Just really passionately hate this company. DO NOT USE THEM!
There policy is to expect a chinese sender in china to see through their crystal ball that, after that package leaves china and is handed to couriers please, that couriersplease (owned by singapore post) don't deliver to a particular address and that somehow the sender was supposed to foresee that fact. Then to not even offer the receiver an option to re deliver, or pay for it, but instead expect them to drive hrs to pickup from their depot! Makes me sick and has cost me hundreds, because your websites script does not automate the process of letting the sender know that you in fact don't deliver to certain places, because you're slimy, and you want to let this happen so you can take on all parcels, which forces the sender to except YOUR policy and pay for re delivery once they find out!
You are being reported to GOV bodies.
Auspost and other services do not let a sender input data that they don't except, and a company like yours should have a script setup.
It is deception and fraud.
And, this is amazing, they don't send me one notification 2 weeks into the problem!
