Couriers Please Dumping bulk deliveries in Reception of a large retirement village

Your courier sneaks in just out of range of the vision of out receptionist and dumps multiple parcels ordered by residents. We are a very large village and staff will not deliver your parcels. The residents pay to have the parcels delivered to the door and they are elderly and are unable to come and collect them. Finding the apartments is easy. We are over 11 acres.

If you continue to do this I will return all the parcels to Couriers Please.

Desired outcome: That the courier delivers to the door of the residents and not dump them in a heap in Reception.

Couriers Please Interstate Freight

I sent 2 boxes from Brisbane QLD to Clayton VIC at 9.35am on Tue 25 Oct 2022 using EZYLINK stickers. Both packages tracked to VIC by 5.39am on Thu 27 Oct 2022. From here 1 package (tracking number [protected]) went onto Clayton with delivery to its destination at 11.28am on Fri 28 Oct 2022, the second package (tracking number [protected]) was sent back to our warehouse in QLD and delivered at 10.54am on Mon 31 Oct 2022.

There has been NO clarification given as to why this has occurred and because of this there were significant delays caused to the installation of the freighted items at significant cost. I have called several times last week to seek assistance getting this stock back down to VIC asap to allow the work to go ahead however not on single person I spoke to was able to assist me and I am still waiting for a call back from management a week later. I am now seeking a refund on the freight - box dimensions = 10.15KG, 18cm x 55cm x 55cm.

Desired outcome: Refunded freight costs as well as a swift response.

Couriers Please Appalling and pathetic - avoid this company at all costs

I currently have 3 parcels in limbo. The redelivery date I selected was not honoured, they instead attempted to deliver on a completely different date. I have the redelivery emails, confirmations and tracking to support this.

The phone number only has options for automated bot services and you are disconnected when not selecting an option instead of directed to a consultant to speak with.

The customer service email and staff are useless, and there is no internal system used to streamline the status of an existing enquiry. Instead, I have received mixed messaging across 7 different email chains, from as of today 11 different staff members. In one day, I received emails requesting I select a redelivery option, responded with the option, then received a redelivery not available, responded with attached email and screenshot asking for clarification, received another email saying they are still waiting on a response from fleet, then another email saying to select redelivery and then another one saying to contact sender the parcel is still with them and then another one saying contact sender as they cannot redeliver. As I said all in one day. Asking for clarification is pointless and I continue to receive copy pasted templates. Asking any additional questions or for a complaints process, is also overlooked and I receive yet another random one of the emails listed above. There is no accountability in this company as they don't care, they know your complaint is going no where, because their is no such thing. This has been the most frustrating experience, this is a terrible company and should be [censored] down. The whole organisation and the staff I've encounted are pathetic. It makes total sense to work for a company like this, it must be a breeze - no feedback, no accountability, you don't even need to know how to articulate a sentence. Pathetic. My advice avoid this company at all costs.

Desired outcome: I want a phone call to discuss my feedback and complaint.

Couriers Please Early morning text alerts

I got to sleep just after 5 am, I'm an insomniac. I was awoken by a text alert from your company, again, at 6.50am and 6.51am letting me know that I'm getting 2 parcels delivered today. This is not the first time, in fact I've made at least 5 complaints about this exact thing prior to today. Every time I've been woken well before business hours start and the parcel has never arrived before 3pm. Please explain why I need to get a text at 6.50 am. It's not funny, and I can't even speak to anyone at your company because there is not an option for this. Imagine how excited I am about having to write a 6th complaint about the same issue, knowing that each previous complaint has been ignored. I am also contacting Tupperware and telling them that I refuse to buy from them anymore as they use your company to deliver.

I understand the need to let customers know that they are receiving a parcel, but maybe do it during business hours. Or even give people the option of a text or an email so that they are not disturbed.

Couriers Please Delivery

I organised a parcel from ASOS to be delivered to my husbands work address but on Monday he was told that business has closed. I got a email from Couriers Please today telling me a delivery was due today so I tried to redirect the parcel. The website only allows you to redirect parcels who have had a failed attempt at delivery. I know that if the delivery driver leaves this parcel at the location it will be stolen so I tried to phone to get a stop delivery but it gave me a live chat link. On the live chat link I was served by someone who clearly was disinterested in giving me anything but generic copy/paste answers and did not understand english as she asked me questions about things I had already answered. She would not address the fact that I needed her to contact the delivery driver to not deliver the item, I did not want it left at the closed business. She refused. I would like a formal complaint lodged as this company has a disgusting lack of customer service and should be held accountable for my item if it is stolen. The tracking number is [protected]. They really need to lift their game and start actually caring about their brand and having some sort of pride in their work ethic (of which currently there is none) They should not be allowed to operate in Australia.

Couriers Please Deliveries

Received message on phone that they couldn’t drop parcel off locked gate. They physically can’t pop it over the fence where it is safe to do so other courier companies generally leave pick up from LPO and their pick up warehouse is 30 ks from my home. I cringe when I see their delivering parcels to my house and now I ask who is your courier before buying online now on. Redeliver are a nightmare after texting customer service.

Couriers Please Disgusting attitude

Ordered parcel on the Friday, my colleague was not ready for pick up as the courier came minutes after I booked it, this is wear the arrogance began, firstly on the chat line provided, a computer person offered the incorrect information and other useless generic info, then proceeded to disconnect the chat . So rang again, and begged them, literally , to help me get through to them the correct information, they did reluctantly but asked me to reiterate all the information again over the chat line, (don’t you have a CRM system). I asked please can they give me a time, that request was simply ghosted/disconnected. Then next courier came and went, what could I do, the only information given was a ETA next two days. Couldn’t rebook on website as the consignment number came up invalid. On the third day, I received 3 emails from 3 separate people asking to give a pick up time hahaha, on those emails, this time incorrect delivery address! . I cancelled order,! you can keep my cash, as dealing with your people was just not worth it. And didn’t want to lose my expensive goods from Couriers Please incompetence. Will be telling everyone not to deal with your company the stress caused was unreal!

Desired outcome: The least you can do is give me a refund, and apology

Couriers Please Courier driver illegal driving

On 2 August 2022 at 10.35am, a CourierPlease driver (vehicle registration number 1LA 3JW) was driving on the wrong side of the road into a head on collision with me. He stopped his vehicle 1 metre from mine and jumped out to deliver an item. When I stepped out of the car to address his illegal behaviour, while also pointing out he was parked between 2 no standing signs, he became rude and abusive. For your attention, I attach photo evidence.

While taking photos of the scene, I was being abused and approached in a threatening manner.

When I informed your driver I would be raising his driving and personal behaviour with your company, he told me he didn’t care because he was going to resign anyway.

I do not believe this is the sort of person you want representing your brand.

Driving on the wrong side of the road, parking on the wrong side of the road facing oncoming traffic, parking between 2 no standing signs is illegal and dangerous.

Your driver has acted with no care to others on the road.

His behaviour and lack of accountability was appalling.

Desired outcome: Given the number of serious driving breaches, either sacking or final warning. This decision is for your HR manager and how they represent your business.

Couriers Please Delivery

Worst courier company ever. Tracking states they arrived at my home @ 3:49pm. I have a video doorbell and no one arrived at my house. I also worked from home that day. No-one arrived.

Rang their 1300 number, straight to an automated system. Unable to contact at all. Ended up chatting on 'live chat to Boris!' who was as helpful as a wet brick.

DO NOT SEND ANYTHING THROUGH THIS COMPANY

Desired outcome: I'D APPRECIATE A RESPONSE AND AN APOLOGY. ACCOUNTABILITY ON COMPANYS BEHALF

Couriers Please Delivery service

-Tracking number-CPAYBBC0559529- Miss Dianne Lonie

At Appx 2.50 pm on 18/7/21, A Yellow and red van pulled up outside my unit. I got up to go to the door and saw the driver throw my parcel at the doorstep and take off. Not ringing the bell or knocking.

If I hadn't seen him, I wouldn't know it was there, as I had had no shipping notification from you or Catch. the box was all smashed at the top.

Couriers Please Coureris Please

This is about the sixth time I have had a failed delivery from this scam company, with their drivers falsely saying i'm not home (a 100% failure rate).

My latest incident was hte same as each oen previously

- I was working on the balcony which directly overlooks the gate and my letterbox.

- In each instance I have seen a delivery person walk up to the letterbox and place a default missed delivery slip in, and drive off, not even remotely attempting delivery, or even ringing the bell/buzzer.

- In each case the goods are always dumped in the same newsagent they seem to have an arrangement with.

- Previously when I have attempted to contact them for re-delivery (it is no longer possible to speak to someone), they demanded I must pay again (twice) to have the original package delivered, despite no attempt being made to deliver in the first instance.

- They are basically imposible to contact with most avenues (phone, webform, email) being a dead end just for show.

- In this last incident in a last desperate attempt to get my package delivered I contacted their automated phone number to use their option to organise redelivery - but when I typed in the Delivery Advice Number on the slip the system advised it has been more than 3 days so this option is expired DESPITE THE FACT IT HAS BEEN LESS THAN 24hrs.

They basically do run and dumps.

Now maybe the drivers are under too much pressure or they have their own thing going, but it's an unethical business model for an unethical business.

Desired outcome: Fix the problem - 100% delivery failure mean you as a company are a failure.I also strongly suggest you properly brief your drivers the legal dangers of sending "questinable" private messages to people who place complaints like this.

Couriers Please Missing order

on the 30th of June, I was informed a parcel was onboard for delivery. Delivery was attempted at 9.33am and I WAS home at the time. Intercom was not buzzed. Then they placed a card in my letterbox stating it would be taken to a collection point and I would receive a message that afternoon with details as to where I could collect my parcel. This never happened. The driver went against instruction and took it back to the depot at 2.34pm same day. It was then "HELD IN RETURNS". Then at 2.36pm that day tracking stated "1 item has been transferred to run 7607 THURSDAY - SHELF 5".

I could not request a redelivery as no redelivery card number was left. The card left had a number for collection at a pick up point. (again, this never happened)

It took me many attempts and complaints and a week later finally I was told they would arrange redelivery. Mind you, their response times leave a lot to be desired.

At 7am this morning 8th July I awoke to a message stating the parcel was again onboard for delivery. I got up immediately so not as to miss the delivery. I even went down to the intercom and taped a note addressed to Couriers Please in plain sight stating I am indeed at home and to press unit 14 on intercom. The Australia Post delivery driver saw it so there is no reason the Couriers Please driver couldn't see it. When I tracked this parcel again at around 8.30am, the tracking stated Delivered. Note: ATL at 8.21am.

Now I was home the entire time and there was no buzz on intercom. I went down and searched everywhere and the parcel was not there. I then checked letterbox to see if they left a card for me to collect at a collection point. Again, nothing. Now authority to leave is a joke as I have not authorised this and furthermore, if this was the case, why did the driver not leave it on last delivery attempt. This is completely unacceptable and I have tried sol many times again to get someone at Couriers Please to call me and I issued many more complaints. This is commonplace behaviour with Couriers Please and I don't think I have ever had a delivery run smoothly. Its also almost impossible to find their number. Very intentional

Desired outcome: refund for value of goods. Approximately $52.00.

Couriers Please Dangerous Courier Driver

I am a business owner who, coincidentally, regularly uses Courier’s Please for interstate business deliveries - as of today, I have taken my business to Toll deliveries. It is disgusting that an employee of Courier’s Please behaves like this on the job and obviously has no respect for anyone in the community. It’s also a shame that Courier’s Please does not have a proper complaints line. And here’s why: I was driving along a 60km/h road in my private car when a driver from Courier’s Please dangerously cut in front of me. I beeped to make him aware of this and he decided to start swearing at me, throwing his rude fingers up at me and continuously held in his horn when at a red light. I’m not going to lie - I threw my middle finger back at him. When I took off though, he went too far - he sped past me and cut me off, heavily braking. I braked hard and the car behind me almost hit me. He then drove for 500metres with his right hand out of the driver’s window, flipping me off for everyone else on the road to see, so I just ignored him and he sped off. I decided to take a different route just to get away from him. This occurred on 07/07/2022 around 13:50hrs. His licence plate was S212CMX and the car was a new yellow Mercedes sprinter Courier’s Please (red coloured text) fleet. I filmed him briefly at the traffic lights with footage attached. Even though I was upset by initial actions, this driver should’ve been professional and not behaved in the ways listed above, especially as he was the one at fault.

If there is no satisfactory outcome from this complaint, then I will take the matter further.

Desired outcome: That Courier’s Please reassess this employees’ ability to be employed by their company. If this was my employee, I would certainly take appropriate action and reconsider his employment capability.

Couriers Please No delivery no card!

I was waiting at home for the expected delivery, yet they didn’t even bother to either buzz my door or leave a card in the mailbox! I need my parcel for urgent use yet I don’t know where to locate or pick up my parcel. This was not the first time they do the delivery in this arrogant and ruthless manner.

Couriers Please My parcel

Simple, they never bothered to even try to deliver my parcel. I have no "attempt to deliver" card left either. I am disabled and never leave my home and my career is always here. There is zero excuse for this. I was sent a text telling me to pick it up in some unknown suburb. I cannot walk to get to anywhere because of my disability, which is why I need to have things delivered to my home. No contact number to call. Attempts to file a re-delivery online were met with redfern not recognised as a valid suburb.

This "company" has stolen (my parcel) from a disabled person and I will be contacting the police if this is not resolved asap

Couriers Please Vehicle Collision

A Couriers Please driver made a delivery to 2/21 Pascoe St, Westmeadows at approx. 8.23pm on 25.2.2022

Consignment # [protected] delivered to Elizabeth Benedetti.

The driver reversed out of the driveway and hit my vehicle that was parked out front of 1/26 Pascoe St, Westmeadows.

The accident was witnessed by the neighbour who lives at 1/21 Pascoe St.

I spoke to Couriers Please on Monday 28.2.22 and reported the incident and obtained ref no. 5277457

Since that time I have heard nothing from Couriers Please and when I make contact they tell me it has been referred to Legal.

My insurance company also says they are not being helped by Couriers Please.

Desired outcome: Provide us with the driver details so that he can be brought to justice. If not I will be going to Victoria Police.

Couriers Please Non delivery

driver stopped across our driveway, I was in my shed 68 Mets from our front fence, I was looking though the shed roller door, the driver went straight to the mail box and back to his vehicle and left before I reached the front gate. I was home as it was my 8th day of having covert and under stay at home.

So as for any attempt by the driver to asatain if any one was home, well I guess looking past the end of his noise did not happen.

I then scanned the bar code to arrange for a return delivery for Thursday afternoon after 3.30pm after 4 calls to there 1300 number and speaking to an overseas call centre and the driver not arriving I am so pissed off with this company and to add insult to all, I have to go and pick up my parcel at there depot

I think someone will feel my anger and frustration

Couriers Please Delivery

Congratulations Couriers please for excelling in you pathetic display of customer service. i tried to make contact to a service "Champion" - i actually laughed as i typed that ...obviously to no avail. I submitted a complaint that my goods had not arrived as advised - "thnkyou for your enquiry, the return email said, we will be back to you within 24 hours...that was 5 days ago. I actually got a ticket to contact complaints via chat, to which he politely advised me that he would have an answer to my within 24 hous...that was 4 days ago. When i raised the fact to him that i was still waiting for my first 24 hour return call promise and advised him the service was [censored], he got his satin panties in a twist and said he would not tolerate such language and cut me off. (i'm thinking complaints area is probably not for him)

So on the off chance a real person, with slightly thick skin, and posses the potential of actually looking up a con note number (CPB8OEC0001355) and may just be clever enough to pick up a phone and call someone. Thats the thing on your desk with with numbers on it and a wiggly wire that amazingly lets you talk to people somewhere else, your welcome.

Good luck with this mission...give it a crack cup cake, you may surprise yourself and you,in turn, can become a customer service champion!

Couriers Please Delivery #[protected]

I am so angry! I’ve wasted my afternoon waiting for my parcel to be delivered. I received an email informing me my delivery was expected today. So I waited. As i’m sitting outside on my balcony I received an email informing me “sorry we missed you”! Wtf 🤬 I went downstairs and there isn’t even a card. Your driver did not attempt to deliver my parcel! Have it delivered today!

Desired outcome: Deliver my parcel - that’s what you’re paid to do, isn’t it? I am so angry.

Couriers Please Delivery left without taking any signature

I had bought a bag from Myer for my sister. Unfortunately, Myer choose courier please for the delivery. The delivery driver dropped it off at the right address. However, the package clearly says that it need signature and even after knowing that the driver left the parcel carelessly in front of the apartment and the parcel went missing.

I have contacted the company and they have emailed me back saying it was the drivers fault as no signature was taken and was just left outside the apartment. The case is being investigated and the management team will get back to me on the matter and it has been More than 3 months and i haven’t heard from them yet.

I did get a message from the driver but when i told him that the parcel is lost he didn’t even bother replying back to me. Not even an apology.

The reference number for the complaint is 4897801

Desired outcome: I would like a refund.
