS1PA, delivery address 3 Hotelier Crt, Skye, Vic
After dropping the delivery the driver drove over neighbouring grass as straight over a 2 sleeper retaining wall, he then took off like a bat out of hell the wrong way out of a one way road. He was witnessed by a resident and also 3 tradesmen who were on site.

Photos attached show the damage, it will require 2 new sleepers and also for the metal post to be dug up, replaced and re-concreted into the ground.

Please provide me with insurace details or contact details of who the invoice is to be sent to once I have arranged a contractor to do the repairs.

Couriers Please Waiting for a refund, unable to speak to anyone at Couriers Please.

We have contacted Couriers Please countless times since August 2021 with no response via their website.
If you call the phone number, you cannot speak to anyone. How on earth is one supposed to resolve an issue that is not related to tracking?

We paid for shipping labels that were never used and would like to get a refund for these. This was the debit on our account.

5th August 2021 - Couriers Please Rosehill Aus - $65.61.

Couriers Please is happy to take your money, but don't seem to care about customer service. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced with any company.

CP take anyones money for delivery, yet can't deliver. Imagine having a business with one focus, which is delivery, yet cant even do that. You have one job!
